I have seen first hand how a blind government can be overly dependent on real estate because it does generate a huge revenue in the short term. But most short sighted politicians failed to understand that the housing market is similar to the stock market, the value of houses can rise but it's just a bubble. When the bubble is so large that the hard working people who produce everything the society needs cannot even afford a roof over their head, then the shit is really about to hit the fan.

Really? Why does this government hate Canadians? Or is it that they are blind from reality? Canadians are struggling. Why bring more people here just because it helps liberals at voting booth. Immigrants expect good jobs. There are not a lot of jobs for Canadians born and raised in Canada. A lot of immigrants do not focus on work. But make it painful for Canadians so that they will quit jobs. Immigrants are party responsible for homelessness in the country. When people can't even protest against the dictatorship of Trudeau without being slandered and called horrible names and then punishing people by not only freezing and stealing the protesters' money, they even went after the bank accounts of people who had helped the protesters. That is what dictatorships are like, not democracy.

Canada is a land with great resources, great opportunity and potential, but for a place with so much supposedly smart people they do alot of dumb things. Been here 7 years now and I have seen so many issues that have obvious solutions but because of some weird culture or heritage or whatever they just keep doing the same thing until it hurts them. The real estate market is an absolute MESS and everybody knows. Money laundering, realtors colluding to set prices, blind auctions etc you name it. But they are just gonna keep doing the same thing until the country is in a major recession. Then everybody is going to be crying for bailouts. The health system is a MESS. Trying to find a doctor is like finding a needle in a haystack. They have them driving taxis instead, claiming that their qualifications arent as good. Yet they dont have enough doctors or nurses to support anything. Coworkers whose spouses work in those industries let me know they have to be working ridiculous shifts because there are not enough people. The taxes are ridiculous. I work in I.T. and taxes are like roughly half my salary. Many coworkers have told me all the illegal stuff they do to get around the taxes. Which I don't do because I wasn't raised like that. But people get taxed so much everyone is doing some thing to try to bypass it. And if you dont know the tricks or dont want to do them, you just get screwed. People don't talk about real issues here. There is alot of fake positivity and optimism because they dont want people to get sad and suicidal from the really long and harsh winter. I used to wonder why there were so many train delays until some one explained to me that many people commit suicides in winter by stepping in front of the trains. The only thing propping up this country is the constant influx of immigrant slave labour through the college system, (Like a ponzi scheme). But the immigrants are going to stop coming here if they cant even afford to live at all. Even the regular citizens cant afford it. So what will the country do after that, since there is an elderly population and not enough people to support the industries? Right now most of the immigrants come here and save up there money to go somewhere else or back home after they realize what a shitshow it is. I even have coworkers born and raised in Canada who are telling me they want to leave. Canada needs to stop patting itself on the back for doing stupid apologies and stuff like that, and actually do economically sound things to stop digging themselves into this hole. Great potential for this country but I don't know if it will ever be realized.

I'm all for blind recruitment in US colleges and the work place, it will be beneficial to the people who actually are willing to do the work necessary to succeed.

Its funny when they bring up pot and say that it benefits whites when in reality its not. Come to the rez were I live near and you will see so many pot shops but when a white person wants to open one up in the city its a big deal. And the government won't allow them to open up a shop. You get paid more if you know French, its mandatory to learn French in a city that maybe has ten french canadians, look at how much more Quebec gets represented, if Quebec does not like something then it never happens, Quebec can ban people from wearing religious icons that are not catholic yet the government allows this. You may not like it but its true its all about the big cities and Quebec here in Canada.

I was unaware with all the segregation and non-diversive alienation occurring in Canadian libraries that this problem was destroying the fabric of the white continuum in my society. \nI must be be blinded by the systemic neglect and destruction of the indigenous culture of the people surrounding me.

Cananda is tolerant, not inclusive. I’m a tiny black female and I’ve always carried myself a certain way because of my upbringing. However, I have been racially profiled my whole life. Thus, you can be ok with people being around you but it doesn’t mean that if you had a choice they would continue to remain there. We need to ask ourselves what makes a race more dominant than the other? \nThen, how did we come to this determination that a race determines a persons characteristics? \nRacism disgust me, maybe we should just all be blind lol.

Let's face the reality. Discrimination is a fact of life whether it's legal or not. But it's not all about race. Anyone can be discriminated against because of the way they look, act, dress, even the way they walk and talk. You can have two people from the same ethnic group and they can have a totally different experience. For me, it's mostly positive. Not only it's positive, I felt I have an upper hand because of my race. If people like you, they will be color blind. If they don't, it doesn't matter what race you are. So please stop this type of racial dividing message. What you should promote is property etiquette in different cultures and help people become part of the melting pot and understand each other better so we can all get along.

They are blinded by ignorance. They believe in sharia law. Also other coloured people are put in a bad light. When your god says others should be killed! It’s not a religion! No god would say that!

There’s lots of white men these days that wish there was more true blind recruitment and hiring. These Marketplace studies were designed to prove racism against non whites. Everyone discriminates against people not like them unless motivated to discriminate based on other criteria.

They did blind recruitment where I used to work. It wasn't long before people were bumping into things and couldn't find the cafeteria. They eventually sorted it out. They got rid of the cafeteria.
