Hi guys..i want to explain 99% of people those are protesting belongs to indian province of Punjab. Most of them belongs to fudel families in Punjab and these people has become more problem making not only in canada but india also. In punjab these people block high way every second day to dictate their demands to goverment. They don't want to pay tex in India, they don't want to reply their lons, they don't want to work, everyone plan to settle down west by hook or crook, human trafficking, drugs, extortion and contract killing is very common in these people. They are racist with their fellow India on the base of religion, skin color, and language if anyone understands punjabi you can find how they promote cast superiority in punjabi movies and songs.I want to say canadians dont let them settle down in your country otherwise they will make Canada a third world country .

Canada looks like a third world country. Very rare to see white Canadians. I feel like I live in India (dirty place, people dressed crazy, people drive like crazy and cause accidents,) so I decided to leave Canada. Not interesting anymore at least for me.

Lucky you are you don't have as many from muslims countries like in the United Kinddom or would you like to have from muslims countries only ?. Canada was advertising jobs there years ago. Liberal party created a loophole for foreigners to exploit the student permits scheme! Any country in the world do not permit foreign students to work while studying. What a mockery to Canada! They have deprived the opportunities of Canadian low- income workers to seek the jobs.

The people to blame are the politicians on the left and the right. They have literally done this to this nation and this needs to end now. I think one of the main issues is the quality of some of these Indian migrants. What does a poorly educated, low skilled countryside bumpkin that can't speak English from the backwaters of Punjab offer a modern first world country like Canada? How many billions all colleges and universities made in last 10 years from charging double tuition fee. this is actually a really good summary of the situation. just like how India has their bad people who have caused problems we canadians also have similar people in who are just as troublesome if not worse such as the junkies on the streets who I see all the time here in Montreal and cause so much chaos. a big argument which I also feel like is that we should only allow the best of the best to immigrate to Canada. my mom was an immigrant and is an incredibly hard worker who is more than deserving of a Canadian citizenship and even my close friend who immigrated from India is just like that and is also 10x cleaner than anyone else I've ever lived with. the fact of the matter is that we need to bring back those high standards which we had in the past and crack down and send back those who abused the system and illegally entered the country. Canada IS the LARGEST country in the world, we have MORE land mass than any other country! However, NOT all of it is liveable!

The problem is simple. If its an issue of cost of living, while its true that it is very high, its very high across the industrialized world. That is because the causes influencing cost of living are not related to inside Canada but are being influenced by foreign actors which Canada has no control over. The Ukraine-Russia War for example is causing increases to food costs which are not easily overcome. The situation in the Middle East between Hamas and Israel threatens to spiral into a regional war and that threatens the oil supply and the present price for oil and gas. The Houthi have been making it hard to traverse the Red Sea which is forcing shipping to travel around Africa rather than directly through the Suez Canal to the Mediterranean Sea meaning those additional fuel costs get transferred over to the consumer. As for housing, while efforts to cool housing markets have been made, Canada's housing market is still relatively hot meaning the prices remain high in big cities. Its like a perfect storm. Increased costs on mortgages are an attempt to push down inflation but in the short term you are going to feel that as well. Also we are living in a transition period as the world sinks back to the older model of trade before before Bretton Woods in 1947 which is leading to a decoupling of product lines that at one time coming from Asia were cheap but are not more expensive because they are being made back in the home countries. Transitions do come with a price. Finally, add taxes which help to deal with health care, social programs and government services like embassies, foreign missions and the army well yeah its a perfect storm.\n\nI hope you have luck where you end up but do not for a minute assume that the grass is greener on the other side. Even Japan which attempts to keep certain costs low, has been forced to increase its national consumption taxes to offset overall costs. It isn't going to get cheaper but more expensive as we move back to the old trade model. However, as the world weans itself off of the World Trade Organization and the IMF, the world also re-opens the potential to a Great Depression because that was the reason Bretton Woods appeared in the first place. The world isn't going to get better but far worse.

The destruction is on purpose and not just in Canada. Look at the mess in the US. Look at what is happening in Europe. In Europe, people are even going to jail for their speech. If Canada allows unrestricted immigration from India, Canada could end up resembling a new India with 40 million Indians—what I’d call immigration overload. Indians should focus on staying in their own country and building it up, period. If they aspire to be a world power, they need to strengthen their nation from within rather than spreading out and often bringing the challenges of India with them. India is a beautiful, exotic, and diverse country. It’s time they took control and worked towards becoming the next China, but that goal seems far off at this pace.
