Our country and other countries have absolutely no infrastructure and funds to support these people. Ohio is asking for government assistance. The solution now is strict immigration laws and border laws. Everyone that is not a USA citizen must be sent back to their country. Visa cards. Passports. Hungary has the top security system (google) to keep immigrants out of the country. Worse. Thief and crime have skyrocketed! Everyone in NYC are robbing anyone they see and stores are\nclosing. They don't get arrested because anything under $1000 is not a criminal offense. The USA needs to get a grip! These people are asking for handouts, which means the USA poor will not get benefits. It is not just Canada. USA people are getting out of the cities! This is a world wide crisis. Say your prayers. We really need a savior to show up!

I'm from Mexico and I've applied to Canadian PR, but I'm seriously considering other options like Europe or Asia. I was considering Canada for to the security and better healthcare (even if I had to live paycheck to paycheck), but from the comments I'm honestly discouraged.\n\nHere in Mexico wages in IT have remained stagnant yet rent and food prices keep growing up each year. Even with over +6 years of experience I can barely afford a room in a shared apartment and just enough for food, let alone travel or save for retirement. Crime and corruption is rampant, even the safe cities have become very insecure, and gentrification is pushing way too many people into poverty.

Many in the working and middle classes are leaving. The cost of a home in nice communities in America averages over 1M Dollars. Tiny, old, fixer-upper homes in America average around $500,000 or more. The average rent for a very small apartment is over $1,500. Rents for apartments in upscale neighborhoods average around $3,500-$7,500 a month. Increasing cost of living in America is a problem. Some working people making average pay are living in their vehicles. Others making well over $100,000/year are leaving because they will not overspend on housing. People are moving to Mexico, Panama, South America, France, Portugal, Spain, Eastern Europe, Greece, Asia, etc. for affordable cost of living.

Why do people say when people are crossing either from Mexico or Canada into America, but in reality is both countries are both in America. America is a continent the United States is a country but America is actually a continent. America has a bunch of countries. It has Canada, United States, Mexico, Guatemala, Brazil, Chile, and a few other American countries so why do people in the United States and the rest of the world call the United States America, but reality is when you say America you could be talking about any other country. It’s like saying Europe is a country but in reality is it’s a continent.

Solo's hundreds of billions of dollars that the government's going to take back and taxes from us all draw the cost of housing through the roof. Instead of at the time redirecting half of those two it was 500 billion take a half of that investment in putting it into infrastructure technology innovation for industries. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. I do find it slightly offensive that a lot of new immigrants new Canadians immigrate to Canada to purely exploit it for its wealth Canada should be looked at as a place to come put your hard work in the struggles the ups and downs? and look at it as your home instead of you know a piggy bank but people are going to leave and there's a long line up to get in I've seen in my 40 year career you know three major reps and three major downs. What's happening in Canada's economy and the economies around the world it's all the same the US economy's doing quite well and talked to last couple of weeks friends that have invested their and families have been there long-term at present the United States is building a war economy so there's money pouring into that effort it does have a booming you know Hi-Tech boom as well however the tech boom is offshore with American companies and it's taking place in a part of the world that no one would think it would take place so if your graduate in the tech industry go online do a little research you'll find out where it is the USA is building a huge chip factories I think they just poured in 70 or 80 billion dollars we're in a transitioning economy don't get discouraged put your head into it do your homework find out where these new jobs are coming from which jobs are not going to be here. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Also if you're a millennial or was a gen z person there's going to be a massive transfer of wealth over the next 20 to 30 years as baby boomers simply die off and then you guys are going to inherit their money I live in any one of the g7 economies I just got to find your niece with your qualifications and get in there and innovate because there's not one g7 country that significantly doing better than anyone else another interesting part of the world is East Africa I'm retiring there in 5 years I've already done my homework I've already got partners I've already started to train up people there in East Africa Canada and those parts of the world they have East Africa's great basic infrastructure so now that they've got their first level base of infrastructure a second economy is built off at the service that basic infrastructure that basic infrastructure allows for that second layer a bigger layer of investment you know and that's where the real money is for mid-level investors and you know highly educated Young westerners have got 10 years into their respective careers and these are also very beautiful countries you know so you can if you got family in Canada family in Europe India Asia you know you can start building networks collaborate on projects you know in these you know emerging economies you know mid-level economies but that's you know a good 20-year grind to get good at your career and build your confidence to go into these places and get these things done also you know it's a great life adventure but never expect just because you have an advanced degree that the door even come knocking down your door to employ you if you're going to wait for the opportunity to come to you you're going to be waiting forever you got to take your advanced degrees get out there and hustle and work hard man Canada's doing fine about four or five years it's you know it's going to take off next level and it's going to boom for 40 years and it's never going to get any cheaper in g7 countries Amy's emerging economies his pockets around the world they're starting to come up to in the window to get into these emerging economies with your advanced degrees it's closing if you don't make it if you don't start looking at it in the next 5 years your degrees are going to be gone useless and if you do decide to put your career in these emerging economies like Asia South America Central America Africa do it for the right reasons not just for money we don't want to make the same mistakes as like the industrial Revolution where a few people get rich and the people in that country you know don't get anything have respect for these countries employ their people and you have to get into these places before all the big corporations get set up there cuz they're they're going there Canada's a great place as a great time free medical system and I urge anybody that's feeling down or depressed in Canada you know to go get some therapy join some clubs talk to people don't get down and mostly don't you know don't give up on yourself you guys made it through you know Elite post-secondary education system and if you can if you can do that I mean you can you can do anything a lot of hard work ahead truly best of luck to all you guys

I agrre with you, you are a very young man so good that you did take the right steps to move out as it was too oppressive depreesing to be in Canada, i have heard there is more places which are better countries like Morocco, Spain, Dubai, Thailand, Mexico is good also, and rest of Europe is nearly the same rabbit hole as Canada very high insane living costs, insane taxes, insane energy bills, it is like working like relentless for rent and living costs and still not enough, it is a big scam, a deception, which lots of people are not maybe aware of ? I lived in Western Europe, Japan and at the moment, Canada. I lucked out getting a well paying job in Vancouver when I moved back a few years ago and my average tax rate is actually the exact percentage you stated in the video - 28%, which includes income tax, pension and employment insurance. I'm actually doing better in terms of quality of life now but I do miss being able to travel around Europe for cheap. (e.g., quick train ride to Paris for the weekend) Now, I take cheap flights (e.g. Flair Airlines) to Mexico instead.\n\nJust to state some data points: when I was in Europe, I paid a total average of 39% income tax on a lower salary than I have right now in Canada. Things like utilities (e.g., gas/electricity), restaurants, certain grocery items and electronics (e.g., iphone/PS5/computers) were significantly more expensive because European VAT (inclusive) is usually 20%+. \n\nI don't have the exact numbers but on average I believe I was paying 70 - 90€ ($100 - 130 CAD) just for electricity each month for a small flat, but I am now paying $30 - 50 CAD for a decent sized 1 bedroom. I believe my housing gas bill was about the same or possibly a bit more. In addition, automobile gas prices were much higher (about $2€/L on average which is $2.90 CAD/L) and I think they could go even higher right now. \n\nHowever, rent is definitely more expensive in Vancouver, but I believe that is true for many West coast cities in North America. Right now I'm paying $2300 CAD a month for a 1BR, and I split that amount with my partner. In comparison, it would have been about €1300 ($1900 CAD) for something similar in the city where I was living previously. The definition of a canadain is an american without a gun and public health care... otherwise it is hard to tell the difference.... Canada has almost 9 months of winter and 3 months of bad skating... The province of Quebec which is still part of canada (don't tell them that) has the language police to be as anti-american and any democratic as possible, they only tolerate english if it is in US$ and tax other taxes with the most expensive bloated government of any state north of Mexico. The cartels are envious... all things purchased are imported (except animals and greenhouse tomatoes)are american with the exchange rate of almost 33%... If you are a doctor or nurse or medical specialist trained in western medicine like Europe, Australia, etc. You almost have to start over.... SAD. Like América, big cars/trucks are king, public transit is not a thing... yeh there are some buses in a few major cities, more of an after thought... The only positive thing about coming from another country climate is you have something to compare with.... Personally i was born here so where do i go... A few friends have travelled to the US but have not returned... its warmer in Texas i guess... Canadians are suspicious of Asians because they come with money and buy up property esp in Vancouver/Toronto hence the concern... As for you making friends, you seem to be very Americanized, speak English well and not so traditional except for being married... you would make a lot of people comfortable among traditional Canadians... just my after thoughts...

I am Canadian, and while elements of this video are true, there are larger points missed. healthcare is challenging, but it could be worse- could be the American system. housing is expensive if you want to live in the large urban centres. essentially, life is good but takes effort, and there's a growing sense of entitlement... but all a Canadian need do is head south and they'll be missing it in a short period of time. I would far rather be here than in China, Ukraine, Russia, India, many African nations, many South American nations, Mexico,... How can they compare the long-term president of China, to Winnie the Poo. That is a sign of disrespect to a leader of a country like China. If tensions are High, why would people want to keep disrespecting leaders who may hold life and death in their hands if things get out of hand? All leaders need to be respected. They have a tough job. They will make mistakes, but at the end, nobody wants to destroy the world. Putin, Xi, and Biden are such leaders to respect tremendously. I've had about 8 friends and 2 relatives who have tried life in the USA.\nOne cousin is still in Colorado after moving there with her 2nd husband, an American, over 10 years ago. The rest have come back to Canada and the biggest general impression I get is that it is simply a huge relief to get out of there. That is a huge contrast to the people I know who had tried life in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Europe, Thailand, Japan, VietNam, Australia, and New Zealand: far fewer of them have come back to Canada because they are happy with life there. And the ones who have come back all have things they miss about the countries and most want to go back someday.\n\nMost of the people I know who have come back from the USA are highly critical of the utter lack of a decent health care system in the USA, but for them it was a solvable problem because they had decent jobs and insurance while they were in the USA. What gave them so much relief when they came back to Canada was that during their time in the USA they never felt safe. There is something fundamentally and brutally fucked up about a country where every bank has armed guards, the mall cops are armed, half of the people in your neighbourhood are armed, you're scared to send your children to school, and every time you turn around you see a cop with his hand on his gun.

Guys you should note, the western powers are creating artificial problems such as immigration crisis ( canada, mexico-us border & libya-europe crossings) for them to do fundraising through international donors UN etc and their tax payers. People should realise most of this countries are on the brink of debt crises eg US is 34 trillion in debt. So this is a global fundraising scheme and africa as usual is the scape goat, just like the slave trade.

I can confirm that there's really nothing in Canada. They have no jobs and the Jobs they give to Black Immigrants in particular, whether you have a degree or not, are generally seasonal summer jobs in warehouses, working with plastic injection molding machines. When winter arrives, you get laid of until the next summer and the cycle continues. It was the first place l learnt that racially motivated official murder of Black People by White Police Officers is standard practice in the United States, because it's also a practice in Canada but not as rampant as it is in the United States. \n\nI just don't know who is spreading this false and deceptive information or understand why we're being bombarded worldwide with ads about Canada wanting immigrants to come over for jobs. China and Japan have more and better jobs than Canada. Even Germany in Europe has more jobs as well. Something else that isn't really talked about is the number of Americans that have immigrated out of country. I'm in the process of immigrating to Australia from America and nearly half of all the people I knew in high school have you ever moved to Canada, Mexico, or Europe. The United States maybe the largest most powerful country on the planet in terms of money and military but if you look at immigration statistics it's more akin to a third world country. Honestly speaking the United States is about 50 second and third world countries bootstrap together with a military big enough to fight God.

I was born and raised in the US and immigrated to Canada as a young adult. I have lived here for 45 years, am now a citizen, and would never move back to the States! I don't even holiday there (Europe, Asia or Mexico instead). It is so unsafe and unstable; there's no draw for me to want to spend time there.

I have Canada PR. Last year I returned and back to my country. Canada is not worth at all... Canada future is very dark....Canada has no Industry and nothing made in Canada.... Vegetables, fruits, gasoline all comes from US, mexico and Europe....Winters is too bad and full of depression...Everywhere u just see snow snow snow and that makes feel very lonely.... 50% area is isolated in Canada...... Very expensive country, low wages, racism, expansion of khalistan terriorism...... Pathetic Medical System.... I feel relaxed after coming back to my country.
