I actually took a course in university that briefly talked about gun violence, and the statistics for the number of mass shootings per year were extremely high in the US. (Mass shootings, meaning 3 or more people are killed by one person in a public setting) the numbers for US was over 400 per year and for Canada it was only 4 in a span of 20 years!

Honestly, you seem full of it. The description lists a whole bunch of generalities that don't affect 90% of the people.. You don't leave a country because tents are popping up downtown or the economy is stagnant. Nothing new, it was worse actually in the 90's yet most people were just A OK living and playing here. You should not have made the video until you can disclose your actual personal reasons and destination. As it is it seems dumb to even talk about it.

It’s ok to explore the world. People are going people are coming. I personally moved to the U.S. I’m working hard as a truck driver and saving money. Every six months I’m traveling the world. Of course Thailand is my favorite at this point. I’d like to experience life in the Philippines because many Americans are retiring there.

You have to have travelled a lot of countries before you can appreciate how good Canada is. Ive been away for 3 yrs now in some 10 different countries have to say Canada is still my favourite if I was a younger person , hungry and motivated to succeed. It just didnt suit me anymore with a family lifestyle and travel , that I moved overseas. I knew grass wasnt always gonna be greener , its all about the tradeoff. It didnt suit me anymore at this point in time, but it was for 40 years, thats a double lifetime for some. Like you said , Im glad of what Canada has me me become and taught me everything that I know in life.

Another promotional video about Canada while any informed person knows that Canada is a terrible socialist country. Then any goes on for 20 minutes building up where she's moving to ( never reveals it ) but admits if this secret place doesn't work out she'll run back home. So many of her videos are about her self with drama thrown in. She is likable, but reveals her socialist leaning like when she praised our arch enemies country China..

Beautiful scenery with mountains in the background, and that unique wooden chapel. I thought you could start a general store there, with teas and coffee bar of your own! IDK, just had a thought about this place when I saw your video about that place a couple of years back. My biggest concern for your safety is that you find a place that is free of war! Still plenty of opportunities in Canada? I watched and saw more than a few vloggers like yourself wanting to leave Canada. A few stated costs of living and shrinking opportunities. If you are a person with a good job where you are living, I would not encourage him/her to migrate to Canada. What an evil person?

Germany created their own problem in their flawed, points-based model of their government pension system. It is like we are paying backwards, where our money earned right now is taken away from us to pay for the pensions of retired people who earned those rights to a government pension years or decades ago during their working lives. We are then given points, with the hope that the next generations one day pay for our own pensions. See the problem?\n\nInstead, people’s hard earned monthly payments towards pension could have instead have been invested for them into actively-managed portfolios of bonds, equities and commodities. Thereby, each and every person currently on pension could have enjoyed the benefits of decades of compounding growth!\n\nNow we are here, as the video says, 2 workers are needed to cover the pension of 1 retired person. This is absolutely absurd and they will never be able to attract 400,000 new skilled workers every year with the current issues highlighted in this video.\n\nMy best advice - when you are working in Germany, seriously think about it to save and invest a portion of your net income and prepare yourself for a future where you cannot solely rely on your German pension!

My wife and I are highly skilled (both have post-graduate education), and my wife has German as a joint first language. We left for the following reasons: poor pay, high taxes, poor personal freedoms (an effective one-party state), crime and better opportunities elsewhere. ‘’ we need skilled workforce” means that the German government, like so many other countries, has had horrible budget management skills, and the retirement that people have paid into is already spent. The real problem is the dishonest people and frudulent rate sky rocketed.\n\nInternational student program was announced by conservative party in 2008 for international students to obtain a work visa that could potentially lead to pr.\nDuring 2008~2015 there was virtually 0 problems in immagrations with an EASY requirements with just 1 year work experience and finished college/university.\n\nThe student came here just to work problem we have at the moment doesn't make any sense math wise.\n\nAn actual college will charge 22k$ per year as a cheap cheap cheap option, university starts from 40k$ and goes up from there, on top of that the student need to purchase an GIC program at a Canadian bank with 10~15k$ and maybe also a meal plan in school BEFORE they even arrives.\nby adding up the cost, the person will spend 100~300k$ withing the first 2~4 years WITHOUT having any properties in the end, doing cash jobs will NOT even cover up the cost.

Yes there are a lot of issues that needs to be addressed. However, its immature to blame every problem onto immigration. Most of us dont know enough about how things really works. Its not like if we stop immigration then all these problems would be fixed, in fact i think we need this population growth due to low birth rates and lack of labor etc. In my personal experience i see in real life where immigrants are working and contributing in all kinds of fields, such as construction, health care and elderly care … instead of pointing fingers, first educated ourselves on this topic, and then think about how we can make this work, i think that would be more beneficial for everyone.

you stand last in the competition but speaks great German then your chances to get selected is 100 times higher than the person with adequate degree and more years of experience in the related field. Only concern for them is whether candidate can speak good German or not .If your metric is limited to one measure then this is bound to happen. Immigrants skilled manpower in your country is compelled to work in restaurants, warehouses, bakeries, just because they don't speak the fluent German .

I am a designer and artist who moved to Saxony to reunify with family. I can say, being here for 3 years, it is VERY difficult to find a job in your profession when you do not speak the language. I am not a blue card holder, but my partner is. Despite our financial situation not being a dire one, I still look forward to integrating well in the job market and contributing my expertise + passion in the local society. \n\nI spent around 1.5 year reaching B1 level German (+including the waiting time for german tests, orientation course test and test scores etc.) Even with this B1 knowledge, you cannot communicate in a professional setting, more is needed. I also spent another half year time contacting our local Agency for Work, and experienced discrimination from their consultation service, a long waiting time and no assistance at the end. \n\nIt has been quite a discouraging journey, especially for someone who has high motivation to work and contribute. My current options are looking for jobs in Berlin, English speaker environments like Burger King etc. In my personal case, it has largely affected my confidence and enthusiasm for living in this country.

This should not be legal. That's messed up. They're taking those jobs from people that actually need those jobs. It's not easy for people in South Asian middle class families to get these jobs as their English is not fluent so these jobs go to privileged and educated families. They're getting the airline blacklisted by doing this, reducing jobs for the poor in their home country. This is selfish. As someone from a 3rd world country, this is dangerous. I've heard so many cases of people ending up as slaves because some idiot conned them into doing this. Canada also needs to look into corrupted politicians getting PR cause they bought land there through money laundering schemes in the home country. 40 to 50 hours a week? I work that in Australia as an Australian. Indian universities aren't necessarily recognised overseas. Even then I've worked with many as engineers and got uber rides from many just as an example. Different cultural system. This is just my personal experience. \n\nYou have to remember that India has been studied as on of the most intolerant countries in the world. I've never got that impression from the majority of other nationalities I've worked with.
