I currently live in TX & as soon as I finish my nursing degree I plan on starting my immigration journey to Canada. Hopefully, soon after I gain Canadian citizenship I can renounce my U.S citizenship bc I have no desire to ever step foot back into the U.S or pay them a dime in taxes.

I hate our immigration laws under the liberal Gov. They sabotage us regularly. The want 440 thousand more immigrants 2021 during unprecedented times here. We will be paying big when this happens, Plus all the e legal border crosser's. Trudeau has done all this for third world status. Thanks Trudeau, get a spine.

As a Chinese, I can say that almost every big Chinese immigration consulting company does this kind of stuff. I went to a agency to ask something about jobs for immigration and they asked 8k for a entry level job, 50k for LMIA and 80k for employer nomination. I did not pay any and found job on indeed myself. I am in Ontario btw.

Canadian immigration sucks. There is no control. I came as an immigrant and I witnessed many heart wrenching situations. Ghost immigrants and non resident Canadian citizens living in India, Dubai, Russia, Lebanon, USA, Israel, Turkey, HongKong etc. They barely lived in Canada, yet they have same rights like us, take child support subsidies, welfare, CPP, Old Age while we bust our a....s in the cold to pay taxes and build the Canadian system. Wake up.

As an immigrant I thank canada for the help, I will work hard and pay taxes to repay the favor. I love this country and will do everything to pay back to the community.

Keep paying for muslims to immigrate to canada, pay them child benefits when they have like 7 kids per family and spread islam everywhere while leeching off the government

It is so funny, I was working in Canada, BC for 3 years as highly paid employee, paying taxes > 200k/year and after I decided to apply to PR it took me more than a year to get PR and plenty of strange documents were requested to be provided until I hired immigration lawyer who drafted rather tough and harsh mail to IRCC on my behalf that they are violating my immigration law. Guess what? PR was approved in 2 days. On the flip side I know plenty of immigrants from Eastern Europe, China who are bringing their families with fake documents and receiving PR super easy, once settled they get income outside Canada in their country of origin (leasing an apartment for example) and of course not declaring it here, they specifically keep income at the level so they can get welfare/various reliefs from Canada and they bragging out loud how smart they are taking advantage of the system. That's not fair - there are a lot of skilled people around the world who can bring real value to Canada and behave in a good faith. If you go to Richmond, no one can speak English there, what kind of cultural integration is it? Lefts really like these guys, easy votes, eh?

I have a new career advice for everyone. Open an immigration consulting business in Canada. Use fraudulent means to give citizenships to rich foreign clients. Make 10 million dollars within couple of years. After you are caught by law enforcement, pay about 10% of the money you made. Server about 2 years time. Once you are out, you can live off luxuriously with the millions you made for the rest of your life.

Canada is one of the worst places to immigrate to. I’m Canadian. I know what it’s like to live here. Plus I’m indigenous. So I’ve face racism and prejudice. Many think my people gets free handouts. From my experience that’s far from the truth. I’ve left my community for a better education. I was completely alone without parents and my siblings, living with an aunt that used me for another pay check. I couldn’t go to college because I couldn’t afford it, even tho I got accepted into three colleges. Now I’m working a part-time job that forces me to stand on my feet all day. Not many job opportunities are out here unless you’ve gone to college or obtain training. plus the rate for rent is horrendous.

Honestly, what did he think. It is not easy when you have no education to come and get accepted. Plus her chose Alberta when there was way better choices. For example, Montreal and Toronto are better to immigrants. There is reason why is difficult also. If Canada was to accept everybody,it may not be as safe as it is now. Canada does not welcome everyone. It wants people that can be useful to society because ppl pay a lot of taxes for services and paying for someone that can’t be helpful can be frustrating for tax payers

It’s usually the Eastern European immigrants that are very obvious with racism in Canada. The Anglo Canadians are more subtle especially with high paying jobs.

Immigration is all about money. That's why a lot of places open gates for new immigrants. It's all about money. For the ones who keep complaining about new immigrants take away your jobs, why don't you think about how much can you pay to contribute your country? Those new immigrants pay double and more to just willing to reside.

This happens all around the world, in the USA the Cubans are well known within Hispanic community that they (Cubans) once they get the LPR (Green Card) they leave the US and go back to Cuba for more time the immigration law allows to be out of the country as a LPR (six months) meanwhile they claim SSA without have a real presence in the country, without work record, then relatives get the welfare benefits (money) and send it to Cuba this way this well educated citizens pay their expenses without working also happens with South Americans.\nThis is a real problem that it looks like the government do nothing to fix it.

I don’t know why stup!d people are paying millions of dollars to get the citizenship and then they'd never be able to earn the same amount of the money they spent getting the immigration. They could start up a respectable business in China or other Asian countries and enjoy the sunshine and family values.

So what this propaganda video is saying is refugees and immigrants get the same as Canadian citizens. Enough said. They are definitely NOT victims, and deportation is only fair to other honest and legal immigrants. Make them pass a language exam of at least junior high school level, like that they'll know they can't just pay their way into the life in a free and democratic country.

While I am daily trying to pass the English test to be eligible for getting Canadian PR, these people just pay money and get PR easily. Even I knew a lot of foreign students are paying money for faked marriage to become Canadian citizen, what a shame on that. I can afford that money but I never want to break the rule. Please prove that Canada government has created fair and equal immigration system for all people.

I learned several years ago during a time of unemployment that our EI centers are not for us, they are for immigrants. Not one service was for me, but if I was an immigrant, the entire world opens up including lots of financial support, they will even help you open a business. Yet we are the ones paying into it.

No one has the right to judge immigrates. A lot of them leaving the us have given the us there everything they came to the us to work and help contribute to the country . They payed taxes like everyone else . The us has a history making people wait many years before they are granted their green cards many people wait then are just deported I feel compassion for them . I'm Canadian and Prime Minister Trudeau is a snake. No one I know wants illegal immigrants here. We also don't want asylum seekers who are here to milk the tax payer. There was a recent local story of a Muslim family of ten from the middle east where the women just had her eleventh born here locally. The Canadian government pays $300 per kid, you do the math.

Yea, but the immigrant ( all races) kids get far better grades in school, and that generation pays 30% tax every year of their 100k salary... They're the ones that gonna take this country into next century of technologically advanced world. Issue with economy starts with the family. If you have single parent family and social issues.. kids aren't gonna make it in this highly competitive world. Please go to Google, facebook, Microsoft. .. you'll see immigrants left right and centre. Lets face the facts, immigrant mentality is what builds a proper county. First generation immigrants are lost and weird and seems odd, second generation is the cream of the crop . Third slows down then 4th is basically are the ones complaining about the first generation. Solution is to use these people and figure out how they will help this county in the next 30 years, not tomorrow. Look at how Irish, Ukrainian, Chinese, Italian etc.. came as first gen immigrants (to this native land). Cold.. lost.. try to use their wits to survive in a colonial economy. That second generation built what we have now. Immigration is a god damn economical strategy man... Issue with homelessness, has nothing to do with immigration. Homelessness is related to addiction and mental health. Most immigrants don't suffer from homelessness because they have relatives that look after each other. 3rd generation+ Canadians (all races) lack that.. if you're 18 you are own your own, thats where that issue is with homelessness.

I think the government knew about it a lot earlier but chose to ignore it. Many people even still commit visa fraud to gain entry. Express entry is highly vulnerable and used by many people take advantage. I can even name a person. Akhil Choudhary, Misrepresented/hide info about work experience and unlawful immigration activities that he did in USA. I went on a date with a recent immigrant from China. She had a fake job in Montreal which her parents back in China pay for. All she does is study French at “work” and collects a “pay Cheque” so she can pass the job / language checks and get her citizenship via Quebec, before she heads to Vancouver. Canadian/provincial immigration is completely broken and needs to be fixed.

there is also a big problem of immigrants coming here & having baby's so they can get citizenship also,but also not paying the bill at the hospital for the bill. for delivery of baby.This is big in British Columbia.

I remember when my family immigrated here over 15+ years ago and my brother was only 1 years old. 2 weeks after coming here he slipped on the floor and cut open his forehead on the hinges of our door and he was bleeding everywhere (he later had to get 6 stitches to fix it), my father was out working and we didn't know how to contact the police or hospital because we didn't have a home phone yet. We used our neighbors and the ambulance came and I strictly remember that because we didn't have our health cards yet they wouldn't start work even though my father said he will pay when he gets there. I remember my mother and I feeling helpless while my 1 year old brother was bleeding out (the hospital staff tried to stop the bleeding with cotton ball and bandage) and I distinctly remember that they did not start helping my brother even WHILE my father was paying but only started work after the bill was completed. Even though my family felt helpless at that time and we felt it was unfair, we never blamed Canada because it was their policy and they have every right to follow protocols. So it makes me angry to see people who walked into our country illegally getting far better treatment than my family ever got even though it might not be anything as life threatening as ours was. It makes me angry that our hard earned tax dollars are used to help people who have no motivation to help the country that gave them asylum during war.. It's actually the opposite as a lot of these families call their free housing "disgusting" and compare it to "living like a slave". I'm angry because little girls at my brothers own school are getting shoved and assaulted by refugee boys as young as 6-7 and are let off with a simple "don't do that again" and a meeting with the parents. This is not the Canada my family came to love and call home so I can't imagine the hardships of Canadians who are living here for 3, 4, 5+ generations 😔😔

I am naturalized Canadian. Have had never troubles with law . Have been paying tax since I immigrated to this beautiful country. Why this culprit is not being deported? He doesn't deserve to be a Canadian. When he got the citizenship he swore to obey the laws of this great country. Such behavior should not be tolerated. Tax payers are being punished for lack of legal system against such criminals. I am sure all these people he helped were aware that they were lying.

This was a horribly done story. It doesn't talk enough about the money or incentives. What financial incentive did these fake immigrants have to pay thousands of dollars to become a Canadian citizen. They briefly mention a low income benefit but don't even basically explain to what it amounts. Was Canada paying these fake citizens thousands of dollars a year in cash benefits for fake reports on low income earnings? It's like doing a story on a mass murderer, how he murdered and giving no background on his mental health or motivation.

I wonder why there are lots of Chinese lives here in the US with Chinese passport, especially in California. US immigration should investigate this too. These Chinese knows what they are doing. Of course they will lie to immigration officers that they are just victims of fraud but the truth is they know what they are doing because they are willing to pay even though they know it is a fraud.

It looks like crime does pay in Canada. This piece of work should have been deported and never let back into Canada again, also authorities must start investigating corrupt immigration lawyers who knowingly skirt many laws and coach illegal immigrants on what to say and how to act when questioned by immigration officials. Wang would only have serve 4 of 7 years. Most likely low level security like the place in Abbotsford with no fence and golf course. Gets released with $9million waiting for him. No chance of any civil forfeiture. BTW Mr Wang is refusing to pay his $900k fine . \n\nCanada Revenue Agency and Border Services Agency allowed this fraud go on. But not having a system that the people have no confidence in they will greet every immigrant with suspicion. They let in illegal immigrants & make life harder for the legitimate ones.

All these looks like immigrant victim are not naive or innocent, they pay the lawyer for such services so are a willing participant. For 10 million this lawyer has been BSing the Canada immigration for a very long time. How many people could make 10 million in their lifetime? The time given does not deter such a crime to happen again! There is a market there is always someone to break the law.

Something must be done with Canadian immigration, this show has proven the flaws, what about the land border where hundreds are just walking and claiming residency. If that continues Canada won’t be that safe place where people pay taxes and are proud of being called “ Canadians”.

Why are they living in China but pretending to live in Canada? It seems like it is helpful to Canada if anything. They are paying for empty homes and spending money on all of these immigration fees. \n\nI don't see how this is problematic for Canada. It seems like they are trying to scam China somehow.
