Niqab is creepy. There are few Muslims here in Texas but when I saw one in the Middle Eastern neighborhood I was kind of creeped out. I think the niqab should be banned, it is not mandatory and the hijab fully suffices.

I can't believe what's being said in these comments. So the fact that he didn't speak English in the interview is the only thing that sunk in? Ok. The niqab looks ridiculous.  It looks like what a bank robber or someone with a facial defect would wear.  The hijab should not be mandatory either.   Even the Quaran is not specific about the modest attire it prescribes (for both sexes).  There is too much pressure for Muslim women to put on this stupid attire.   It's pathetic that Muslims have to fear speaking out to even mildly criticize their religion and truly horrifying that most Muslims actually support killing people for leaving the religion.
