Saudia Arabia accepted over 400,000 palestinian refugees between 2015-present- because they only accept wealthy refugees. The rest are seen as likely to become permanent wards of the state and are not invited, and are also far more politically valuable dead where they are. What this guy is saying only makes sense ideologically when in reality they are rationalizing using the Palestinians as firewood . Look at all the comments flattering his cruelty- well played, your highness.

Palestine people doesn't want to leave thier lands and many Palestine people said it on air ..then why accepting refugees? Canada is not a place to immigrate to. Many Canadians are leaving. The cost of living, the taxes, the rents, the weather, the government, the wokeism. All true, no matter how many excuses people in the comments want to come up with.

Wow, just saw a comment I made 10 years ago. To say I am completely on the other side is an understatement. It’s not even just London, with mass illegal immigration, most places are horrible and white people are pushed out. They don’t integrate, end of.

I Love when Canadians and American are calling other people immigrants when they themselves are the also the immigrants. These lands were indigenous lands that where stolen from them, they even built schools over top of their bodies, yet they say this is their land. From an Arab / Canadian born and raised here this is truly sad. This country is literally built with all kinds of different nationalities and would be nothing without them all! As a Canadian, I can guarantee you the only citizens leaving Canada seem to exist in the comments sections of right wing click bait. Canadians don't like the US' expensive healthcare or the gun violence, and Britain is a sh*tshow with property prices that would make the average Canadian's eyes water and the highest rates of inflation in the G7. When you hear right wingers claim folks are leaving Canada, ask them where these folks are going to. Prepare for the crickets.

Most of these negative issues have risen in the last decade and are true...I'm not sure why anyone would want to come here anymore, let alone stay here. I do not 100% agree with the racism comment....yes there are those few idiots, but strangely never saw or heard it most of my life except in recent years since ultra left University educated policy maker crowd has been reminding everyone daily how racist and privileged white people are. When you tell children and people that constantly it creates division....perhaps this is where her comment came from?

I hate to disagree to most comments on this Video. Canada is still one of the best countries to live, work and raise your family. As a pakistani immigrant myself, having lived in Dubai, Saudi, and UK, I still find Canada easily the best overall.\n\nWhen it comes to hardships, yes you must have a positive mindset to survive in Canada but ofcourse you pay the price of living your Canadian dream. \n\nIf you are a couple with a household income of 10K take home, you can still live an extremely good life in Canada. But again, its a game of patience and perseverance. Canada is not for faint hearts and negative minds. \n\nGod bless us all

I am sickened by all the negative comments and it further demonstrates exactly how they must feel in Canada, I would welcome them in a heart beat to live next door but we have a very small Muslim community and they would not feel comfortable here either. Best wishes and safe travels.

Regardless of all the mud-slinging in the comments, I strongly advise any prospective immigrants to Canada to consider their situation/ aspirations seriously before making the move to Canada. While Canada is indeed a beautiful country, especially from spring to fall, there is no doubt that it has fallen behind severely in recent years. This is a massively underperforming country and people (Canadians and immigrants alike) are struggling big time. There is a massive leadership problem in Canada, where trivial problems get 99% of the attention. Real problems (which are easily solvable by the way) get little to no attention at all. Either there is very little will or the current administration is simply incompetent. Either way, some structural changes need to happen before Canada can recover.

I don’t know. This guy was super angry for no reason? There is no context in this video at all. “You can’t just leave” is a pretty American way. Anyone can reject their service to a customer. \n\nBut we had a very good experience with renewing our passports. It was done with in a week. Many people who have commented with negative sentiments are not really aware how it's elsewhere especially in poor countries. If someone is looking a basic life, definitely you can manage a job , basic amenities and lot of safety. If someone is looking good quality life with decent savings , that's possible provided if he or she take additional degree and start working in intermediate roles regardless of the business. Having certain specific religious background could help since this society gives lot of importance to your religious background, whether you believe it or not. I am not saying society is intolerant but admin is highly biased. Income tax is there in almost all OECDs, if you are still not liking it , well, you know who to elect next time .

It's refreshing seeing Canadians' opinion on a national issue in the comment section. Just acknowledging that they face a problem and how it should be tackled, no aggressive xenophobia, no racism.
