My Canadian immigrant application being denied years ago was a blessing in disguise. I now live in the USA, and I can't imagine my life if I was in Canada.

Ireland, UK, Australia, Canada.\nAll the exact same “problems”.\nThis is all by design.\nComplaining to the people (your government) that profit from this, is pointless.\nMASS PROTESTS.\nAre the only solution.

Its not just Canada but actually all the Western Nations are undergoing deep economic crisis. It won't matter where you go in the West it will be the same. Lived in the US for 4 years and bought 5 rental properties in my home country. Now I'm retired at the age of 34. It was the best decision I have ever made. I am now building a business and want to expand to Canada for my actual retirement. The US is great to work but when it's time to settle down I'd rather choose a slower country.\n\nBut tbh it can also be achieved in a good republican state in the US but I am assuming there will be a civil war there with all the woke ridiculous stuff happening there. 10:08 Canadaians ?? I met max are COOL & supporting & I really enjoyed y time till I went through tough mental health challenge due to challenges wayback home. Issue is with ?? Politicians in min of education wnd support to international students ?? who need a support during unforseen circumstances. CIC even didn't helped me with legal right I had to be in Canada and change my visa. I paid taxes and was even unable to claim back.

Compared to Vietnam, the average salary in USD is 400$/month, the average house price is 200,000USD. Being able to come to Canada is already luckier than many people.

Canada is still a beautiful country, whats not are those ( J Trudeau & co) politicians with hair brain policies destroying the country..if Pierre P can get elected next year end, maybe there is hope yet....in the meantime, I think Thailand would be a good place to hang about for a year or 2 as a content creator until Canada sort itself out..

We moved from Brampton 7 years ago we felt it was getting dangerous and over way over populated. As a new immigrant to Canada, it was a dream of mine since childhood to come here. But after arriving here, I realized what a mirage this place is. I still love the country because its much better than where im from, but this is not the dream that was sold to me. This is not reality.

I am a small town Saskatchewan boy that married a Philippine lady and have 2 kids. In 2023 we decided to sell both are houses and moved to the Philippines with are kids still in elementary school and best decision we have ever made. Canada is not the same country i grew up in the 80s

There are also Indians who are scamming and using fraud to enter or remain in Canada. Just because someone has a work permit or study permit doesn't mean they are here legally. Some use fraud to get their status. LMIA scams, College Acceptance Letter scams etc

Landlords do not want to rent their places because of stories like this and THAT is why there is a shortage of rental housing in Canada! Why would any landlord want to put themselves in such a vulnerable position, potentially not getting rent and in turn not being able to cover their OWN mortgage. Does the bank let people not pay their mortgage for a year?! No! I know so many people who have empty suites that they won’t rent out because they are worried about tenants not leaving when it isn’t working out or when they want their space back etc. It’s so frustrating as an owner and parent of kids who are getting older and who are looking for rentals. If the tenancy board can’t do their job then get rid of them and hire new people who can.

Left Canada for Asia 7 years ago and it was the best decision ever.. I'm never moving back. Canada and the US are in a decline... I think it won't be anytime soon that they recover.

The power of our canadian passport is regressing. During COVID I had to use my Mexican passport to enter Korea as they weren't letting Canadians in due to a small political spat, I get e-visa when entering Egypt which Canadians don't get and about 6 months ago I had to apply for an Indian visa using my Mexican passport again because India blocked Canadians from applying. This was understandable as Canada had a diplomatic spat with India but it was NOT understandable that we didn't block off Indian visa applications at the same time. We are essentially letting others walk all over us. also the embassy services for Canadians are absolutely god damn terrible and feels like I have to beg them to actually do their damn job.

Then let me tell you about Ukraine my Ukrainian lady, I lived back home for 30 years and moved to Canada for 28 years I live in Ukraine on and off for 9 years I have more friends in Ukraine than back home and Canada together with the most beautiful warm good hearted people I ever known maybe when the war is finished you can try your luck in Ukraine what a beautiful country don't believe me? ask your parents if they don't like something they will tell you on your face I feel like a king there they all love me respect me if I need help they will help with no questions, good luck to you my Ukrainian lady ?
