So basically, Canadian govt. data says Indians who are citizens as per 2021 are 1.3 million i.e. 2.5 % of the total population..lets add almost half a million more in terms if students and work permit guys... That makes it 4-5%..\n\nThis looks like a sinister video plan and editing to me..I am an Indian in Canada learning the ways here..bt its always give and take...we learn few good-bad things from others Nd likewise they do.\n\nWhites were never the original Canadians...they are europeans!! Many of the facts were some % wrong. Although I love India and happily worked in India for almost decade, but lifestyle and personal life is better in Canada, because in India big business tycoon says people should work for 15-18 hrs. Personal life put on shit. It’s not easy to settle here easily and definitely have to struggle a lot, and that is same in India if u are builting things by your own and not on with family support. Homeless people are being provided with proper shelters and money in Canada, but being druggist they don’t live there. Skilled people here are not struggling much, but if u go in comfort zone and continue with basic jobs, u eventually will struggle. People don’t wna go to distance city, hence all problems.

Why do people say leave them alone? Like what? If they want to go back to living how they did they can but why would we not want to communicate with our fellow humans who have a wild story to tell.

quebec is not the best province unless you only speak french. it used to be, about 50 years ago. but they heve destroyed the english community and along with it, the province with their draconian language laws. i have been descriminated against, by the police, government agencies, some store workers and french citizens (who tell me to go back where i came from) here in quebec. montreal used to be canadas largest and best city but now it has fallen to 2nd place and rapidly approaching 3rd. toronto has surpassed it, vancouver is quickly catching up, and calgary, edmonton, halifax are all growing but montreal has stagnated. i know, ive lived here all my life. there is nobody left who i grew up with. friends and family have all moved on to better places. and none of them regret it. i have been to vancouver, calgary, new brunsdwick, nova scotia and P.E.I., and i believe all of them are better than living in quebec. there is a reason why rents are cheaper in montreal, but it is catching up to the rest of the country. and there is a large homeless community. i would put quebec at 8th or 9th. and B.C. number 1 with P.E.I. 2nd.

It’s funny because immigrants gets more help and live more rich then actual Canadians were struggling, I think it’s be easier if immigrants just left maybe you’ll get more help going back to where all immigrants came from.

A little bit skewed but the video makes some good points. I move from Canada to the US in 2016. The US is wild and there are many downsides, such as lack of healthcare and unaffordable higher education to name only the two most glaring ones out of many, but it is economically more vibrant. Regarding rent prices in large cities, if I were to live in Canada again, I'd definitely steer away from Vancouver or Toronto. Montreal has very affordable apartment prices comparatively if you're willing to put up with learning French for instance. Food prices have gone up but so have they in the US since COVID, whether you're living north or south of the border, it's not much better... In the end it's all about weighing pros and cons. What are you willing to sacrifice / let go of, and what is something you can't live without?

Your comparison of Canada to the US is seriously misplaced. Canada is the second largest country in the world, next to Russia. Our population of 40 million ppl is low which is great. Canada is a very diverse country. CANADA is more than Toronto or Montreal. There are many beautiful cities in western Canada, Saskatoon is an example with a population of close to 400K and yes, it’s a city, not a small town. Personally I’d never live in Toronto, and as a life long resident of Canada, born and raised here, who has travelled the entire country. And visited several states as a former professional softball player. Travelled many countries as well as the Caribbean. I would also move to the West Indies, primarily the island of St. Vincent and the Grenadines or maybe New Zealand. If I moved from the west within Canada, I’d move to the Eastern seaboard, Nova Scotia is really nice. Both of you, your eyes are wide shut about Canada lol. People who live in Canada for mote than 10 years their stories are different. They settled everything during that time and live happily. However, these people feel the pain of the country's condition but they are in good shape. Unlike people who moved recently, its very hard and not worth to settle in this country. USA is slightly better in some situations but all over its depends on person's situation and time. \n\nMoving out because someone is going, its not a good approach. Do your own research and if its not worth it then don't go out. There might be other countries which offer better options.

What I can understand is only weathy can live healthy. If a person can afford to go and live in such countries that means he/she is not poor in India. Went to Canada in 2005 first. Things were so different. Was there just for a year before moving to California for about 9 years. Now back in India and love it here. Glad I enjoyed the good days in Canada and USA when it was really good times there. Even Many parts of Uaa are like this now. UK too is bad choice. I worked for a Canadian school/institute as their admissions advisor for India. But when things were not looking good for their job prospects I honestly told them not to go or wait to get in a better US university. Ofcourse this ethical mindset was causing trouble with my work profile and targets, so I quit. Atleast I won't feel guilty of misguiding hopeful students who were ready to take education loan by keeping their homes or ancestral lands as mortgage. I will advise the new generation to choose any country for education after doing all research, not just by the glossy picture they portray.. or best to stay in India and help our economy grow.. create jobs here. Man, the housing crisis that’s going on. I am so fucking happy that I was able to find the basement that I’m in. Been here for over two years and now I’m moving to the country. I don’t know how it got that place. Some of my buddies spent almost a year, when I was trying to get into the basement I’m living in I was in a hotel and car for like six months.

I agree with most of the information in this video. I lived in Canada from 2015-2021. When i used to attend college, parking lot always smelled like weed. People were always lined up at the “recreation drugstore” even in excruciating cold. Also, the job market is bad, most of the employers are racist. Permanent residency is very hard to get. Free health care is actually not free. It is deducted from your every single pay checks. If you had any emergencies, be ready to wait for more than 10+ hours; sometimes more than that. I remember when back in 2015, prime minister justin, got more than 5 thousand Syrian refugees, and people were complaining that they are currently facing job shortages, housing issues and many other things but their needs were completely ignored. I recently visited Canada, and it’s getting worse now, lots of traffic, crime and homeless people. I would still recommend if you want to go and get educated because the education system is good. But if your goal is only for settlement then i would suggest to apply for permanent residence first.

Some of the data shared is incorrect. For example you dont need 190k salary for mortgage. Even someone with an average income of 60k can own a home. Housing crisis is in major cities like Toronto, Vancouver the same like we see super expensive housing in Mumbai for example. \n\nPregnant lady does not have to wait for 30 weeks. That is completely incorrect. \n\nThe drug problem and the images that you share is from Vancouver which you mentioned already but that is not the case you see in Ontario, Alberta or any other province. The city distance thing is so true, in my “little” city, when I was 15 I met this dude who lived 5 miles of south of me, when I first started going to his area, it felt like a completely different city, Their was so many restaurants and places that I never heard of and The culture in the city actually felt different (even though it’s a suburban city)

What ever problems you showed in the video is only related to International Students. But at the same time when International students come to Canada to study not to settle. When CBSA always asked them how long is your study and what would you do after your studies are completed. Every student would tell them that they will go back to their country once their student work permit is finished. Then CBSA will allow you to enter Canada. Go tell them when you come to airport that you wanna stay here for ever they will kick you out right away. I don't know why students are protesting when they knew the rules for students are different from other categories. And it is changing every year. Some facts are true but honestly its not that bad.. people do qualify for mortgages with 80k income as well.. may be a smaller house.. and the point where they mention we will pay debt for the rest of our life think of the time when our parents took loan to build houses in india and they paid a debt as well. May be just move to a different city like move to Delhi from punjab and buy a home there. We lived 10 years in canada..my wife got health issue due to allergies..however the Doctors in canada couldn't diagnose it properly n no treatment was given...gradually we tried going to emergency and it 6hrs of waitinng time and after that they simply did only blood test , then said everything is good.....but they did nt find what the issue is...we got frustrated for 3 months and my wife health was ruined in 3 months, finally we took decision to come back to india for treatment , on landing day only we went to Hyd Care hospitAl ..all tests done, found the issue.. got treatment in 1 day...alternatively we took Ayurvedic treatment..my wife is doing fine now....those 3 months we saw hell..my wife went almost into deppression....now i moved my family to India...

I honestly feel like if this kind of thing continues, North America is going to end up as a new India in terms of overpopulation. the more population there is the harder it will be to provide food. the harder it is to provide food, sustainability will sink and there will be a situation that is nearly uncontrollable, more and more people will be unhappy, The complexity in how prices are rising with inflation of food and housing is bad enough. Imagine this scenario too though, imagine a time where there are so many people that do need hospital assistance, and the waiting rooms are beyond filled. the lack of space, the lack of medical attention for people because there are too many people and not enough doctors in the first place anyway. We must not forget, the amount of jobs to person ratio in existence and the new difficulty factor to get an entry level job these days compared to some 20 years ago. Some jobs such as cashiers are being replaced by self serving stations, so that reduces jobs, even if it doesn't pay all that much, it is something to help if someone is living with family and might only be able to find that for starters until they find something better paying, at least it gives them work experience. The facts have to be looked at in what is happening in many aspects, but there are a hell of a lot of opinionated people that seem to be just fine with the situation, maybe because they themselves are in a sweet position, in a sweet spot and are supported big time to where some others are struggling medically and financially.

Its crappy, I'm at the point in my life where me and my fiancée are making more money then we ever have, but its going no where. We need immigrants, we do not need this much. I go on tiktok and there are tutorials for people coming into this country on how to obtain free food, like from food banks and what not, spite the fact we have minimum funding requirements for students coming here. It sucks, because the minimum isn't high enough for somebody to actually live off, and its taking food away from desperate Canadians who really need it. Some of my best friends are immigrants, and it sucks to try to speak up about it, only to be bashed as a bigot or xenophobic. I'm not either of those things, we just have a HUGE issue caused by a massive influx of people. Its not the people's fault, its the failure of our government. I have no issues with anybody who wants to live a better life, I have massive issues with a government letting new immigrants experience a mediocre, and overpriced, life at the cost of everybody else's life getting WAY more expensive and difficult. My rent for a 2bd apartment in 2014 was $770 all included, Grocery bill was about 170 every two weeks. That has all tripled in the last 10 years, Legit tripled. *Only mentioning those two, because they have gone up the most, but EVERYTHING has gone up. (about 2-3x) Its crazy to think when I was making 8-10 dollars less an hour, I had more money, it went MUCH further.

Hello, I live in BC, Canada. Canada is currently in a very rough state, and I can only hope things will improve soon. One of the biggest issues is the rampant, uncontrolled immigration. The government invited a flood of people into the country without having the necessary infrastructure in place—jobs, healthcare, housing—to support them. Some even sell their land or property, especially in Punjab, thinking they'll find a better life here. But right now, it's just not worth it. Bro, I'm living in Vancouver from last year. Took 40 Lakhs of Loan for My MBA, chipped in money for fees. Till date I've got no benefit from Canada, except for bills and spending money on taxes and rent. This is damn true! - Work permits are getting queries, PR files are getting rejection. No job part time opportunities.\n\n1. Renting a room, especially for boys is the hardest if you are looking a private room. (my rent is 950$ for a private room, i struggle to pay this every month - without having a job)\n2. All banks want you to get enrolled as a student, then give credit cards, so you can easily buy things and pay them more and get you involved in the loop. \n3. I've applied in almost every job for part time, got rejection due to no available positions (Reasons : too many applicants)\n4. You are not gonna get a job in your field, unless you are into finance or IT with a found background.\n5. I DAILY SEE OUR PEOPLE ALSO GETTING ATTRACTED TO THIS CULTURE, SMOKING WEED ON A DAILY BASIS AND DOING MANY THINGS WHICH I FEEL STUDENTS MUST NOT DO. \n6. For my chest pain, they kept me waiting 4 hours in a line. Asked me that if i can stand and sit for a while then i must not worry. I was completely weak at that time, shivering and going through 101 fever.\n7. 75$ monthly for MSP insurance we pay as temporary residents -> still waiting for 4 hours to meet the doctor.\n8. Current situation of students is worse here, no opportunities for many students who come with hope, especially if they are coming for PGDM, or bachelors. Currently at this time only, MASTERS is given a priority.\n9. Don't think about applying for PR, unless you are filthy rich, unless you have exceptional skills in the industries which IRCC is looking for.\n10. Racism is at its peak, especially only on students** sad thing to say but yes this is the reality of international students.\n\n\nI hope all my brothers and sisters here come with a planning, strategy and best and worst case scenarios preparation. Life here is not easy, if you once come here, institutions, your own people will get you involved into buying things, showing you dreams and holding you on paying the EMIs monthly.

@AbhiandNiyu : I’m a Canadian citizen of Indian descent. I agree with the issues you have highlighted but I disagree with the narrative you have presented. Here are my reasons why - \n\n1. Canada has always been a peaceful, prosperous, progressive and a good governance oriented nation. In the recent decade, too much of woke, radical left wing ideology has penetrated into policy and public institutions that have led to Canada’s current day crisis. \n\n2. This country has always welcomed talented immigrants who are willing to integrate with the Canadian society, embrace its values, traditions and culture. However, in the last 10 years, too many refugees and reckless mass immigration has put an incredible pressure on the economy, infrastructure and social cohesion. \n\n3. The political leadership has allowed reckless mass immigration without caring to boost the economy/infrastructure to handle the volume and hence the sorry state of affairs. \n\n4. Too many immigration consultants of Indian origin engage in outright VISA frauds (yes, this is unfortunately true) leading to ppl coming in as a tourist and then seeking asylum or converting their visa into a student visa (55 year olds from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat coming here as students).\n\n5. A significant chunk of people coming from India (esp. Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat) seeking a permanent residency in Canada are using student visas as a back door to claim eligibility for PR/citizenship. This is downright abusive and was never intended to be used like this. This has fueled a fake college diploma industry into Canada where “2-room” colleges have sprung up along the highways giving out fake diplomas and certifications for easy cash. Thus, the students, the immigration consultants and the fake diploma issuing colleges are all getting benefited from this scam. The internet is filled with such sting operations by Canadian officials exposing Indian students/immigration consultants. Do check them out. \n\n6. Unlike the past, the recent batch of immigrants in the last 3 years or so, make no effort at all to integrate into Canadian society and abuse the system, create law and order problem, drive recklessly, talk loudly in public spaces, litter everywhere, cross railway tracks like they do in India, steal liquor from stores, shamelessly collect food from food banks (as a way to save on groceries) that are meant for the elderly, disabled or those that are in utter poverty. It wasn’t like this ever before. In cities like Mississauga, Brampton and Surrey, the Khalistan movement + gangs involved in theft, drugs and human trafficking are from Punjab/Haryana and they have mushroomed here like crazy. A good 30-40% criminals in prison or on bail in these cities are of India ethnicity. \n\nIt is behaviours like these by Indians in the recent few years that has thoroughly infuriated native Canadians and now they hate the rest of us that have lived here peacefully and have been good citizens. There is a very serious, very real anti-immigrant (anti-Indian too) sentiment building up here. \n\n7. Lastly, the student protests that you have highlighted here is absolutely ridiculous! These students from India came to Canada under a student visa knowing fully well that they are supposed to go back after the completion of their studies, and now they are DEMANDING that they be issued extensions in work permits and be considered for PR. This is insane! This is because they never intended to return to India in the first place and were abusing the system as a back door entry. They are threatening to go on hunger strikes and what not. Legally, on a student visa, they are NOT allowed to participate in any sort of activism. \n\nNOBODY that comes to our country on a temporary visa (student, tourist etc.) has the right to dictate terms to us and demand that we change our immigration policies based on their preferences. No, that will not happen. \n\nCanada, like every country, has the sole right and privilege to decide who gets to become a permanent resident or a citizen based on our national priorities and strategic interests. I see nothing wrong in this principle.\n\nThanks for the video and I hope you will consider the other side of this argument as well. Canada alone is NOT at fault here. Immigrants and temporary visitors from India have some soul searching to do as well.

Excellent vedio. Whatever information you have gives is absolutely true. I totally agree with you. Health care is not exactly free because people have to pay 40 to 50% tax. Jobs are not there. There are many other draw backs in Canada. \n\nUSA is more difficult than Canada. Nothing is free in USA.\n\nWe can go on and on with this discussion. \n\n\nWhat I will say is that in my personal opinion India is the best country to live in. There are many government hospitals which give free treatment. Government is providing free rations and houses.\n\nPlus in Dental college one can get free treatment to some extent. \n\nOverall one cannot compare the facilities available in India with any other country.

I live in Montreal. The city is beautiful and has a great vibe. But the roads are really bad, housing is shitty, healthcare is the worst in Canada (imagine that!). I had a gynaecological issue where I was bleeding for over a month. You cannot go to a specialist by yourself without a referral. When I got the referral I could not get an appointment for the next 4 months. I had to immediately run to India to get treated. My friends have all had similar experiences. I’ve been living here for 6 yrs now and still don’t have a family doctor. I’m on the waitlist for the past 4 yrs. And family doc doesn’t mean your entire family gets one doc nah uh. My husband will get a different one and I’ll get a different one. Homelessness is rampant. Every month 100s of working people are going homeless. They are rushing to hospitals to take shelter from heat and rain. 60% of Canada is atheist and churches have been turned into bars, cabarets, libraries, homeless shelters etc. Most international students rely on food banks because you can’t afford groceries here. But Indians living in Canada only flaunt their branded clothes and accessories to fake their luxury life and hide that they do hard labor to make ends meet

Canada is the most beautiful country in the world that’s its usp , again we Indians can learn something from Canada is the way they preserved their nature that is remarkable that gives them good oxygen rich air , water and hygiene that Indian people are far away or never witnessed in their life. We don’t have any greenery in our country we really need to work on improving that but neither the people nor the government is interested in making good changes or even have such idea in head ! Along with that Canada has strong tax system you really get tax return as well as strong labour protection act that guards its resident from exploitation and employees can sue the employer if exploitation is provable on table with facts. India doesn’t have any strong labour protection body this results even in corporate jobs you have to work more than 8 hours and no OT , plus Canada has EI (employment insurance) so that means is , if you loose your job for any reason you will get government assistance to help to pay your bills till you find your next job. Plus disability benefits , food banks , freedom to live your life the way you want, you can eat what you want, religion based stupidity doesn’t exist in that country. So yes it’s true I don’t like the Canadian PM either but overall Canada is really good country and we Indians can learn atleast some good things they carry and adapt to our country and make India bit better place to live. The moment some says truth we Indians start bashing and may say go to Canada but we don’t realize our own problems and don’t wanna work.
