Immigration is a privilege, not a right. Legal immigrants have earned that privilege. Genuine refugees deserve a fair chance at getting that privilege too. Illegal immigrants switching between countries pretending to be refugees don't qualify. We were excited and nervous to start a new life in Mexico. We sold it all back in Canada, our home our cars and all our belonging to start over in a new country. Its not been easy but its has been well worth it. 3 years later we are still leaning and growing as we explore Mexico.
