Hey Abhi and Niyu, I really want you guys to make a video on CHINA. I want you to highlight the military, economic, infrastructural growth of China in the past 35 years. Please make sure you highlight on how China has retained it's Culture and identity which the Indians lack, we have an identity crisis too. Somehow anything that is Indian culture gets under the limelight of being not secular and being intolerant according to left lobby, I want you to highlight this.\n\nThere was a time when INDIA and CHINA used to be the global Superpower and China is on the path of being a Superpower once again where as for us long journey to go. I truly believe the history shall repeat to align things once again. But to do that we Indians need to establish our own identity. I believe we Indians have become too Americanized, where as China has built its own path of success. Lots of credit to the government and its people\n\nMay be it's the time to reduce the American or in general the western influence on our society and people through right education and control over the social media.

This is an unpopular opinion but as a non white person, I feel it is the overwhelming diversity. So diverse, a country has lost its identity, it’s values. When I visited Canada in 2019, I wanted to experience “Canada” but I saw India, Pakistan, China, Africa, Middle East..you name it.

I came to Canada (Vancouver) from China in the early 80s (40 yrs ago), w my parents, who thought Canada would bring a better life, because Canada was cleaner, safer, more economically advanced, etc… I just visited China (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, HK) in March, and today it’s complete 180 reversal…. The big cities in China today are much more economically developed, technology advanced, safer, cleaner (no homeless people)… Canada showed little/no progress after 40+ years… actually backwards with homeless people & druggies everywhere… Worst of all and I agree, cost of living & housing costs in Vancouver & Toronto today out of control…

To be honest 90% people of Canada would say no more Indians. I hear people complaining all the time. Women saying I don’t feel comfortable around Indian men . Honestly indians work hard and most of them are awesome people. However instead of getting 1.5 million Indians canad should have a cap %. Something like 10%. So let’s say 150 K from India. 100k from china. Bring like 200k from Africa, 200k Latin and central america. 150 K from Europe and so on. Diversify the population

It's a good move yes totally agreed of what you've said about Canada i'm an immigrant from Cambodia 35 years ago and had settled on Cordova street, Vancouver in 1989 couple blocks away from EAST HASTING. You're right it was not that bad then it was very safe and i used to shop for clothes at Army and Navy and walk around that area a lot. i did not feel unsafe at all of course there was drug addicts a few here and there but not like this magnitude right now, homeless totally invaded China now and it's unrecognizeable as it once was very sad indeed. I coined this name on a forum I forgot what is was but it was based in Vancouver many years ago before X Twitter. CHINADIA CHINA + CANADA + INDIA = CHINADIA ?

I know a Chinese girl who studied in Germany, fluent in English, German, and of course Chinese. She had her work visa in Germany denied. Now she is one of 5 founding members or a company that grew to 300 employees in China doing business with world governments. I guess Germany must have very strict immigration standards.

I grew up in Canada and I'm white. When I went to high school everyone who I met grew up in the country so it was very easy to socialize and make friends. When I went to college it was a very big culture shock because everyone traveled to Canada from another country mostly India, Korea, China and the Philippines. Most indians/immigrants ive interacted with are insanely smart people. In high school all the native Canadians were a lot less intelligent vaping is a huge issue but everyone was highly social so I was able to fit in easily even though im a pretty unlikeable person. The problem is that in college I couldn't really make any friends because of the cultural differences and since native Canadians are very rare where I was studying the culture was also kinda different. So it kinda makes me feel like im an alien in my own country. But honestly everyone kept to them selves a lot more. There are a bunch of other factors like people hyper focusing on studying but I wish people would just socialize more instead of just doing their own thing.\n\nI still remember back in high school when people used to know about everything that happened if there was something that happened everyone would know about it because everyone would talk about it there were group chats with tons of people in it where people would organize things or share memes. I think people should take inspiration from this and probobly do this more often but now its honestly just very lonely.

Most of these migrants are from India (mostly from Punjab villages who speak limited English), from Somalia (do not speak English), from Nigeria (speak some English), from China (do not speak English) and Philippines (speak good English). We need skilled professionals not people who do not understand or speak English. These days it is a headache ordering food due to language barrier.

tariffs on Chinese EV's yet Ford keeps cancelling all of their electric vehicle programs so you cant even by a Canadian made EV anyways. Every person in China owns an EV so I'm sure they aren't hurting over our tariffs. North America is 1 percent of their market.

Must be the reason India had the ambitions to outpace China population. The only people benefit from these mass foreign students are the education industry, Low cost manufacturers like Give and Go which trickles benefit into Tim Hortons etc. Like why bring in so many after the pandemic. Your government and BoC promised Canada and its people that they can earn double after the pandemic to offset lockdown time then you ruin it just after 1 year of reopening.

The problem of Canada not being able to sustain itself is not the fault of anybody but Canadians. You dont MAKE anything here. Not even stuff you need! The oul fields in Fort McMurray has had them for over 20 years. Some of our highest paying to the middle class. They used underpaid slaves from china. If thier doing in those jobs, ie high paying high skilled trades, its over for the canadian middle class. Whats left of it. Bringing in workers so you can pay below the leagal wages is slavery. Well, housing and mortgage crisis seem to be expanding across the world now. In Ireland, everything is similarly expensive. The same in Britain, France, Spain, NZ and Australia. China is no different though it is done more on the basis of developer crashing out. South Korea and Japan are being plagued.\n\nHousing crisis seems to be turning worse.

The public transportation system is a chaos, and the streets are often not clean ( e.g., broken beer bottles are everywhere) and also not safe enough ( compared with China ?? or Singapore ??), and too much letters by post?, those are the main reasons that I decided to leave Germany ??.

Most of Chinese students would apply to top tier university and majors only, if they didn't got in they switch to other countries like AU or UK, US or just go back to china. However a lot of indians doesn't care about the college rating or even major, they just came here to work anyway.
