I'm a white Canadian and I want more Indians because they don't want Sharia law like Muslim do so yah I'd rather live amongst the Indians they're awesome people

As a white Canadian, I feel bad for the Indians who have been here for years. The new immigrants have completely ruined their reputations

This is a multifaceted problem for us. Firstly we keep emigrating people in, to deal with a declining population, instead of addressing the issues directly resulting in declining population, like the housing problem, cost of living, under paying jobs, and astronomical Post secondary prices to get basic diplomas I know for a fact that 90's babies will be the last generation to have more then one child. Another issue is the recruitment centers in India, funded by Canadian corporations looking for cheap labor, promising the world to struggling Indians only to back out of every promise they made, and put the burden on the government and Canadians. This plus a lack of population control in India, is set that to have Indians to be over 25% of the global population in the next 50 years.

I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. That guy at 2:50 was purhaps the most honest 'white' guy you will meet. The fact is Indians didn't take over, the upper class just decided to move north to Bolton or more west to the Halton area. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually just like East Asians have Markham and parts of Scarborough, the south Asians had a high enough population for Brampton to be considered their home turf. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. As a canadian. And as somebody who has a mother who is living currently in Brampton. It's definitely packed and swarmed with indians. I believe 53% of the population of Brampton is Indian. Let that sink in.

I’m a second gen Indian in Canada born in USA. It’s become so us vs them between locals and immigrants, that Im caught in the middle, I belong no where and everywhere. There’s no room for my voice, because I’m no different then any Canadian or American in how I act but nothing separates me from Punjab and Kashmir other than accident of birth and one generation. My English is NE United States, my French Québécois, my Hindi Dehli,Punjabi Jalandar, Urdu Lahori, and Turkish Ankara. I speak six languages and I’m fluent in none, I’m from three countries yet none of them want me. It would be great if more of these types of investigations included our voices, as we’re neither here nor there yet caught in the middle of all of this.

I think its kinda odd how lit any other ethnicity is able to accommodate to canadian life and customs, canada is like 80% immigrants or children of immogrants yet people ONLY talk about too many indians. What is the national Canadian language? English. Can you speak Punjabi or Hindi? Can you even speak more than 15 words of it? Probably not. I can't, and i shouldn't need to. In Canada the language is always an always has been English or French. Yet all the signs i see you put up in your businesses are written in Hindi or Punjabi. I have never seen a Indian owned business with English signs. Do you expect me to just learn your language to accustom you to living in my country? CAnadian here. I live in rural Nova Scotia and there are more Indians working in service jobs than "old-stock" Canadians. You cannot hate the Liberal government enough!

I'm glad Tyler is more or less neutral in his findings. It's true, many Indian's have come to Canada and I'm sure many do wish for a better life. Canadians understand this, but the methods the government of Canada is doing to push the numbers too high and too quickly is what's surprising to many. It's the accountability of the government that should be under scrutiny. If immigration was moderate and consistent, the social issues would not be as rampant, but social media loves stir the pot. This is also happening while Canada's housing infrastructure is crumbling, healthcare is deteriorating and general cost of living in Canada has skyrocketed and priced many Canadians out of simple living and enjoyment. Do you think Canadians today are as happy or well off as Canadians even 5 years ago? Do the results reflect that of other countries besides Canada?

there are 10 indian "students" living next door in a single family dwelling of 3 bedrooms. they share 3 cars and do uber eats delivery (and or other food delivery) around the clock -- reason i know this is because they often pull into my drive way during ungodly hours for extended period of time and triggers my surveilance camera (aimed only at my drive way set to trigger more during night times for movements and noise), since they just park there, and blast music so loud 100 feet radius ground is shaking, the surveillance cam picks up their shift change all the time. i did try to go over twice to voice my concern, and guess what, they either dont speak english or pretend to not speak english. ok i guess. and the reason they park on my drive way is because, well, they dont shovel theirs. lol. so its easier to just use my drive way and walk to their side door. but hey i mean good for them for making a living. but its just weird and disrespectful. and i have to worry about salting my own fking drive way because if they fall, they can sue the shit out of me and i cant complain about their trespassing. bless the canadian law. so i guess for me. they dont bug me, except the fact they just use my drive way because its convenient for them, and the blasting of music middle of the night. lol also i stopped going to tim hortons a few years ago after a few consecutive diarrhea immediately after morning coffee visits. good times

Indians have been in Canada for a very long time. Many came from Punjabi closer to colonial times. The racism in the comments is inexcusable. People of all different backgrounds commit crimes , public nuisances, etc. and the complaining of dominating every industry? I’m not sure what angle that is. Maybe the other groups should do better at dominating industries or advocate for businesses to hire other Canadians (equal opportunity employment). And the whole “ cow poop video” Tyler posted is one village in India ; which of course makes Indians collectively look bad and gives way for many of you in the comments to continually perpetuate this idea that Indians are sub-human. And Tyler, word of advice, if you’re going to show parts of the Indian community and Hinduism religion in Canada — at least learn to pronounce words correctly so you don’t sound like a complete idiot.

Thanks for bringing light to this huge problem in canada. No joke indians have quickly become like 30% of the workforce here. They take over businesses and refuse to hire non Punjab people because they won't fit in the workplace culture. They've been taking the excessive handouts from the Canadian government and are slowly buying up tons of real estate. Its everywhere in canada. Brampton is just ground zero. What's it like? We just got a new Walmart down the street. They took a staff picture and it was 80% indian people. Hardly any locals got jobs there instead its mostly "new citizens" who have lived here less than a year or two. Every day there's more of them. And because of our liberal government and tax breaks and all sorts of racist allowances these people have got, they all have money and houses and new cars when they were dirt poor in India like 3 years ago. They get interest free loans from banks, they get daily per diems and housing as soon as they get here. Keep in mind tent cities are growing rapidly in Canada. And our government is spending HUGE amounts of our tax dollars to subsidize this takeover. And try living here and renting. Due to this influx, a bungalow that was 1500 a month 10 years ago, is now 4500 a month and youre renting off an Indian person. Word to the wise tho, dont even bring up the tow truck businesses. They'll shoot you And last but not least our retarded government just passed a birthright citizen law for them. So now if you come here from India even if only for a couple years, ALL subsequent offspring of yours can immediately get citizenship here no question asked. We are so fucked

Im a hindu born and raised in alberta. My family assimilated, we have canadian values. I have a business, pay my share of taxes. Im a contributing member of society. I went through all the racism when I was a kid and even recently when I was told to "go back to my own country" in traffic. It disgusts me that because of these indian peoples unwillingness to assimilate, my kids will go through the same thing..

Spent my entire life in a small town and for some unknown reason it is part of a "designated resettlement zone." There are more Indians than whites - it's insane. Local businesses have closed, new businesses catering to Indians have opened. Littering is rampant. Homes aren't taken care of. It's a tragedy. 70% of Canadians don't want these levels of immigration - hell, even *immigrants* don't want more immigrants.
