yes canada is not racist and no one can make such generalization. however it is clear by many comments that racism clearly exists. international students are not just from india. they are from many countries. many come from nigeria also but rebel news or harrison and others would not say one word against anyone who is black. if all these people were from uk or europe then would this even be an issue to anyone? be honest. i am not taking sides. i been in canada for 40 years and my loyalty is to canada and for sure i would say there was lot of racism when i came in 1988. from grade 6 to 9 life was terrible here. things changed over time and my kids have not experienced racism for most of there life here but now i am seeing the bullies type that i faced are returning more and more especially online. rebel news and harrison (forgot his last name) are motivating such people. i had 2 racism incident in last few months. majority of indians are not trouble makers and are amongst the richest community in all of canada with the lowest crimes. many indian doctors, nurses, IT sector, engineers etc... now where does the problem lie. it is with poor immigration policies which lowered its standards. the requirements has to be raised higher and highly educated bunch is who we should bring in. many people from punjab india are involved in crimes and drugs and these are the people involved in the separatist movement and jagmeet and justin brought them in for votes. they need to go and so do those who are not loyal to canada. those of you who are racist i can give you a history lesson of the kkk or the crusaders but i know too many good people who i rather not group with you. in fact there is no need to go that route. you can never get rid of all blacks or indians out of canada. we have a history and we have every right to feel canadian as we obey and contribute to the economy and abide the law so f-off.

Stop allowing corruption on pricing. Why was these charges allowed to start. Like liberals making Canada soly reliant on liberal handouts that have ballooned our debt. Liberals give money to people who can’t afford houses does not make houses more affordable but the opposite. Canada has lowest gdp production in last 9 plus querters, most protest for wage increases in 40years, most work related strikes to do affordability. Liberals just raised bc minimum wage to 20$ ask yourself how many coffees have to be sold to cover wage so expect simple coffee to cost over 3$ hahaha let’s not even talk about food fuel and energy cost

I have seen many students and people who doesn’t even know how to talk English and they are PR holder \nI know some families who does not have education but don’t know how they landed here

No point coming to Canada or other any Western countries when you can't speak and read in English, either.\nBy the way, you're better off training to be a plumber, a mechanic, a nurse etc than getting a liberal arts degree. If you're an international student and you can't afford to rent for example in Vancouver and Toronto than don't come here. It's no secret some international students turn to prostitution, sell drugs and go to food banks in order to survive. Don't come to Canada assuming study permits automatically means you will get Canadian citizenship.

This is appalling. This is not the international studentship I know. When I was in university at York, interns students were very wealthy and from rich families and could easily afford tuition.\nThe Indians going and lying to their people and recruiting them in mass to come to Canada should face justice.\nCanada doesn’t need Indians from Indian villages flooding the streets to make money.

The only thing I would say cause you seem to be very young. Is that brampton actually in the 70's and to early 2000's used to be mostly a white and black community and then other cultures. I am born in Toronto I have a cousin born in Toronto who currently lives in brampton she owns a house in brampton for about 25 years. And is going through a lot mentally with the slamming. We got of people from India mostly in the last 2 years, but it's been going on slowly over 10 years and she's not doing well with the overwhelment of Indians and we're of black Jamaican heritage. So just so you know, brampton used to actually be white and then black was actually the second largest population and everybody else was after that. And then in the last 10 years they started coming but it wasn't in hundreds of thousands and then in the last 2 years it blew up insanely. As that man described is like an invasion. I now live on the West Coast of Canada and the same thing has happened here. And it's been a lot for me Canadian born. I've always grew up with every culture. I've lived and worked around the Indians that used to come here were literally not even on the radar. I mean you see them, but you just they just blended in because most of them had assimilated and were doing their lives. The breed that has come over specifically in the last 2 years is what is making it even worse cause if they acted like the ones who came before 10 -20 -30 years ago. They probably wouldn't stand out, but then again when you bring in almost a million, into all of Canada, they would stand out, but maybe people wouldn't be so agitated, if they had tried to assimilate and be respectful to the other cultures here and that is the number one complaint I hear anytime, I see interviews. Is people saying they don't assimilate? They're very rude to anybody who is not them. They are just interacting with the environment. The way they do at home, Canadians are more quiet and try to be respectful of other cultures. We like to just have their own space and our own peace when they're moving throughout this space and a lot of people describe the energy of the Indians coming in almost evasive into your space and then not really carrying anything about invading ur space. They act like, so what's the big deal if I'm in your space and that has been the number one issue is just the rudeness. Not assimilating and imposing their culture, speaking their language, not attempting to integrate with other cultures showing actually a lot of racism to some of the other cultures. And that has been the biggest problem. So just so you know, cause I can tell you're young. I'm North 40 years old and I can tell you. The demographic change has been so intense everywhere in Canada especially in the last 2 years. That I have even seen podcast with Indian people who have been here 10 -20-30 years, saying the government needs to figure out a way and get a good swath of these people gone because they are. Staining them with a negative brush. Cause I can tell you. It's only in the last 5 years. That I notice Indians. I've grown up around every culture. And I just don't notice individual cultures in that way. Until in 2022, Trudeau took the guard railsl off the foreign worker program and the student Visa working program. And just said Hey, anybody want to come bum rush the door now? And India is known for having middlemen in India that work with Fake Diploma Mills scholls with brampton having over 80 of them that the middlemen work scamming Indians by telling them if they pay anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $50,000 even higher to get fake school acceptance letters, so they can come here to get the word permit and work full-time or with companies that provide fake LMIA job offers on the black market, which is illegal under the I.R.C.C, but that is a thing that they had prior to 2022. And when Trudeau took the guards rails off when it comes the requirements and basically. Made it a free-for-all and as India already had the scamming infrastructure in place that kept their population moderate and it just allowed th scammers to go nuts, so that's why we got mostly Indians. Other cultures do it too, but it's so tiny. It's not noticeable. The Indians already had the infrastructure in place that when they took off the guard rails, it was easy for them to switch and start selling these opportunities to go to these fake schools was over 80 of them in brampton t such a lightening speed. Hence why we got slammed so hard-and-fast with that specific community.That just really we're coming here to work and send money home and that is also why a lot of our banks are now struggling with cash reserved because they're sending money home. So just thought I'd give you that angle. I understand you're doing it from your culture's perspective mostly but you're missing a whole bunch of information. I see more Chinese than Indians but for sure Canada became the first colony in America for India and China. I don't know the reason as an outsider why the USA government has let all the illegals in to this country I never will, but at a guess one of the reasons might be because a lot of the Americans are on drugs right now and can't work, so they still need workers in the factories to keep the place going so they just employ cheap labour from other countries to take the place of people that can't work not to help the people of the USA to keep the country going.

Germany needs some types of skilled workers (doctors, nurses, IT engineers, etc.), but they want people who can think like a German for other office jobs. \n\nI am not a huge fan of German culture after living for 13 years but my home country Japan isn´t better for foreigners on many aspects..\n\nGerman taxation system and company cultures in the IT industry are not competitive with the US or Canada. Within Europe, I envy the digitalization of the governmental sectors in the Netherlands.\n\nThe skilled workers who may enjoy living here are the people who love the German culture. My understanding is that that is a minority, most of the foreigners I know in this country are not thrilled with the ´fun´ factor.\n\nThe people from politically unstable countries appreciate the German democracy and rules of law, which I agree with except for the accompanying bureaucracy. And the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement is whole lot more scary than the German counterpart, which should not be any problem for legal skilled workers, though.

Most of these International students spend $30 to $40,000/- to come here and settle down . The courses which are offered by these no name Candian institutes in which these people enroll into are of ZERO value back home and even here in Canada there is not much value. Purpose is just to settle down and every one knows that . Its just a huge scam and everyone is a part of it . I wish they could have used this money to initiate a start up back home .

As a FRENCH individual, here is my perspective; we humans look for what is good for us!!! I am French (I consider myself very lucky as France is a very stable and prosperous economy) but many French also look for better opportunities abroad, namely in Switzerland (higher salary and better work packages but that influx created a xenophobia against French living in Swiss) and the US (tech jobs mainly, which are better paid than in France)!!! We ALL do it!!! Many white South African women also do everything to marry British, Germans, Canadians on purpose (the media never mentions that and we know why) so that they can escape the extreme environment in South Africa!!!! It is just that the media tends to focus on black and brown people as it sells better!!! Ohhh and did you forget those many North Americans who flock to Mexico, and South America to run away from the horrendous cost of living!!!! Same for those many Canadians (a common trend those last years) who start to flock into the US to run away from higher living costs in Canada and for higher paid jobs in the US!!!! Okay may be some lesser developed countries do it but let’s realize that WE Europeans also move and emigrate when things turn “grill our ar**s” where we live!!!! Canada is not taking advantage of population increase. See in another perspective, if Canada improves their high speed trains and buses, more people will visit more places, dying mining cities will revive etc. If you can reach within one to two hours from far cities, people working in Toronto will look for far places to live. Regarding Brampton, our councillors don't know what is needed for this City. Go and check Kennedy Road from Queen Street to Steel. There is no development. No university in Brampton. Easy to complain. But there is lot development needed in Brampton.

As a born and raised Canadian I do feel embarrassed and frustrated when I see people from my race acting like fucking idiots because I know it’s going to lead to people viewing and potentially treating me worse, perhaps even just subconsciously. As they say we wear our race on our face and since humans are pattern recognition machines, chances are people will just take one glance at me to form their assumptions based on the behaviour of these fucking idiots. \n\nNow I’ve also seen people from other races act like imbeciles in Canada too, that very much includes white people. In fact I mostly see white people being weird or crazy in public. However the key difference is that there’s so many more Indians pouring in now.

Public buses & metro stations so crowded already. There are too many people already. It's different from 3 years ago. I know people want a better life comparing to their own country. I came here through a program and it's like passing through the eye of a needle. All should be legal & legitimate.

I live in downtown Montreal, and it has become really bad. We had homelessness and considering where I chose to live, we had a lot of club drug use. Now? We have addicts all over the streets. I am kinda happy that winter is coming and all these people sleeping in the parks and throwing garbage and needles around will be too cold to do this. Maybe they will go to Vancouver. I don’t know, but I am now dreaming of selling my house and moving elsewhere.

Not so acurate information. During the college time students can work only 20h/week. Unless it has changed. \n\nAlso, it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get permanent residency before graduation because you need Canadian experience (full time) for at least 1 year in specialized areas. \n\nOnly if you successfully complete your program you get the full time work visa per 3y. In this time it’s going to be possible TO APPLY for permanent residence. \n\nBut not only that. Canadian experience give you extra points in the immigration program, but also a Bachelor’s degree, or a master degree, work experience in your back country, English level, and age. \n\nI don’t know for certain countries if the rules are different, but as long as I know, it’s the same for everybody. \n\nWhen I came as an international student, I had to prove the college was paid, also show I had enough money to support myself for 1y without work. Also, the program at college that costs $4000/semester for a Canadian student, it costs $8-10.000 for an international student. \n\nMy work visa (during college) allowed me 20h per week working only. \n\nTo get my study visa approved I had to show intermediate English, money, work experience, Bachelor’s degree (I have also a master’s), and explain why I wanted to study in Canada and why that program was related to my current career. \n\nTalking about jobs; I have worked as a housekeeper in a hospital (on weekends). After I graduated I became supervisor. \n\nSome people complain about students and immigrants getting the jobs, but what I’ve seen was a lot of people complaining EVERY DAY about their jobs, about their lives, etc…but doing absolutely nothing to change it.\n\nI got here as a student, I became immigrant, I worked as a cleaner, I graduated at college.after 2y working full time I got the permanent residence, and I was back to school. \nI got a Master’s degree at McMaster University, and now I am a manager in a big hospital. \nImmigrants taking the jobs??? I don’t believe so. I did to deserve it. \n\nSo, don’t put everybody on the same basket. There are bad people I know, but also there are people willing to grow and make the country grow as well. \n\nLast, but not least, I don’t think the COUNTRY has more people that they can handle. I think it's great that there are so many Indians in canada. I don't know why people would think Canada belongs to white people only. Just because they happen to kill off the native peoples and steal all their land is no reason that other people cannot now come here and live lives because they're not Exterminating anyone and they're bringing their skills and their education and and better people actually to that country

I know someone who has got a visit visa and is coming to Canada in September with 100% intention to apply for asylum. I know that he is bringing with him fake documents that will show he has a genuine case. But I know for sure that everything is fake. I have reported it to boarder security but I don’t trust that if they will check and even if they care. Because we all know these visit visa were issued to bring people and claim asylum. That’s like government is bring on purpose cheap labor and want to put the burden on existing tax payer.

Thanks so much for this video! I admire the hard working and awesome culture of most people I have met who have come to Canada from India! We definitely needed help in filling in the deficit of employees that are needed in Canada! It is a shame that ALL political parties did not solve the housing issue which we knew was going to be a problem, many decades ago, even well before the Harper government! This is not rocket surgery! LOL\nIn Northern Ontario we have a LOT of Indian immigrants. All the ones I have met are very well educated even though they are working in the service industries! I know several Indian Canadians who are Doctors, Teachers and Engineers! Almost all of my experiences have been positive! Of course it is human nature to always highlight issues, for example: I caught one group of people throwing garbage in a parking lot, and immediately notified them that they had dropped something, and even followed them with the garbage. One of the group stated, it was just trash. I told him there was a garbage can right over there, and I just KNEW that they did not want to throw it just lose on the ground, and wanted to help keep our town clean. They said sorry and politely picked it up and placed it in the garbage can. Hopefully lesson learned! I politely and respectfully spoke out, to a good resolution.\nMy parents were immigrants from war-torn Germany. I know ALL about prejudice for new immigrants. Our parents being German-Canadian at a time right after WW2, where MOST Canadians had an Uncle, a Father, a Grandfather or someone they knew who had fought and some died because of Germans! Mass immigration is Canada's biggest problem just like it is in the UK France Germany etc. We need mass deportations then have people come the proper way. Sorry I do not want to pay for illegals. Trudeau's immigration policies are wrong. I don't know why he invited so many people from around the world. Accepting refugees from Somalia, Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine and so many other countries. This made low wages jobs scarcity. 2. Unlimited Student visas 3. Extending work permits 4. Inviting H1B visa holders made more compitetion among tech jobs. Especially inviting H1B visa holders is a big blunder. You don't have that many jobs here as in the US. Why are you inviting them?
