When i was getting my Canadian permanent residence around 2015-2016, they didnt just automatically give it to you if you stayed and worked for 3 years after graduating. You had to gain at least one year of work experience in canada at a certain managerial level of seniority in those 3 years in order to qualify for permanent residence, which is very hard to do as a new graduate. I didnt manage to gain that full year in time before my 3 year work permit expired, so had to go through a very stressful experience of getting a temporary work permit for one more year tied to my shitty employer at the time. Only after that was I able to complete that required year as a manager and eventually qualify for PR. If they removed that rule since then, thats awesome

Australian migration rules change all the time and the liberal govt just wonna milk students, they don't wonna give permanent visas. This is v.true. Australian PR is hard and much more harder in certain professions. I also moved to Canada after Australia.

Question for Ashar and Sana....if one Young couple in Karachi waiting for making their better future, both government Australia and Canada give PR on same time while they are in Pakistan. Which country they should choose for better life.....!!!

59:35 I personally think this is just personal story where a lot of circumstances lead to this situation and things might be like this earlier but now post pandemic and especially in 2023 things are so much better, nothing comparable to canada in terms or ease of PR but if one follows right pathway of what the govt. is looking for PR is super easy. A friend of mine age 20 being a Nurse got PR right after graduating with 0 work experience in ADELAIDE. They don't need accountants why would they give PR to them? I understand nursing is not for everyone but there are more such occupations too.

In my opinion, if not just because of long time waiting for ILR and housing issues in UK, I will always prefer UK to Canada. Canada will give you easy PR but even with the PR, it will still take many years to achieve your dream in your profession. UK ILR takes time but within those times you must have achieved what you want. Some people that relocated to UK as ordinary carer have become registered nurses even before they get their ILR. UK needs patience and at last you will be glad. The issue is that many people want it so fast. They prefer getting PR faster than growing in their profession. That's why they prefer Canada.

And no pr for students who spent money thousands of dollars and give taxes.

Give guidance how to I reach pr visa

After struggling four years of heavy tuition and exponentially increasing rent, finally I have a decent Job and I got My PR last week. It was a long journey but there is always a finishing line. Don't give up stay strong! you can do it, believe me at the end its rewarding.

Already no staff in health care, people are dying , long wait for surgeries. First improve infrastructure all over canada including cities and counties as well. International students spend more than $32000 fpr 4 semester and $10000 deposit to canadian bank if visa approved. And still they can not get PR if they do not find job. Give importance to people who add contribution in economy not the one who are burden and risk for the country.

If you are coming to a western country, nursing is your easiest ticket. That's probably the cheapest and easiest path to PR in most western countries especially in US. You only need 2 year Associate degree. Many community colleges give your local tuition rates if tuition is paid by a local resident.

Canadians wake up, you don't have population, in order to save your land from foreign attack you are preparing population by stealing of Indias population, do you think Canada brings students , give pr, in order for taxes , are you kidding. After 300 or 400 years this population will be purely Canadian there decendants will work in military doctor or any any thing . And will save your country from foreign attacks and grabbing your lands.. so in order to save your land in future Canada is preparing population.. which you don't have.. hope you understand long term logics

Why is Canadian colleges charging fees 3 times equivalent to residents fees. Why is Canadian Government not able to give more managerial jobs than labour jobs for students because there are only warehouses in Canada. Canada only wants labors and that too students who can work overtime to pay their bills and expenses. Why Canadian government not auditing houses which provides such shaddy accommodations...because these all narratives suits Canada and you Canadian exploit innocent rural people from India on pretext of PR and good life not never share these harsh realities

Well said Mate. I'm Nigerian studying in Melbourne and you are very on point with your submissions. Australia is notoriously gaining a reputation of being a country of temporary immigrants. I dont see why I should give my best years to a country treating you as an option when canada is making you a priority. \n\nWould you have stayed on if you got a Job in your field that also chose to sponsor your PR? Would the cold in cananda make you reconsider your decisions? That's a racket I dont seem to understand. So much emphasis on skills and job shortages, yet many skilled graduates from their universities are being denied jobs based on their Residency status. \n\nI.met a Ghanain PHD student in my Uni who came from Canada, he said wages are higher here hence his reason for coming. \n\nLike you said , its a personal journey for everyone.\n\nSomehow, I don't blame them. They never promised PR but they should not also give impression that we are coveted.\n\nI still dont regret coming here though, it adds to my rich life experience. Rumours are spreading that .. canadian govt stopped giving PR To international students. From 2023

Tysm for this video I want to ask that should I apply now visa I have just given my IELTS and completed 12th. Many people are saying that visa are getting refused and embassy's are not giving visa as already 27lakh files are pending and Jan intake is almost closed as all colleges are booked and one consultant was saying that there is the possibility of may intake I want to go Manitoba or Alberta since pr will be easier for +2 students. Thanks for such good explanation, however, I have a query, I am in Canada on a visitors permit and have applied for OSWP. But according to the video I need to have a job offer from these Atlantic provinces, but how will any employer give us a job without a valid work permit. So should we wait until we get the work permit and then apply for the PR? Or my spouse is on closed work permit in Ontario so should he have a job offer in Atlantic provinces? Before applying for the PR?
