Great job n great research by the Nitish Rajput's team. This is 100% true, most of the people migrated to Canada in 80s-90s remember punjab negatively. Most of the news these people hear is through the indian media houses which very negative. They expect the same rights from indian government as they get from Canadian government. Most of the Khalistani supporting got active because of ruling party politics where a regular sikhs whose son, brother n father served in indian army and marines is called Khalistani without any reason. This has definitely created a divide in society, and media houses are also spreading the negativity towards a community. \n\nWahi baat h ki Modi is not india n humei ni pasand uski politics. Doesn't mean ki hum anti nationalist hogye or we hate modi. Bhai nahi pasand humei politics jo society mei divide kre. First thing a sikh child is taught is that everyone is equal. But still there were lots of people who were ready to put the terrorist tag without even reading the comment. And i feel people need to realise that punjabi youth can not remain silent on the issues concerning punjab and its growth, and if tgey question government and are not happy with their work it doesn’t make them anti national. Also, people feel that distributing these anti national labels is helping our nation, but in reality it is becoming the main cause why communities are separating from each other.

Farm bill was introduced to deal with agriculture problem of punjab. But the jat sikh who own 80 percent of land opposed it for their own benefit and also stated support to khalistan to fight against modi. These sikh abuse modi who is very normal about sikh community and respect them but they don't deserve it. I personally met with sikh who are more pr khalistan and anti hindu in general. They will support khalistan for their own benefits and its normal if we see in obc community along the country suppprting fragmentation of nation for their own reservation based on proportion

Sir, Ok now they somehow because of the misdeeds of a few Sikhs how earned a bad name. They should not have taken a violent path but should have proceeded through the democratic route and obtained the Presidentship of Canada. Otherwise a truly magnificent community indeed. Grew up in a traditional sikh family in punjab with the generic beliefs about pakistan being the rival country and punjab's hate towards the incidents of 1984 &1947. Moved to canada when i was 12 years old. Now i hav friends from muslim community, hindi community, afganistan, nigeria, Chinese, japanese and some others as well. We r so close to each other and just enjoy each other's values. We eat what we want and be considerate towards each other's values. I wish something like that could exist in india too. Just geeting along but there is too much division. Unfortunately, seems like its only gonna get worse. Much love to every community in india as well as pakistan. Its possible to get along if we just acknowledge the facts and gain some unbiased knowledge. Thank you for making that first step possible Nitish❤

Wonderful, detailed, unbiased video.\nYes 1980's was in a way dark year for Punjab. In that decade Punjabis self-respect, dignity, happiness & jovial lifestyle of community was badly thrashed. Punjabis who were doing outstanding selfless work and performance in agriculture, sports, military were humiliated and thrashed by than politicians, atmosphere/environment was made such to thrash, demoralise, humiliate Punjab/Punjabis and the political advantages were badly taken by all vested interests people.\nCurrently also Punjab is degrowing, mass conversion(Asia biggest church is being made in Punjab) cow slaughter and illegal export of the cows meat, liquor freely purchased, bureaucracy corruption and list continues. \nWhat Punjab is currently lacking and in dire need of Strong Leader like AdiYoginath ji, Annamalai, Hemant BiswaJi.\nKudos for making such a unbiased video???. Struggle is there without maid and house help initially but if have the willpower it will work out ,you at-least got job within a few months if u had did some courses it would work out . I got job only after an almost a year. I never wanted to stay in basement and it’s very cold and u will get sick We need both husband and wife to get things done and manage things .Thats where u missed out on. U at-least had relatives there we don’t have anyone here . I had my kid also here alone in hospital no help. I am not saying it’s easy nothing will be delivered on a platter here but it’s better than India freedom, lifestyle,groups community and more over value for life.Try again if u want and get a condo or apartment at-least next time.I always loved winters and once u know how to dress and what precautions to take winter is very beautiful. So if anyone is coming to Canada please be open minded and keep in my mind it will take at least 3-5 years to settle in a different country and you can lead a happy life here.

For the first time ever, I've seen a video not targeting the Sikhs in general. So glad he didn't blame the whole Sikh community for this. This is actually what a lot of Sikhs want to say, but are afraid to be targeted.

Sorry history maybe correct but you have shown Sikhs national movement in bad light ..their movements we purely in notional interest ..not for their community alone as you have put it ...they made sacrifices for India which you have distorted as their self interest. Also there are more sikhs in India ...percentage is in relation to country's population ..work it out properly. Get your facts right

I have been living in Toronto for more than 2 year now and in addition to their contribution to India, I have huge respect for the Punjabi/ Sikh community in Canada. Despite whatever derogatory comments the locals might have, reality is they are honest and extremely hardworking people. The seva offered to everyone at various Gurudwaras is just so emotionally overwhelming. Unfortunately, there is one section- mostly the international students who have recently arrived seem to be influenced by Punjabi pop music and try to emulate which looks absolutely cringe and stupid. The situation now is their stupidity gets recorded and posted on social media which has resulted in local stereotyping the entire Punjabi/ Sikh population as destructive immigration.

Hmmm now I can see why Punjab community is slowly converting to Christian's.. The name is CANADA.
