My husband is from Gaza, all of his extended family was killed and these three months have been the most emotionally depleting, we also found out we are 2 months pregnant alhamdulilah and because we want to make sure the little one gets the islamic education and lives in a safe environment we can't possibly stay in Canada (we live in Vancouver, almost no visible muslims here). I'm a revert from Europe so people get so confused when they see me in hijab, it's uncomfortable and scary. Given the fact that my husband grew up in Gaza, we would like to move somewhere where islamic values are still very strong and people didn't exchange them for Shakira concerts (I think we all know which country i'm talking about) so our safest bet as of now is Kuwait and Qatar. As the US is sending warships to the Sues chanel to defend ships full of goods for the west. As the son of Palestinians, just as the Jewish people have a “birthright” to return to Israel. The Palestinians living in Palestine have a right to their homes and land. My parents left willingly to give me a safer life and I love them for that but those who cannot do so should not be demonized for refusing to leave their homes and effectively make themselves stateless and homeless. It’s not up to Arab nations alone to take refugees. It’s up to the entire civilized world to stop the killing through sanctions and humanitarian aid. Killing of civilians on both sides is senseless and goes against god, no matter the religion. Palestinians do not want to leave, they want to live in peace.

So the answer he should have given was “No I’m not” because he knows that all the aid for Gaza goes directly to Hamas and is rarely given to its people. Ok so then how will this ever come to be if Palestine keeps sending bombs to Isreal? I know that Isreal is bombing them back to really badly but they brought it on to thier selfs just imagine a state in Iran that says it don't want to be a state in Iran so Iran gives them land to be in but then the people who are in that land want more they are not happy so they start bombing Iran and then Iran attacks the land you would all be ok with that right? Why because its the same religion killing each other all Palestine has to do is stopping fighting Isreal make peace work together stop spending all your money on weapons and armies that are just dying Palestine with the land it has can be great but they just want war!
