The problem with this rant is that the flow of immigrants was going the other way for years and Canada asked nicely many time for NY to do something about the immigrants coming from there and crossing into Canada! Those requests fell on deaf ears! Some folks coming to Canada realize this country is cooked. No jobs, hardly any pay and crazy rents because unchecked immigration. Now they gonna try their hand in America and probably find the same shit.

There's no chance that these people will be able to afford apartments at legal occupancy numbers even if they get a job. If they provide housing, the should provide it in a cheap location far from NYC. That policy would be a powerful disincentive not to come to NYC. However, ICE needs to do its job, and the Northern border states need to send out the National Guard, put up cameras, razor wire to easily accessible places and arrest people for trespassing on private land and bar cabs and buses to transport people without them passing through immigration.

I’m an Indian international student currently in a master’s program in Canada and I think this video perfectly speaks to a lot of problems in the country. I chose Canada due to its high quality of education. I personally also think the country messed up with their mass immigration with no quality check of individuals coming from India. If a person is allowed to be in a foreign country they must assimilate into its culture and values or at the bare minimum not force your own beliefs on the people there. I find a lot of entitlement certain immigrant population feel quite ridiculous , it’s not racist to want people who come into your country to be respectful of it’s values. I would just like to say that not every Indian immigrant is the same though there are people who just wanted a different life and embrace the culture of the country that they had an opportunity to be a part of.

As a Brazilian immigrant I can say that it is hard to come to a different country leaving everything behind. However, you have to adapt to Canada not Canada to you. that is where most immigrants, specially Indians, fail to do.

But why African people leaving their countries instead of coming together, find ways to fix their countries? Confront their criminal leaders. Why so much stress trying to immigrate to white countries whereas we have our own rich countries? Its not like we lazy or anything like that. Is it a crime to build our own land?

Immigration wouldn't be a problem in Canada if immigrants were only allowed to settle in less populated areas like the Territories, Saskatchewan and Manitoba or even rural/ Northern parts of BC, Alberta, Ontario etc. Instead they all come to Greater Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Montreal etc because that's where their family members and friends are. Canada has a huge density problem and lacks infrastucture in all of these rural areas but allowing immigrants to move here but only to those areas would be hugely beneficial. My mom immagrated to canada in the 1900s, she was originally from korea and came here for a better way of life. She has met my Canadian born father and has fully integrated into Canadian society while still holding on to her costoms.
