I came as an international student worked really hard, got job and doing well! Canada has been really good to me and gave me all the good opportunities, met fantastic people and it is not the same 12 years back. But hey we can still make it a better place and fantastic country! Wish you the best!!

Yet, i see alot of criminals with work permit and permanently Residency. People who are good to go for deportation. Why don't we start with that? The temporary workers with good records are good for Canada. Stop sending so much money to other countries and put it into housing.

Trudeau is good. Even if Canada becomes a junk country, according to some people's views, most people consider it to be going in the right direction. The power of majorities! If you don't like it, you have to consider emigrating to a conservative country; it is part of the solution.

Canada used to be good because it had a strong middle class. But over time, the rich got richer, and the poor got poorer. Corrupt oligarchs who control the government and idle youth that form gangs. People complain about race, religion, and immigration, on the one hand, and complain about acceptance of a woke agenda on the other. When what can really fix the country is true cooperation. Conflict and division are expensive and don't produce long-term profit. Cooperation does.

They need skilled immigration and they take unskilled immigration, which instead of adding to the budget will draw from it. Where is the sense and logic in that? For many years, Germany drained Poland and other post-communist countries of skilled workers, then the difference in the standard of living between the West and the East of Europe was huge, today it has decreased to the point that people prefer to live with dignity among their own people. Now Poland has become a country accepting immigrants from the East, the language is similar so it is easy to learn, the culture is similar, the standard of living is good and the streets are safe. Germany is no longer as attractive to skilled workers as it used to be, the cost of living is high and you can get stabbed in the liver on your way to work.

To others saying “stop complaining” or other things is just not good! As a Muslim, I understand. Everyone in America and non-Islamic country’s are against Muslims.\n\nEveryone says we are complaining when really it’s the people that hate that makes it bad for Islam and a bunch of toxic people screaming at PALASTANE saying we are wrong?

It's all about genetics. If you are short, ugly and physically weak (vast majority of Indian men), racism will automatically follow you. Improve your genetics, Indian people. Arranged marriages have destroyed your genetics where a person that looks like a donkey and just as smart can find a partner via an arranged marriage and reproduce their bad genes. In my country, for a man to find a partner, we have to go to the gym, we have to physically look good, learn to defend ourselves, educate ourselves, get high paying jobs etc to find a partner. An Engineering degree won't automatically get us a partner here, we have to look good and fight for the women's love. Ugly, short, weak men who can't defend themselves, they don't get to find a partner and they die off and their weak genes die off with them. Sometimes if they are ugly and weak but super rich they will find a wife but that's a rare case. Indians haven't kept up with world standard genetics of strength, height, looks, physical ability. They have always relied on Maths and Science degrees and overseas high paying jobs to find a partner and be respected. Guess what, my neighbor is 6 foot 2 inches in height, he goes to the gym, works hardand when he walks down the street, everyone respects him and talks nicely to him and he doesn't need an Engineering degree to get that respect. He works in a factory but the world respects him because of good genetics and he can beat you up if you say anything to him. It's his good genetics that get's him respect. I have ugly, short and weak Indian friends and they get racial attacks all the time. I also have good looking, tall and strongly built Indian friends and they don't experience racism. It's all in your genetics. So stop reproducing weak genes and let them die off and in 50 - 70 years, Indian genetics will improve with tall, strong good looking men and women and your desirability overseas will improve meaning you could go anywhere in the world and be respected, you wouldn't have to do Engineering and Math based courses to balance off bad genetics or to get respect etc. You would be able to get service based jobs with little education with good genetics, like Realestate Agent, Management, Customer Service roles, Business roles etc. Not just stuck in a computer lab crunching numbers like most Indian men going overseas do now.

I grew up in Brazil, been living in the UK for a long time, I've been to Toronto in 2017 and LA, New York, I saw homelessness everywhere. In the UK things have been bad for a long time. Accommodation is very expensive and landlords are very dishonest. I would definitely assume the UK has become a Third World Country. \n\nI would love to live in Canada but these days, Canada, US, Australia, UK and even New Zealand are very expensive places to live. I am aware more and more Westerns are moving to Southeast Asian countries > Cheap, Good people, Good food and is not full of drugs as it is in Western countries.

See in every promising and prosperous country , migrations are bound to happen. Everywhere there are evils. No country is spared. You have spent most of the years in Canada and now in another country you have to start from scratch. New country New people New system everything will be new for you. So think twice before you leave. You can explore something good in your own country.

I have friends from india they did there best to integrate and have similar values to other canadians. Indian food is my favorite but too many people come here and dont want to adapt or adopt canadian values they stay in the community they are most fammilar with and retain values that arent in line with canadian values if you plan on living here get to know the locals and we will treat you well canadas a melting pot come chill with us we got good cocaine and shit

You are just getting old. Welcome to the Club. Change is constant good or bad; When you start getting older you start to resist change and see it as a treat...you long for stability, consistency and familiarity; You'll get use to it. There was an incident were a cricket match was going to be shown in the mega plex put they did not show it something happened that was not mega plexes fault that it was not being shown there was a group of Indian students who started screaming at the ticket counter. a lot of people are talking like this but ya know what\n\nWe still have amazing and free health care\nEverytime I go to the grocery store I can get everything under the sun\nWe have a good main highway , I know its not perfect but for the most part I can drive accross the entire 4000km country\nI have a decent paying job, and yes rents expensive ~ but with proper budgeting it is possible\nWe have ocean views on each side of our country, all the first world stores and options.\n\nI think there is a lot of room to improve, but globally countries are all facing inflation, corrupt poltics, drug abuse .. and yes a lot of our mandates are way out of whack\n\nBut I still feel living in Canada is a dream, but not in the big city - thatss for sure !\n\nCook for yourself at home, get ride of all those monthly payments for apps\nStop travelling so much, find an affordable and simple vehicle you can pay off\nWork hard, work as much as you can, dont shop or buy expensive things ..\n\nBuild a garden, show up to your job, find something that pays you for what you know..\n\nThe dream is still alive in some of us ! As a Canadian its clear that immigration has got out of control. We should be accepting 1/10 of the number of incoming indian immigrants. I understand that many immigrants from India are hardworking and are good people but the behaviour of new indians are creating divisions in our society. You people need to realize that the decades of trust and reputation you have built as a collective is now in a gutter and ruined. My neighborhood has a silent agreement in place that we dont rent or sell to immigrants and we have practically 0 crime. Meanwhile other neighborhoods in our city allow immigrants and are much more dangerous.

Germany is a mixed bag. Depends on who you meet and how emotionally resilient you are when you get here. Then you have the flat lottery, the moody Amt workers lottery, the friends lottery, etc. But statistics have shown, that the majority of skilled workers do not stay long-term in Germany. This place is one of the most modern slave states there is. Did you know you it is illegal to not have a health insurance and stay as a resident. The paperwork to get the Jobcenter to cover my health insurance is mind-boggling and lengthy. It takes a lot of years to get “integrated” and be at auf Augenhöhe and Lohnhöhe with the rest of the natives. If Germany really wants to let in 400.000 extra workers every year, it needs to do better with urgent more affordable housing, rent caps not just kindergeld. And with their oh so magnificent education, they could have more bilingual or trilingual workers at places like the Einwanderungsbehörde or the Bürgeramt to make it more welcoming. Legalese is even hard in my own mother tongue! But there are good things and people here too.

I came to Germany 7 years ago , speak German fluently and am on the verge of getting the citizenship but I will leave the country soon , why?\n1- extremely ineffective bureaucracy\n2-high taxes ( like you are being punished for not having a kid and earning more money, how dare you?)\n3- low acceptance for innovation and technology ( I swear I had to use and am still using a Fax Machine!! at work, I thought Fax was something that disappeared when I was a kid but it apparently just moved to Germany )\n4- bad weather\n5- even with a C2 Certificate, Germans are not the most friendliest people around ( like some other central and north european countries ) , you immediately feel the difference in attitude when you go to Spain, Italy or more friendly countries\n6- hypocrisy when it comes to immigration policies... like they want the most skilled workers but they dont want to pay them a good salary and even from that salary half is gone without you seeing it. and yet they still seem to wonder where the problem is.... my friend, Money, make them earn more at the end of the month(AFTER tax) and they will stay, yet they do every other measure apart from this :)))

Living Abroad good for money wise, comfort and affordability, example if you leave in the Philippines with $1000 budget for a month that's 42,000 in pesos and that's a lot of money, it's more than enough to leave a very comfortable life. $1000 in canada it's not even enough to pay a 3 1/2 apartment rent. I always recommend foreigners like retired people but still able to travel with little retirement benefits they get that they can rarely enjoy their retirement life but they can do it Abroad . Do agree with your perspective. There are bad people in every group. But we can't ignore the fact that the Punjabi filth is the main issue here. In their case it would be better to say there are only a few good ones. I have personally seen a large number of them who can't even speak basic english and have a CLB 9 on IELTS. I don't even wanna start on all the things that we see daily on social media. Again I'm not saying that everybody else is perfect. Just the fact that Punjabis are the main issue here.

Too late. When they planned policy they should know that we can't keep that many people. Shouldn't maintain steady flow if they can't keep up. They invited people and now blaming them for the problem its not looking good on them. What we expect from this government anyways. I'm a graduate of a top German university, and I've successfully navigated all the challenges, from learning German to securing a job, getting a driver's license, finding a good home, obtaining a permanent residence permit (including nightmares of dealing with the notorious Ausländerbehörde), and more and I am truly thankful to this country. Despite all this, I don't feel welcome. While I've met many kind people along the way, there’s no guarantee that you won’t encounter nasty ones like racist landlords or neighbors or a random service provider and the likelihood of that happening aren’t low. I'm now considering a second migration to the USA because I've come to realize that in Germany, you may never truly feel like you belong, and constantly feeling like an outsider sucks.

Probably Canada is making more money thanks to the savings of those who are moving in Canada and bring here all they have. In addition to these money Canada has the continuously financial benefit from the relatives of emigrants who send money or visit and spend money in Canada. I don't know if there is a statistics about this but probably somebody know well. Thus Canada is spending less than is gaining by the emigration system. Another aspect is related with the family problem. It seems in Canada there are many separated families, divorced. Probably this is because Canada is taking emigrants good for work by separating from their familiei. It was not different in the past with the slaves. Thus the people arriving here are missing the solidity of a complete family , with parents, grand parents, grand grand parents. A young family has more stability living with their large family. The disruption of the family by the emigration system has the result in more people living alone due to divorce.

Pls notice that that Malaysia is one the best place to move now. It is a multicultural country. Its infrastructure is good. Groceries are much more adfordable. Its education qaulity is also good. More and more investors are injecting capitals to Malaysia. Pls look at Malaysia drom youtube where many people have move to malaysia.

With how Canada is.... I would ACTUALLY like a social credit score. I used to be against it, but it would be nice to designate a few zones for people who are clean and good, and not not religious nutters. Keep it gated from the trash, so we can live safe and beautiful lives. Why not? :)

it's NOT free, after all taxes combined on an annual basis I'm paying around 60% taxes, carbon taxes, pst, gst, luxury taxes on cars over 50 k, all manner of hidden taxes, no health care is definitely not free. My health care plan in the US was 155 a month, my share, employer paid the rest, a good plan. But I took home 22% more of my income, which is massive on an annual basis, I was very rich down there, coming back to Canada it's sad, give the government all that money for what exactly? Can't think of one thing I ask the government for, but you know I'm self reliant, so self reliant people don't thrive in Canada. If I had lived in the US my whole life, same job/income I would be living a life multiples better than Canada.

I agree, if you don't like it here, you should leave. However, the challenges we face in Canada are not unique to our country. It's easy to believe the grass is greener elsewhere, but I'm willing to accept both the good and the bad, and I haven't lost hope that we can fix Canada from within. Of course, this requires believing that change is possible and being willing to contribute in any way you can. Frankly, I find your attitude defeatist. You're happy to enjoy the good times, but as soon as things get rough, you're ready to leave. It makes me wonder if our current situation isn't partly due to people's unwillingness to do more than complain and run away when things get tough.

Hey, to all you people from Europe, how about you take a look at what your own country did in the middle east, aswell as what America did. \n\nDid your countries not go there? Did they not shell the cities and houses there? \n\nAnd if you don't think it is your countries fault, but America's or Canada's fault, why has your country not protested their actions? Why have they been silent?\n\nStart using your brain. Your government gives ZERO F's about you, your family and culture, etc. They care about money and looking good towards the rest of the world.\n\nSo protest against your government, not because it is allowing migrants in, but because it allowed for migrants to form. Because yes it would have been more expensive to help rebuild their homes and society after Europe and most of north America blew it up, but that is how the world works. Yet when the prices of housing was going up, many homeowners loved it, even though it meant that the poor, the actual poor and not you lot, were stacked like firewood into smaller and smaller rooms with no AC so it was hot in the summer and freezing in the winter and the slum lords are having a hey day. \nThe actual first nations people are homeless and being killed daily and are arrested for being poor daily but you lot think you have it bad. \n\nSorry, when non first nations people say that they will leave Canada because its not how they remember it when they were kids and its worse now so they will jump ship to gentrify other nations, I just shake my head and hold open the door as you leave the nation and wonder at your arrogance and egoism.

The western politicians are really not very good at governing. The problem you see nowadays in the west is essentially the same problem the west have created all over the world in the past. It is about exploiting other people. Just that they even have to exploit their own people. But their own people get used to the nice life they have had. And all the politicians can do is tax more and more. US and Canada still have a lot of resources. Europe may be the problems since they don't have resources or labors.

Certain things in germany makes it too attractive for some people. For me it's Ausbildung as I was never good at theoretical education but was an intelligent student at the same time. I can be better at physics when compared to a student with higher grades. In my country even top students can't secure their career so how can I. So this makes germany attractive for me but again learning german language is challenging for me.

HighTaxes, insanely increasing cost of living and statis salary (no payraise in last 3 years), free but poor health service atleast at GPs... most of them are good for nothing except for writing you 5 days to sick note )..and fading jobs in IT sector for non-German speaking (no interviews after 1000+ job applications in 4 months) and no job security .. half of people I know have been laid-off atleast once in last 3 years (good that they got 60% of their salary for 1 year but that is not good enough to survive in such an expensive country).... Rent increases 20% every year and services (repair etc) are crazy expensive... It is extremely hard to manage here ... thinking of moving out as soon as I get an option

I live in Scotland for last 5 years, moved here because I was tired of India. Its corruption, polarized politics, and also how people behave. I have been welcomed by the Scots here, treated with respect and made many Scottish friends and know families who are some of the kindest warm people you will meet. \nI also know lots of Indians who are well behaved and good residents of Scotland. But sometimes I see Indians who simply take advantage of the Scottish hospitality. These Indian abuse the honor system to the point that it has become less prevalent. I once seen some north Indian guy singing vulgar Bhojpuri songs to a white girl when on the sidewalk in a manner that can be called eve testing, that made my blood boil. I absolutely hate it and avoid some Indians unless I personally know them. Being and Indian I dont want to be associated with Indians abroad because these 1-2% Indians have given the rest of us a bad name.

It's all fine and good to seek greener pastures elsewhere, as long as you consider the potential of the Ukraine/Russia conflict spilling over into Europe, the growing economic instability within Europe (France, Germany, Holland, etc.), the conflict between Israel and Palestine, and the threat of WWIII, all of which will affect people throughout the world. The world is crashing. Do you think the grass is greener on the other side? Not necessarily. You will need to be very agile.
