I realized... it is extremely difficult for us South East Asian to even get into Canada, be in for PR, Citizenship or Tourists. But it is very easy for CHINESE. Interesting or INTERE$TING. I got offered $7,000 to fake a marriage to a Chinese woman back in 2005 or so. actually, the best way to get them punished is to turn them into the Chinese authority. As long as they have the Chinese identity card, which in this case, most of the clients does, they will get a 3 YEAR or less JAIL TIME just by faking immigration stamps. That's a country with Death penalty still in application, folks. And according to local law, if you violate Chinese law in ANY country, as long as you are a citizen, you are subject to persecution, tough.

As a Chinese, I can say that almost every big Chinese immigration consulting company does this kind of stuff. I went to a agency to ask something about jobs for immigration and they asked 8k for a entry level job, 50k for LMIA and 80k for employer nomination. I did not pay any and found job on indeed myself. I am in Ontario btw.

Sure there is racism. As a Chinese born in Canada, this does exists. It is just a polite type of racism. I saw that in school and in the university and at the graduate level in research.
