First time I voted him, and then I noticed something really off after he won. At the time Toronto became a city with lots of ignorance, brain-washing people who believed he did great. When I tried to express my concern, I got blackmailed and warned and even attracted by certain group of people on the street. Nobody came to help. I was so depressed and left. \n\nI didn't even vote second and third time because I don't see any common sense from all candidates. The Arab nations knows history very well, especially the Jordanians and the Lebanese, they take a lot of Palestinian refugees before, but look what happened, King Abdullah almost lost his control of Jordan because the PLA started to revolt against him even Jordan openly welcomed the Palestinians to seek refuge after Israel boot them out in 1948 and thats how they rewarded Jordan for keeping them. Lebanon is the Paris of the Middle east, not until PLA that's were kick out from Jordan started to mingle in Lebanons internal affairs and the civil war happened and look what happened to Lebanon. Arab can help the Palestinians in a great way, but knowing the history of Palestinians, they don't want to repeat what Jordan and Lebanon did before, and that is to take Palestinian refugees.

Buy some acres of land, dig up the ground, place a 1000 shipping container homeless shelters beneath the land. Build a village of transitional homes upstairs on the land. Build the homes with 3d printing construction technology. Charge below market fair rent so it can help the homeless transition to getting their life together. Land is expensive people naturally would like to profit off it. This way you can still profit off the land and have a real solution to solving homelessness. It will take a 1000 people off the street inside of shelters and clean up the street. Repeat and rinse until no more homeless. There should be underground shelters and transitional homes all over the city. The government has power and resources to do these things. Or the people need to get together start a non profit organization, pool money and do it themselves.

The weight of receiving refugees of the world should also not be on the western world instead we should focus on helping people improve where they are.

We don't need more immigrants. We need to help the Canadians who have worked and paid their way. Help starts at home.

The Arab world won’t take Palestinians in because the last time they did it, multiple riots and civil wars broke out. Palestinians disrupted the Kuwaiti government, tried to assassinate the Jordanian king, disrupted Lebanon by supporting Hezbollah and caused chaos in Syria. They also joined militants of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt when they crossed the Sinai peninsula and caused chaos there as well. \n\nSo in what world is anyone going to help them? The only countries trying to help them are Turkey, who themselves commit genocide against the Kurds, Iran which is a theocracy that has been killing innocent women for just not wearing the hijab, and Afghanistan for obvious reasons.
