Don't worry. One day the people of the 3 countries - India, Pakistan, Bangladesh will realise that we had been senselessly fighting and competing with each other instead of staying united and then we will reunite as one nation, as we are actually one nation.

Why don't they stay in their own countries?

let's be honest as an international student I am in awe of how some internationals can study in Canada when they can't even speak English properly .. when I came here I needed to pass IELTS and get a band 7 for everything all my documents and transcripts were directly sent from the official email of my institution. I need to pass an exam before enrolling for my course, I have criminal, abuse registry, and child registry checks in my country and even when I am in Canada. Did all the immunizations needed and abide by their law i need to submit all these documents every 6 months access. to the policy of the program I am doing. And as an international remember you are coming to Canada they have their own culture so you need to respect and adjust to it, not Canada adjusting to you... even though Canada is diverse they have its own rules so yes adapt to the place where you are. And to them blaming the agency you the people who are using them knew exactly what they were getting into now you are complaining I did all my applications through DIY as IRCC is a direct applicant why need agents for application. Ircc should also question why a person needs an agent to process their applications. If they can't understand basic instruction and basic legal matters would you think those students will be able to survive the education system here in Canada? let's be real a lot of students are taking short-term courses, short like 8 months, and yes to get PR (I wouldn't lie cause that would be hypocrisy all international students have that aim, and if you say no just stay in your country). Now this a lesson to IRCC that they really need to make a thorough background before offering a PR permit ..and please when you are in public speak English respect the people around you... and don't speak too loud in your language when you are in working places.. uphold professionalism again remember you are in Canada a french English speaking country. And don't start with me about being racist.... cause it is plainly common sense.

Sorry but you wear your politics on your sleeve and then some. If you are not happy living in a secular country, then you are under no obligation to stay. The same is true for the rest of us.

Canada is cold and miserable most of the year as you need to stay indoors, Travelling to work when it’s dark in the morning and coming home when it’s dark, how can that be enjoyable. People who enjoy living in very dry warm climates should live there. Housing would be much cheaper in most Muslim countries and no need to have the heater on 24/7 just to stay warm . The sports is so different, Grid Iron in summer and Hockey in winter. Soccer is much easier and to play Cricket all you need is a bat, stumps and a ball and off you go all day.?

I think if one is seeking that much of a comfortable life, and is not willing to struggle at all, then yes please stay at home.\nI think 2.5 months is way too less time to form an opinion about any country.\nThese things are pretty common which one would expect when you move to a new country.\n1 Google search would have set the expectations. I think the mindset was not ideal for moving to western countries.

I'm an immigrant and my immigrant friends and I were talking about exactly this just the other day. I'd like to add some context on why so few international students stay: they can't. Schools prey on this very fact. In international recruiting, these schools use the promise of thriving local industries and trot out graduates working locally as major draws to these expensive programs. Then once students are in Canada, many of these schools couldn't care less: they offer little or sometimes no housing support, no immigration advice (or in my case and many of my friends' cases: they give straight-up false immigration advice that can screw you over or even get you in trouble). There absolutely needs to be regulation and accountability for these predatory schools; I think a good starting point would be capping the number of visas they can apply for based on the number of housing units available (either on-campus or via local development subsidy and homestays). Tons of students come to Canada completely unprepared due to false promises made by these schools, and then get spit out into an egregiously inefficient and broken work visa system.\nMy immigrant friends and I are all highly skilled in our specific field. There are only a handful of people in the world (let alone in Canada) who can do what I do at the level I do it, so I would be incredibly difficult to replace if I left Canada. Despite that, and despite being Canadian-educated (Canadian resources invested in me that you'd want to keep in Canada), remaining in Canada has been a massive struggle for me and my friends. We individually spend hundreds and even thousands of dollars every year to apply for permits that have to be renewed annually, but take the government 6+ months to process. Because the government is so backed up, we have to apply for *extra* permits to bridge that gap (more money, and more work added to IRCC's already-long line of applications). I'm in limbo for the majority of the year where I can't switch employers, can't leave the country, etc. It's horrible. \nBut I have it better than most. Of the international students in my year, only I and one other student are still in Canada because the transition to work permits is so needlessly long and difficult. Even a graduate who does manage to get a work permit might have to sit unemployed for 6 months or more before that permit is active. How is a student supposed to survive without work for that long? In order for employers to even apply to sponsor a graduate, they often have to do a lengthy labor market impact assessment, and so these graduates are stuck in a holding pattern, and they're the lucky ones. Immigration is absolutely vital to Canada and I hate how quickly these stories turn to xenophobic rhetoric, but we have to make space in the conversation to take a look at how schools are exploiting students and policy loopholes, and why they're doing it, and address those problems. The current system isn't fair to anyone.

I dont understand why people keep coming to Canada i born and raised here i am always in debt i barely support my 2 kids and my wife Canadian government they take off my income almost 50% and 15 % taxes on purchases so i live with 35% of my income what the hell is that also we are living in cold weather 6 months i dont understand like here in Quebec if uou want to buy a house you pay a welcome tax whats the hell i recommend everyone if you have a stable job in your country stay in your country between your family .

I understand and agree with you. Everything here is expensive with high taxes that go up just about every year. Europe is much cheaper and there are many countries that are a lot safer. I understand how you feel as Muslims and I have nothing against other religions. You don’t have your calls to and I as a Christian I don’t have the church bells which happen to also be a call to prayer. If I was not 70 years old I would leave. I am not Canadian but I am a citizen, my husband, however, is Canadian, so we stay because leaving would be extremely difficult. You are correct about the government and the ‘woke’ ideology in schools and everywhere we turn it seems which we also do not agree with. Canada was built by immigrants no doubt. When Canadians are unwilling to do the low pay hard labour, and give birth to kids, there has to be immigrants to fill the gap. Housing crisis is the elephant in the room, it has been around for quite a while. Remember one decade ago in Vancouver #donthaveonrmillion? Its worse now. International students became easy solution/target for politicians to blame because they cannot vote. They were considered as solution of labour shortage back during Covid then there was a labour shortage. Sean Fraser the minister of immigration back then made it super easy for international students to stay in Canada permanently. When he takes the office of Minister of Housing, he starts to point fingers to those students. Who let them into this country in the first place? We need more roads more houses. IRCC needs to work faster to get more skilled workers doctors into the country. Putting a cap on current immigration level is not a good idea.

A fair amount I have met have completed their degrees but are staying here in order to obtain Canadian Citizenship and of course our passport. Many of them will then leave here but they will be carrying a passport which is still usually well regarded abroad.\n\nEither that or they stay here and import the rest of their family, where they can continue to live as if they were still in their country of origin, but in better conditions. They do not integrate into Canadian culture. They don't have to, and they are not interested.

Indian students really should avoid Canada. Go to a country with higher thresholds. Or even better to stay in India.\n\nThe obsession of Punjabis to come to Canada is crazy.

I don’t think the student’s are a problem as much as immigration itself.\nCanada has been very negligent the way immigrants were taking in to the Country. Instead of letting these immigrants responsibly come into the Country , they were stampeding into Canada without anyone watching that these people even were eligible or not. We have no doubt many undesirable’s who would not have been allowed under normal circumstances. Even now people have no place to stay, yet more and more immigrants are coming and sit on top of each other. How is this healthy for these people and how is this healthy for Canada and Canadians. The Government is so irresponsible, that they simply have to be thrown out !!

All the Syrians and many other Muslims that immigrated into Europe didn’t want to leave their land either. But many European nations welcomed them in. But the surrounding Muslim nations will not allow Palestinian refugees into their countries, whether they want to come or not. Listened to your vlog and I want to suggest few things as an immigrant myself... I am not sure of your detials but seems like your husband came back after 2 months leaving you there with family.. I have rarely seen any family settling abroad unless they have seriously burnt all there bridges back home.. if you start with a mindset that let's go and see and if doesn't work out we will come back 90% odds are you will go back.. firstly come with absolutely clear mind that no matter what happens you are not going back.. and you will make it here no matter what. The journey will become much easier and one directional.. Secondly you do not have to rely on any family abroad to move.. this is an other mistake people make.. they think they will have support but this support is actually a limiting option ... it doesn't let you get on feet quicker. Nobody can support you for long abroad and sooner than later you have to get on your feet. once you over stay your welcome you can start getting some unwelcoming vibes and then you get depressed thinking there is no one genuinely yours in this country.. you waste your initial time relying on your family.. better start without them in the first place and get going from day one.. and lastly 2 3 months is nothing to settle any where let alone in Canada.. you have to be patient, persistent and focused and after 2 years and after seeing all the calendar and religious seasons twice, you finally start to think of new place as your home.. its hard but in the end it's truly worth it and then you can never go back to India or Pakistan

No, Liberal media and Trudeau team all got it wrong again. International student are rich and educated people. They don't stay in low income housing areas like Trudeau team think these people are using up all rental apartments. They rent lux condos. In the long run, if they want to settle here, they bring money into the country, and they're good for the economy vs many uneducated poor immigrants ended up into gangs. You welcome people to build this country, not the type to impose their values into ours.

I came to Canada in 1970 from a tropical country. I love this country that I married one. Its\nthe best country in the world and I am proud of it. My advice is before moving to another country go see and learn the culture before you decide to stay Of course in the west you have to work inorder to support you and your family nothing is FREE!

I totally agree that this country will break your spine and test your ultimate willpower. Me and my wife came here 5 years back and we decided that we will shut ourselves like a tortoise. Forget about savings and forget about everything else. Only and only one goal we had in mind is that we will live in the basement and earn top dollars. Just to give you a perspective. My first pay was 19 dollar per hour and my current pay is 87 per hour. My wife started with 16.5 per hour and now earning 69 per hour. Even though our income grew substantially, we never raised our expenses. Answer to all problems in Canada is income. Now after 5 years we bought house worth of 1.4 M. We moved out of basement and felt immense pride. We paid 37% down payment and 3 banks approved our mortgages in a heartbeat. No debt at all. We paid up our car in full. Just a regular new suv nothing fancy. \nEveryone is different, we all are unique and I believe you took a right decision. Each and every word you said in the video is true. \nWe cried , we fought , we felt that our life is ruined but we both thought that ek bar to Canada ko harana hai. Fabulous video! US viewer here. But we often vacationed in Quebec’s Laurentians and our daughter went to Ontario’s University of Toronto for her undergraduate degree about 15 years ago. UofT was rigorous, to say the least, but she did it in 4 years, unlike some of her peers. She LOVED it, and made many friends, including internationals. They’ve stayed close on FB, and even get together (some flying in from other countries, including the Middle East and Asia) every 2 years or so back in Toronto. We’ve found the easiest way to make friends is by going to university or college together and living in residence, rather than once we’ve enter the workforce.\n\nThat said, and as unpolite as it may be, the root of Canada’s problems are exactly its politics. IMO Canada’s misguided liberal policies are to blame for its stratospheric taxes, cost of housing, increasing crime, tolerant drug culture, and deteriorating health care system. That Canada now encourages voluntary euthanasia to reduce health care costs should say it all. Margaret Sanger would be proud. And it promises to get worse as long as Justin Trudeau and his ilk are in power. His lionizing climate change intervention at the expense of what really impacts Canadians is sheer madness. Conservative Party Pierre Poilievre and like-minded politicians could fix it all.\n\nHappily, here in the US, the conservative movement is growing and energized. Canada is expensive because of the high levels of corruption everywhere: Government and Public Works are a joke. For instance, to change a street light post they use two trucks with telescopic baskets; almost in all public works, there is a huge number of heavy equipment most of the time unused, or just mimicking work, and add to that that institutions don't work as you would expect (Health, Police, Media)... For those who came from developing countries, most likely there is more efficiency and modernity in those countries. The other big negatives are the lack of a national culture, inexisting trasport from big cities to small ones, and also too little social life in big urban places. Normal people would survive all of that and stay, but the wokeism, push of the transgender agenda, cancel culture and the stupid racist anti-racism inclusive trends, are unbearable for the average, normal person witch children. But not all is bad, Canadian landscape is beautiful...

The sad truth for your reputation, is that there are more people STAYING than leaving, otherwise, our population would only increase by the number of births, minus the number of deaths every year. This is a great message to all foreigners. Go back where you belong, live amongst your own beautiful people and enjoy your own culture in your own lands. Ironically these folks seem like nice, reasonable, respectable people. That they mentioned the drag story hour proves they are good folks. Its the dregs and welfare recipients that will stay forever. Born and raised Catholic Canadian and I would move to a country that was more aligned with my faith if I could, though that is hard to find! I will stay and enjoy the small community that we have built with my fellow Parishioners. \nI am sorry to hear you feel you aren’t safe here or your children.
