Hilarious ! English sounding names which are GERMAN like : Ahn, Neldnerm Knoess. And Douvas is not English, Guzman is very common Spanish. Pereira is Portuguese. And McNaughlin is Scottish not English. Etc. A long time back when I started working in Mumbai I came to know from a localite that a license is required for Kirpan! I was so surprised as I was from Punjab and to me that seemed really absurd. But later I understood other people don’t understand our religion and that we are NOT engaging in any fight with Kirpan…even after others are educated of our religion it is better we don’t display Kirpan in public and follow the rules of that state or country.
