PR don’t have a Canadian passport and only citizens can have it. Once you are a Canadian citizen, you don’t need to live in Canada for a required time. I grew up in BRAMALEA, now incorporated with Brampton. BRAMALEA was an idyllic community made up primarily of Brits, European, and African-Canadians. None of this convinced me that the immigration laws in Canada are as bad as in the US. At least Jose and his family were vetted upon entering the country. I'm sorry to hear this - Lost cases are so Rare in Canada - We're usually much more welcoming. However, is it really lost - I have a feeling that's he's an illegal immigrant, which I don't support - Everyone, wherever they are from, needs to go through the system.
