The thing is, the employers of Canada do not really need immigrants. The government entities however need more taxable warm bodies and more outside financial resources, hence the misadvertisement “we will welcome you with the open arms”. I dont understand how its anyone's concern what language people speak with family and friends or if someone does not know English.
