I got a chance to get shifted to North America 24 years ago. By then I had reached a CXO level job in India and that company gave me a choice. I decided it was good in India, and my salary went up as the years went by. In USD terms I might have got lesser than in NA, but in purchasing power, I got more, I think.\n\nThen India's growth after Y2k happened and I got other jobs, and participated in stock options with start-ups with dynamic founders (India has a decent VC-PE network now, especially for technology people). 5 years ago I decided no need to work and be on my own, doing stuff I always wanted do, but income was more priority. Today I realise most of new wealth is being created in India: new ideas, new services, products, delivery systems, etc: all being thought of in India. Why go abroad, except for a vacation?\n\nToday I have a fairly substantial net worth that got created through those wealth sharing jobs and I realize when I visit NA, that I would never have got this, not unless I had been there for a long time, and certainly not in Canada - that's pretty clear.\n\nToday, India is the place where wealth is being made. If you have a product or service that is successful, or are a part of such an enterprise and get to share in the value creation (that's a risk, not a given, not guaranteed), India is the place to be. And by going out of India, you are taking a risk, this is no different, except we know India in our blood.\n\nIf you are entrepreneurial, or have the risk taking capacity to work with an entrepreneur and share his risk with stock participation, there a great probability you will do very, very well in India.\n\nThe biggest upside: YOU are now developing India!

Interesting video, lots of Indians or people of Indian orgin are also leaving Brampton. They also state it's too expensive. 30% as per news of late are moving back to country of orgin. On the idea of adopting culture, did eurpeans adopt culture of Natives, where are the Natives, to which land did they go to? The culture of those who created residential schools what culture of values is that culture? Was it not that Natives of this land forced off the land, forced into schools taken away from the parents? What happened to treaty rights? We were welcomed here. We did not invade. We did not force our culture on to others. True many immigrants have come is this the fault of those who choose to have pets and no babies? is it the fault of governments promoting smaller house holds in which no parents live with the childern to help raise grandchildren due to expences. It was the coroporations that made the split of family here. This is also causing Indians of older generations to leave the parents, to live a free lifestyle. who will rasie the children? and who will help the parents when they are too old? 100 years back Christians had the same culture of Indians. Parents, grandparents and babis lived in the same household helping one another. Less cars, less insurance, spliting the costs, no baby sitting fees, no old age homes. Know even in India adopting the west coroporate culture have old folks homes. The media and TV in bed with coroporations have made people selfish that they will not stay together. Indians are in the same postion as whites. The older gen is left to fend for them selves, in the coming gen who will baby sit the kids, they to will get pets, it will be too expensive for them to have kids.

Out of the 39 Million Canadian population 1 million people are working and living in the USA in high paying jobs (Canada can't afford them)... More brain loss to the USA is expected in the near future.\n\nAgriculture in Canada is in the control of Sikhs... In Canada, the major centers are too expensive. However, Canada is one of the easier countries for foreigners to come in and stay long term and make a decent living, especially from countries like the Philippines and India. If they are highly skilled though, there are better opportunities. Just don't talk about homelessness and say it is one of the reasons no to come to Canada from the Philippines. Homeless and slums are quite prevalent all over the Philippines. Taxes however are ridiculously high in Canada - but this socialist slant is not going anywhere anytime soon.

So much money going out of India to drive Canadian economy!! And the students?? What's this foolishness and obsession with studying outside of India?

When one India migrates overseas, he will bring his wife, children, parents, his wife's relatives and families, their friends, and the list goes on. They group together, find employment, go to schools, build Indian Hindu or Sikh Temples, own dairies, become healthcare workers, transport workers, and take up all the jobs you can find. I'm Indian but not born in India for 3 generations and even in my country, the Indian/Paki immigrants are just coming in droves. There's a distinct culture difference. Nowdays all the cabin crews are very rude. Even I had a very bad experience with Air India at Guwahati . The air hostess was very rude. I was in the washroom she called me n bording time didn’t even started n she told me you will not go I am closing the gate. Most of the cabin crew in India are very very rude now. They don’t know basic etiquette. Instead of training them in makeup etiquette needs to be thought to them.

It’s not just Brampton, it’s everywhere in GTA. These are the rich immigrants pushing out the natives, they only hire their own. Go into any business anywhere private or public. This is how India colonize other nations it happened to Fiji.

Canada has very large aging population. And they are bringing more immigrants to pay tax to sustain the economy. Moreover India is the world's largest population so of course when they are inviting more immigrants to boost Canadian economy it is going to be Indian population only. When Indian immigration lawyers, Indian owned employment agencies who employ illegals and pay them cash, indians who have figured out to come to Canada as a part time student for courses that do not benefit canada at all, a school system that is corrupt and accepts all Indians and does not report Indians that have canceled their studies once they get their visa, a liberal government with a incompetent immigration minister , it's only going to get worse for Brampton and turn the rest of ontario in to an Indian shithole. Try moving to India and change their culture and see what happens .

I see no foreign news channel covering this except Indian media platform. If anything similar happened to any foreigner in India, these same westerners go crazy & start generalising entire country. There are even more serious crime have been committed against indian people in western countries but they don't get enough media coverage.

As I said in earlier post, Canada is a cautionary tale of what happens when you go tooooo far left ie a disaster. Importing an enormous amount of military age men from India almost all Panjabi is incredibly dangerous, because when that happens , they have 0 interest in adapting and essentially set up ethnic ghettoes and you have parallel societies. White Brampton millennial resident who grew up in 99.9% white East Coast here- this video does not provide an accurate representation of the entire city. It shows a tiny sliver. Brampton’s crime levels are lower than most other GTA cities. I feel safer here as a single woman than any other city I’ve lived in. There are Indians calling back home to their families in India in the middle often the night and they often go outside so as to avoid disrupting the sleeping members of their household. This makes me feel very safe bc I know there are normal ppl out late at night and it dissuades criminals. For the population size of Brampton, the homeless population is very low. There are folks who do sit in front of that church - tho it’s not at all dangerous like you said. There is a homeless enclave hidden in the woods behind a shopping plaza too. I see almost no homeless ppl. The biggest problem about Brampton and other suburbs of the GTA is that there are many scammers. They scammed their way into buying homes with fake T4s. They scam the CRA by not claiming their rental income so they tax evade. They use all this extra money to buy more homes which they rent out and fraudulently put them under their family members names to avoid designating them as investment properties meaning they don’t have to pay capital gains tax when they sell.
