We do not want them here. \nWe do not need them and they steal all of our jobs.\nI am fine with some coming in for structural unemployment and they have skills. But this is not that and they are not here to be Canadian

America, one of the greatest country on earth who founded companies like Microsoft, Google, Dell and IBM, just to name a few, now needs Indians to run them. The white nations like Canada, Australia, Europe, and the UK are regressing and engineering their own demise. We vote in politicians to safeguard our interest and they do the opposite. Honestly, the cost of living is high everywhere.. There is no government of any nation that really cares for the people.. I live in Jamaica, and if you don't have links, survival in this country is almost impossible, and if you should get a job, if you don't discipline yourself to live within your means/ budget, you will only find yourself in debts.. Each nation's economy will get worse.. That's why our only hope is the Lord Jesus Christ.. I understand that they are people who don't know this name and there are some that are aware of it but hate it, but the truth is, eventually we will all figure out one by one that we can't trust man, only God Almighty.. And even with the Lord on our side, we will still face difficulties, but he will always come to our rescue, we just need to trust him.. It won't get any better in these last days people, even the great USA economy is going down, because the dollars is gradually losing power and influence.. We can only survive by faith in these days, for there will be no escape for anyone, rich or poor, white or black..\n\nEdit: The whole world will soon want to migrate to Africa..

Don’t come to New Zealand we can’t even house our own citizens here , rents are high and houses are few to rent , but we do need Teachers, Nurses , Police personnel and Doctors and qualified people will get jobs

Unsuspecting new immigrants are generally unaware that the Canadian economy is mainly based on real estate, housing, and rent, and that to sustain it, Canadian profiteers need more and more people to come in. I bet most of them do not know that their presence in Canada only exacerbates inflation and thus making them and other working class people worse off.

Vancouver real-estate is essentially a money laundering operation for rich foreigners looking to stash their money somewhere. Protections were put in place a little to late back in 2016 with the foreign buyers tax. But honestly most of these foreigners can either be exempt from this tax with their citizenship loop hole (anchor baby) Or honestly they just pay the fine since they can afford it and just need to get their money out of the country they are coming from. Its quite dystopian because building more homes like the government keeps promising isn't going to solve the problem either. This is because its just going to add more to the volume of housing that the foreigners can buy up from the locals and adding more fuel to the problem. Immigrations Canada is lying to new comers. To top it off, BC just recently passed a law in 2024 where you can no longer build single family residences in the lower mainland area. WHERE are the families going to go then? Can anyone even afford a family anymore? Vancouverites like myself who were diligent and saved every penny are walking away from mortgages in droves because who wants to lock into a 30 year term amortization period where at rate plus prime your looking at 5.5%-7% where the bank makes more than double in interest from you. Over the course of 30 years you still lose because even if your property appreciates past double. Capital Gains will take into effect. Your loosing money no matter what! It truly is a nightmare designed to enslave you financially. This is simply wealth creation suicide. Came from immigrant parents in the 1990s, I slaved for 10 years during my twenties, didn't come from wealth, didn't party, didn't have fun, studied hard, and started a business and I still cant break into the Vancouver market. So I ended up just barely squeaking into the market in Abbotsford. Vancouverites as a whole are screwed. Time to pack up and move to Alberta I suppose. I will also preface by saying that most of BC is empty and that it would make sense to built outside of the Vancouver area as Vancouver has now basically become fiscally unlivable. It might make sense for the next government that come into power to decide to invest in building in other towns and cities around BC to incentivize Canadians to move.

They need to come back to the past, stop their parents from immigration so that they won’t be born in the country they constantly complain about

We need to regulate Indian immigration. Indians manage the whole workplace. We also need to prioritize people coming from other countries. Also, we should halt migration for at least two to three years before deciding how many immigrants we need without Indians.

Send all the illegal immigrants back where they came from. Those that want to stay need to apply for legal immigration, must be properly vetted, pledge allegiance to Canada, become Canadian, leaving hatred from their previous country behind, and cannot stay here while they wait. A moratorium on all new applications for at least 10 years. This way the back log of legal immigrants can be dealt with. Stop all new international students, put a moratorium on it for at least 10 years, stop all temporary and permanent workers. All loopholes used to illegally get into the county must be stopped. This will reduce the cost of illegal immigration and solve a large portion of the lack of housing. No more government subsidies to pay for foreign workers. This will open up entry level jobs for young Canadians. No more government subsidies for anything for immigrants. If they need government support then no, you are then disqualified from coming. No more abuse of our Canadian social programs.

Immigrant here, brown as well, and a worker in the international educational industry. Canada also for some dumb reason accepts their arranged marriages as a real one. Punjab people need none of it, and Punjab fathers are selling their daughters to strange men, so the family can move to Canada together.\n\n- Statistics Canada often talk about how our population is aging: However, they do not disclose how many of these aging population is due to Indian nationals bringing their parents and grandparents with them. If we got a million Indian people in the past years, that would mean around extra 4 million people over 50 years old. That’s 10% of the entire population. \n\n- They are scammers. You said yourself: To be eligible for a mortgage , you need to make at least $250k per year. They are landing in Canada with no money, and buying houses right away, because they have a network of people forging financial documents, and the also have people infiltrated in banks to approve these processes. Not me saying, that was national news. \n\n- They are extremely racist. They will openly tell you they only rent/hire/do business with Punjab people. Now, even the buses are driven by Punjab people, is insane. And you can tell they are new comers, because some of them can barely speak English. The DEI department of my company approved a Punjab manager, and now more than half of the staff is Punjab. English is no longer spoken in the hallways. \n\nSo these are just few of the complaints I have about them. I moved to Canada for a better life, and I have fully adapted to this country, and I’m resentful that this government allowed these people to slowly turn Canada into India. I was sold the idea of diversity, and I fell for it. I’m the minority of the minorities. Despite being a full Canadian now, every single day I think more and more of just going home. I’m tired of Canada.

They come here as student permit they should go back to there country if they need only a good education then come here for study ONLY . Canada has stricter immigration laws than America. The USA tends to take in poor migrants compared to Canada, which tends to take in rich immigrants. All those poor migrants that come to America need government assistance to live and America can't afford it!

You need to make your own country a better place to live and stop sh*tting all over Canada trying to make it your little India. We don’t come to your country to make it more Americanized. This is absolutely right and when people come at you for anything that only proves how right you are. Am I missing something here, Im not sure about open door anything, if you want a job you need to have work permit, if you are old and not eligible for working/holiday visa you need a visitor visa and look for an LMIA approved job ONLY, while already Canada, jobless, as a visitor, IF you get the offer its only then you can apply for work permit and after you got it then they hire you. is that how it usually goes? Or you have tens of thousands of dolars for a college you get study permit that enables you to work too. So, I dont see how is immigration to Canada easy and I have absolutely no clue how Indians and rest of the gang do it in such large numbers. Do they all just come on visitor visa and hope for the best? what about accommodation, money?

I have been in Canada for 28 years, as an Immigrant myself, i can tell you, you don't need to be a born canadian to see the spike of immigration and changes that happened to this country as a result from that. i went to Niagara Falls last year, i couldn't move around due to the flood of sooooo many people. i understand that it is a touristic place, but the only tourists i saw are coming from India or pakistan. and i doubt that they flew from there. and before calling racist or anything, i am brown too... the latest idea in my head, is to go back home. if i went across an ocean to find the same people that i left, what is the point ?!, i just go back and have them as neighbors....

One thing I have noticed the most that nobody is addressing is. A lot of the people are coming are young single men. I predict an extreame increase in sexual assault. I think what Canada needs to adopt it’s a quota on the number of immigrants coming in from each country. Open it to everyone based on the same point system we have now, and once’s those openings are full for India, Italy, Thailand etc… that’s it you’d have to wait till next year that the quota opens again. This will allow a more diverse immigration and minimize the xenophobia that come with having huge numbers coming in from only one region

I am not indian but if you don'twant immigration then you should have work force.you call them because you don't have enough people to work for your country.they come to your country pay fees ,do all your odds jobs pay taxes ,which you pay to your junkies, build roads your infrastructure Etc and they don't get any benefit of the tax they pay as they are not permanent resident,even they have to get private health insurance for any medical treatment.Remember covid days no immigration, Australia, Canada uk Etc all were crying for works.You need to thankful to them as they are contributing in your countries in many ways.

Skilled? Tim Horton's isn't something we need to import people for. We need Doctors. I think there is a plan to turn Canada into the new India. Within 4 blocks of where I live there is now almost 30 Indian restaurants..... Might be a dozen other types. It's one thing to come here, respect the way of life and another to force your way of life on us. I love Indian culture and Indian people. But we have a culture here and i'd like to keep it alive. Canada is taking in to many immigrants from (India,China,Philippines,Africa and other nation) which will force Canadians out of a job and created cheaper labour that under estimated the standard of living. Many of these people are none Christian nation and will be a threat to Canada and other part of the west. Canada should stop take in None- Christian nation of people and focus on more to build up the white Canadian people. Canada is allowing to many immigrants in the country per year and where are the real Canadian going to live in years from now to come? The cost of living will rise very high and the government need to stop this and reduce it intake of immigrants. Is Canada a Indian, Chinese or Philippines country? I heard Indians said that Canada is not a white country, and they came to take over when I was there.

The immigration policy should be changed, and quotas should be allocated to all nationalities. If Canada needs 100 immigrants, they should be coming from 100 different countries, that is the only way through which you can preserve the Canadian culture while reaping the benefits of skilled immigration. There should be a ban on Indian immigrants now, as we have plenty of them already.

Essentially, they are finding ways to exploit their entry into the country, unlike my parents who had to wait patiently for years to come to Canada. I belong to an ethnic group. In the 1960s, when my parents immigrated to Canada, only a limited number of people from our ethnic group were allowed in. My parents were compelled to assimilate into Canadian culture to make friends. I had hoped to marry someone from my own ethnic group, but there were few eligible women. Therefore, both my brothers and I married Anglo-Saxon women. While I take pride in my parents' background, I do not live in a segregated community of my own kind. Instead, I reside in a mixed area and have no intention of bringing over 100,000 people from my village back home to Canada. Canada needs to restrict immigration until we get a handle on our housing and social services levels. Also, not all new immigrants should be allowed to move to Toronto or Vancouver. They should be sent to live in provinces such as Saskatchewan or Manitoba for the first 10 years. I am sure they need skilled workers. Also, would be forced to assimilate like my family did back in the 1960s because there would not be a massive enclave from their own culture in one area. Also, the reason my parents moved to Canada was their former country was Balkanized into different ethnic groups that exploded into a massive civil war. Canada might be in danger of that in the future. Certain ethnic groups don't tolerate certain policies that have happened in Canada. When they get to a large enough number all hell will break lose as they will have to culture and political power to fight back.

Alright. The median age in Canada is 41years. That means in 20 years, majority of the population would be close to retirement, which also means that if a younger population is not 'brought in' it would be disastrous for the economy. That being said, the government can limit the number for people immigrating from certain countries. If you need more Europeans, you need to create a social support net better than Europe. Its purely logical. \nIf you do not want more Indians, you limit the number of Indians coming to Canada. Its simple. Hating them for who they are doesn't help. And same goes for the foreigners - In Rome, do what the romans do. Leave your ways at the door, relearn, adopt and adapt, else you will have the likes of Faulkner make you hate him for pointing the difference. Btw, he also forgets a few generations back his family was an immigrant too, who murdered the First Nations of this country. Not to remind him of what led to the Truth and Reconciliation Day. \nNow, that's not a justification for immigrants to be in your ways, its just to remind everyone that together as a society we have an opportunity to create something beautiful. Respect someone else's space, learn the new that comes your way, be it culture, history, anything. Pride is not bad as long as it inclusive.\nHere is something else to consider, wherever you get the 'immigrants' from, which English speaking country has the subset of non-radically religious and (comparatively) low crime population?
