You guys should also introspect about India and all these topics. Such hypocrisy when it comes to India jobs, houses, avg income. Yes, it's a mess here in canada but things don't remain the same and talk more about India as well why people are leaving India from all walks of life. I'm Indian living in Canada working and living decent life and I'm grateful for everything.

Reason of Leaving Canada - Poor quality of Life, this comes from India where in metropolitan city you cant even breathe. We are in shambles but you know others are not doing well. Height of hypocrisy.

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, xenophobic people, too depressing. It has become the North Korea of the western world.\n\nTheir are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. Really they sell a dream, as britishers are institutionalized THIEF, that mean they theft other country resources but using policies and rules. As an Indian who moved to study in Canada 5 years ago, It's the best decision I've made in my life. I work in tech and the money I make in a year in Canada, is what I'd make in 10 years in India. I save around 20-25 lakhs every year even after living my best life. Not sure what these news channels are on about.

Indian news exaggerating the situation in Canada. I've been living in Canada past 5 years. I've never made more money and never lived my life better. \n\nWhen a million students come to study every year in 2 major intakes, it's obviously hard to find jobs. Canadian government has rightfully put a cap on this number to prevent this. The only mistake they did was not putting a cap 3-4 years ago.

Canada is becoming worse every day anyway!!! Salary are low (while cost of living is skyrocketing), which is why we have so many Canadians and immigrants who are becoming so anxious, depressed and facing all sorts of mental problems), people are moody, quality of life is decreasing and transport is trash compared to France and the lack for doctors is making this country look like a third world\nEconomy!!! Even Canadians are happy to leave this place (poor weather, lousy healthcare, lousy retirement compared to places like France, lousy transportation compared to most of Europe, worse mental health services than Europe, people are too serious and take things so seriously compared to the French) and honestly, we think of leaving it too for another country.. that you can trust me! We all can see the India streets in any documentary film. I dont think india has anything to critique Canadá at all.\n Why all this India students are so desperate to come to Canada then?.\nWe dont have little slum dogs kids abandon on the streets by the thousand, or cast born peoole allowed only to pick up feces all their life, and the atrocious list goes on and on. I was born in bangladesh and lived 18 years of my life there, then I moved to The us which is where I went to university and spent the next 7 years of my life. Then in 2004 I moved to canada and spent the next 13 years there before finally moving to oceania. Let me tell you why I left canada, in the later years there I was noticing how much I was being treated like an immigrant yes I am an immigrant but living 13 years of your life in the country and not being treated like a citizen but new people come into the country brand new and are treated more like citizens then you are hurts a lot. When I was new in canada I felt much more welcome by my coworkers and the citizens then I did after living there for so many years. But there's two more major reasons I left canada and these reasons are just as big as to why. In vancouver where I lived, the homeless crisis as you may know about was getting out of hand, it was a major problem even when I first settled in vancouver but now people were scared to even go the store as mentally ill homeless people were terrorizing everyone. And the last reason to top it all off was that the prices for everything in vancouver were simply ludicrous, It was insane how high the prices went up and taking care of my family was a struggle. I moved in 2017 and never once looked back, where I am now everyone and everything is sane and it hurt to leave canada at first because of how long I lived there and the memories I had there but let me be very clear I do not regret leaving canada.

India is way more ahead of Canada, India has advance medical services that is fast and affordable, better food , better infrastructure, affordable internet, less expensive life style, more varieties of cuisine, more transportation options , better education- but not better education system, etc no country is perfect Canada needs to work a lot to improve itself.

Oh my India. You will say anything to distract people from your assassinations in Canada and the US. Life is hard everywhere. Maybe these immigrants just realize that you have to work once you come to Canada. Either way our population is set it increase by 1 million this year.

Re Indian students as a former teacher I have to also say that many Indian students coning here are lacking the basics. I also found that students educated in US states like Florida and Texas were around two grades behind. Many Indian studenrs here have high expectations but poor background and inadequate English language skills. It is a shame that people are getting into Canada with false documentation and credentials. Also they are enrolling in very dubious schools and it is no surprise that they find life here very difficult. Hopefully the Canadian government will take greater care to see that only suitable candidates are allowed to come to Canada as students. Also students from other countries should avoid coming here if they don't really have sufficient skills and should make sure that they are choosing reputable educational institutions. There are lots of private institutions with fancy names. Don't be fooled.

US has better job opportunities but I left US for Canada because of the gun violence, racism, inadequate health system. Live a more modest life here but am happy to be in Canada. Also Canada is a peaceful country over all.

I think if you want to succeed then you will succeed anywhere. I love my country India. But I don’t like the pollution and the rat race children go through . You cannot afford a decent place to stay in big cities if you are not earning really really well. Yes, loneliness is there in Canada but you can make friends , join extracurricular activities. I do hate the health system but also I know that God forbid if I ever have a serious disease , I don’t have to pay for it through my nose like India. This lady is cribbing for nothing at all. I don’t think she wanted to stay. She must have thought here roads are paved with gold. In India also you have to struggle . Go in a packed train to work, come late and cook. You don’t learn any life skills because maid is there.

Theirs no prosperity in Canada anymore as you would think, big businesses,had crushed small businesses, small businesses are destroyed by red tape and high taxes, buying a home is only available to people with significant salaries and high paying job, and internet insurance, all extremely high. As a Canadian, I would leave this country, politicians are crooks, liars, controllers, it’s a beautiful country, but the governments have ruined the life living here. Politicians are such asshole bullshitters it unbelievable.

I think Canada is still one of the best countries in the world. Some of the countries that have high rankings of happiness have free university, humane incarceration, much better health care,m and everyone has a family doctor, and many amenities to make life more productive and healthy. I’m fine paying more taxes for those societal benefits but many aren’t. Society is what we make it to be honest. Staying put and digging in and contributing to good in your community is a great way to improve city life. I think you are far too concerned with what things cost to do that unfortunately. Thailand is cheap as hell but I could never tolerate the low wages paid to vulnerable, hard workers, and the profound poverty, not to mention sex tourism. Trashing cities and departing isn’t helpful. Let me say it, u didn't do ur research before moving abroad, abroad life is not for lazy ppl who don't want to work on their own. Didn't u know how was the life abroad wen u have ur relatives there. And the positions u r saying are voluntary for parents, it's not a job,it's called lunch duty. You didn't try to find how life, society is there. Who asked u to hire a basement, looks like that u weren't financially ok therefore u had to hire a basement. Ppl have nice houses there. Madam, ur qualification was not suitable to get a job in canada if u r in teaching. Ur english has to be iltes level. I have relatives who are in IT and have very good salary, live in big houses. So it seems u didn't have proper skills and qualifications to get a decent job there. If u have experience u don't have to start from the scratch. U are not fit to live abroad u seem a lazy person. Ppl like u are only suitable for india. Food options are alot in canada for veggies. Healthcare is good there and free. They have a discipline there. Canada is expensive may be u couldn't cope there. Great video.skilled people should migrate to Australia but never canada..let me add 3 more reasons : canada is a non happy people, due to complex life, it's very hard to meet a Canadian happy. 2. Many sectors in business are dominated by people from a certain country and they will not anyone work in that field. For example, security guard, and warehouse jobs are only for India. Firefighting jobs are only for someone who's father or brother is a Firefighter. School manager is only Canadian of Europe origin...3. Who on Earth would want to live here? We are such a depressing and failing culture and society. We have placed ourselves in a situation where nothing properly can grow here. Canada will get far more depressing over the next decades. I tell people all the time don't come here, you'll pay more than money for coming here. And I tell people, who are able, to leave. Find a better place to call home. Canada can't be home to people. Not with how we are easily dislodged, displaced and how everything around us is on fire and burning down. \n\nDon't come to Canada unless you're suicidal and want to die, or you happen to be super rich and you can make it. \n\nCanada will be losing many many Canadians in the future. Whether it's people leaving the country, whether it's people returning to their old countries, or whether it's people killing themselves off desperately trying to find solutions to problems. \n\nPlease don't come here people. \n\nCanada is a horrible place to live. Most indian old people ( parents of young people working in Canada or USA) who live there with their children are bereft of any idea to make their individual life any better. I found none with any hobbies. They treat themselves as deadwood and complain they can't do this and that. They can't gossip ? that is their problem. None of them read, write, paint, play music, garden, create any handicraft. They cook, clean the house and wait for their tired children to come home from work and complain They are bored. Just because they hate their own company. I'm 72 and I enjoy my annual long trips to Canada. 24 hours is not enough for me. My 70 years old wife and I remodeled our daughters house on our last trip. Before that was creating a new garden. Our canadian friends wait for us to cook or bake with us. \nI don't understand what these people are complaining about ? The people that are complaining about Canada have some valid points , as do I . But in travelling to other countries you really see how the good extremely out weighs the bad . The main problem in my opinion is allowing massive Immigration without improvement of services across every aspect of living . This leads to the degradation of the quality of life . I was raised in Vancouver and our family moved to the US when I was 32 for 22 years. In 2021, after our kids graduated high school, we made the decision to move back to Canada for several reasons, top of the list was universal healthcare. We live a good life in Victoria and don't regret our decision. Canada just feels safer and we have had wonderful experiences with our medical care. No matter what Western G7 nation you live in, prices are high, housing costs are high, it's the unfortunate outcome of neoliberalism and the wealth gap.

90% of the population in Canada people are really sick and suffering from different kind of diseases . That talks very bad for Canada that means the life in Canada is very bad ! If in one country if the percentage so high of the people who are suffering from : \nDiabetes, High Blood pressure, Heart disease, Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, Heart attacks , Cancers, etc. It means that country is not good to live in it .

This is crazy. Masses of people who we don't know who they are move as please around the world with no documents. Europe is flooded, Canada and the US. Came to Canada from Kuwait looking for a better future. Big mistake, shouldn't have flapped my gums at work, i had a decent banking job with a career and a future. Now im stuck driving a effin truck with a bachelors degree to make slightly above average with 0 appreciation from the public, and a middle finger to say thank you for my 70 hour work weeks. I see my bed once every 3 days. I sleep next to rats and roaches in truck by the ports. Belittled by port workers and customs agents. Barked at by everyone down to a forklift driver. Looked at as lesser of a human because of the colour of my skin. What a horrible life :( My sister has already left and she was a dentist in Toronto. My mom went back ages ago. My dad is the only one wanting to stay to take care of his elderly patients, many rely on him. All i do is pay taxes and hide my money in the business, what a corrupt and horrible financial system.

This story is very true. I came to Canada when i was 10. Was raised in Canada and life was great. All that changed in the last 10 years. Everything is sooo expensive you have to cut back on leisure activities that you need to keep your mind healthy after a long work week. All i did was work long hours for the necessities for me and my family. After a long conversation about a year ago with my wife, we decided to move back to Portugal (I have dual citizenship). We moved this past summer and couldnt be happier. Life here is much more laid back and you are not charged to do the simple leisure activities like going to a provincial park. Food is cheaper, housing is cheaper, insurance is cheaper and weather is 100x better. No more having to hibernate at home in the winters. Only thing i found more expensive here was electronics and fuel. Something needs to change in Canada.

Why are so many people LEAVING Canada lately? Because it's getting more and more impossible to have a normal life there.

Great video and very helpful indeed for new comers, but my personal experience is, you can do much better in Canada if you burn the boats, you can not give it your 100 % specially when you keep thinking that you can always go back to where you come from. Most of us are not used to live independent hard working life and that’s a bottle neck and culture shock for most immigrants.

I didn't like the traffic jams, air pollution, the political goondaas, the rapes and killings of innocent girls, the hypocrisy in the general public and leadership, the government red tape, the Prime Minister of a country coming to power on the basis of Digital economy and the entire population running each and every real estate transaction using black money. The Prime Minister of a country promising 100 developed cities and delivering just 10 cities with uncontrollable air pollution and traffic jams and failed infrastructure, the 1.5 billion people just act like mute spectators, yes I am proud I quit and chose Canada at age 46 from a country that can never come out of its slave mentality and hypocrisy in each and every deal. I am proud of bringing my family to Canada and giving a respectable life to my wife and my 2 daughters, and most importantly breathing pure Oxygen, a rare luxury in my home country...

#3- Canada is not an Islamic country. Western Country, Western culture, and way of life. \nIf a Westerner moves to a Muslim country, they'll be expected to adjust to that culture. \nI do agree these two cultures do not mix, at all.
