I have some prejudice about certain people and topics and I stereotype of course. It's an automatic thing for humans to do. We immediately assess everything and anyone around us. That's normal. Now, what isn't normal is going out of your way to violate the rights of any human being or to harass them in any manner. Obviously we can't help what we think and what is in our heads but we can control whether or not we act on these things. Fortunately most of us do not act on our thoughts, but some people do.

I'm white living in Europe, but I think that the way other people treat you is also very dependable on your facial expressions, on what the first impression you make etc.I have had numerous experiences in my life when going with friend (shopping, or organizing something) that because he looks more friendly or more attractive so people naturally speak to him first.Especially talking to females.Not sure how to fix it.Once people know me, it's much easier.Funny world.

the only part thats pissing me off about this is that they treat races and religions in the same way. you can judge people on their religions because unlike races its a choice. i have nothing against arabs but i do think islam is one of the dumbest religions.

Muslims are just afraid of us knowing the truth about them so want to stop free speech , calling it hate speech when it is the truth and not a lie. Read the quaran and see for yourself, the book deserves no respect nor it's author. I read it right through and it doesn't bring people together but is an intolerant ideal formed by their dictator with low morals and no respect of non Muslims. They just listen to themselves and no one else and think they are right about everything. If they read the book right through like I did, they would see it is not worthy to be quoted or lived by such medival fairy tales. They will never let your country have peace, because they have no peace in their own heart. It's always they will push to have their way and you can just get out of their way or they will kill you.

How are growing anti-islamic sentiments a concern? I think it's desirable for western societies to consider islam for what it is. A cancerous death cult with no place in a free society. It's the only way we will eventually be able to get rid of this filth.

Regarding the girl who received less while wearing the veil than when wearing nothing/ a hijab: Don't get me wrong the things some poeple said to her were horrible, but i think its just natural that someone would be more willing to donate to someone whose face is clearly visible as they could be more sympathetic towards them based on their expressions and such. After all, would you donate to someone who was wearing a hockey mask or a balaclava? (I'm not implying that these are in any way the same, but remember that the Qaran does not state that they have to wear a full veil, just some food for thought). Some may argue that this intrudes on basic human facial expressions to one another.) Not only can people feel uneasy when they see someone in a burqa, but it can also be dangerous to the very person underneath it. The burqa isolates women from others and can hide evidence of abuse or assault. It advocates segregation of muslim women in public, which is blatant discrimination within itself, whichever way you look at it!!!

I think this whole thing stinks...if you do not want to accept a countries values and ways, don't show up...we do not want this crap in Canada...bottom line, I do not feel safe any longer in Canada for my children or grandchildren...send them back!

the way muslim women cover up makes me think they have bad feminine hygiene and awful body odor because they do not bath and it is said all muslims use their hands to wipe their bottom after defecating( with out toilet tissue !!! )!!!

and I can't help but think choosing to conform to a way of dress for religious ideals is an extreme action in itself

These subconscious choices I don't think they are our fault. They are results of experiences we have had with people, actual real experiences, and by the way we were raised, and where we were raised. How can that be our fault? What matters is the actual choices we make. If we choose to not be prejudice, despite what our subconscious tells us, that is the best we can do. Is that right? Where else could these subconscious ideas be coming from? We got them from somewhere? Either from someone who taught us, or an actual experience, right?

i think one of the main reasons most muslims come to the rest is for religious freedom and express it the way they want to express it

Keep Islam in Islamic countries. If it doesn't tolerate our lifestyle then keep it elsewhere. I don't think the Niqab should be legal. If we can't see your face then how do you get a job? How do you walk into a bank? How do you get identified at the airport? And why should we make changes to our way of life to accommodate these guys? Don't go to a new country and then make changes that fit you. You left your place because it was fucked up there and much better here. Why try to change the place that took you in? Assimilate or fuck off.

I'm also Canadian and moved to the USA to marry my (now) husband, and I definitely notice some major differences. I think much of this really depends on where you're living in the US. I spent most of my life in Ottawa, and now live in South Central Pennsylvania. I'm surrounded by hillbillies, haha. In some ways healthcare is better in the US - I have waited much less time for health care, and also if you're paying in cash for the doctor many places offer a discount here. And I hear you on Amazon Prime! I use it all the time here! Not to mention so many cool vegan foods I could never get in Canada are easily available here.

ok so muslims say they should be able to wear what they want so their women cover up. but then when you ask them about western women they say they should cover up and SHOULD NOT be able to dress the way they do. liberals who think they are being so free and open minded need to open their eyes to the religion they are trying to defend. muslims routinely abuse the freedoms that are afforded to them while living in a democratic society that hypocrisy becomes second nature to them. the women that was interviewed says we get dressed up put on fancy clothes and make up with other women, even though to do that is haram in islam and is only meant to attract men. ignorance and regression will lead to the downfall of every western country. it is simply a fact and somehow it always comes off as fear mongering when it is said, no religion should ever have a right over any society. if there was a religion where it was ok to behead people who dont believe in that religion would it be ok for people to believe it, oh wait ISLAM.

No other religion or way of life threatens the western way of life as does Islam. Any woman who chooses to wear the niqab willingly to cover her face will always raise suspicion because we are body/face language readers. Islam does not put women first. It is so silly to even suggest that. They stone, burn, torture women all in the name if family honour. I don't think that reflects honouring women.

Sad thing is, if you are Muslim and you criticize anything about Muslim people or the way they do things you practically get killed . So there is this fear that drive everyone nuts . I think finally US, Canada , Australia and maybe some part of EU will eventually tell Muslims to leave especially the ones who wear that thing on their face

I had an opportunity to move to California and there was no way I would move to the USA from Canada! It was tempting but when I really looked into it, visited the place I'd be living I was thinking that it was a nice place to visit but never would I live in that shit hole American system.

Black people do not steal more than white people! If the only people you are watching is black and brown people of course that is the only people you will catch. I had a white friend that worked at a Walmart and she said she caught way more white people stealing than blacks but management did not call the police over half the time and let the person go. But for the black people that were caught the police was called every time. I have even seen it myself when the sales person clearly saw the makeup in this white girls pocket, I know she saw it because I silently pointed it out to her and she just walked away. This happens all the time, but white people thinks black and brown people just like to make things up.

I'd like to address this to the woman who went to one of Trump's rallies dressed as a Moslem with her head covered with a scarf and having a sign that reads, 'I come in peace'. I don't know why she was asked to be escorted out, but by her own words the people in the crowd were throwing questions at her as to whether she had a bomb under her cloak. Well, whether she knew it or not, she provoked the crowd by wearing the mark of a Moslem - her cloak. Also, by going to the rally dressed the way she was, she knew before hand that she'd be treated that way. On her part, I see that as provocation. Had she gone plainly dressed or attired like everybody else, there would have been no adverse reaction toward her. I don't know what she could have said why she was asked to be escorted out, but she fully knows that the whole of America had been given the real and true picture of Islam - one of terror, murder, beheading, bombs, war, and blood. How do Moslems expect the most compassionate, kind, benevolent people in the world to act? So, please, use your common sense and do not see America as the enemy, the aggressor, or the provocateurs. They're not. They are just being vigilant knowing that the enemy could be so sly, cunning and untrustworthy. Islamic people,we welcomed you to our country. Don't think that we are not watching you. We have given you a new start for a happy life compared to the life you have had in your native lands, but we are guarding against an invasion that your evil governments have designed for our beloved country. The truth of the matter is that you are our guests in our country, and you don't have he right to demand of us what you like, especially when you want us to change our laws just to accommodate or please you. The more attacks you perpetrate against Americans, the more we will be true to our resolve to deport you. Good Moslems, show your rage against the radicals amongst you. If you don't, you'll be sorry, because willy nilly, you'll be affected too. You cannot be in America and refuse to live by the laws we live by.

All of the people in the video trying to enforce sharia law should be removed from the country immediately, whether they're thrown into the middle of the ocean or back to whatever shitholes they came from, who gives a f*ck? Do you ever think British people could go to a muslim country (Such as UAE, Dubai, Pakistan) and tell the people that they have to follow British laws? No way! They would be dead in no time. I used to be a very liberal person for most of my life and tolerant of other cultures and religious faith, like many others I may add.\n However my tolerance is wearing somewhat thin, like many others I may add again, after hearing the same old opinions coming from Muslims repatriated in western societies. \n They come into our cultures on mass and never assimilate into ours, but create their own little pockets of cultural being within our national borders.\n We hear time and again how the indigenous populist must be accepting of them, even though very few are accepting of our culture, using an analogy it's akin to inviting a stranger into your home and give them a safe place to live, food, money and all items that go along with it, and the next thing their sat on your favourite chair with your remote in their hand, even going to bed with your wife!\n We need to wear our head covering it's our right they chant, OK then, afford the same favours to us in your country, let my partner wear her bikini when she's walking down the road, let us drink alcohol, build Christian churches, you get where I'm going with this.\n If it's so great there why do you choose to live here? When there is taxpayor subsidized housing for only worshippers of muhammad and Canadians who were on waiting lists for subsidizing housing are flat out denied and taken off waiting lists, there is a huge problem with taxpayors paying for religion. Hijab, niqab and buurka are all about reminding women that they are property. Surely men can do heavier work. Of course there are differences between men and women, nobody is denying that. Men can learn how to knit but I can never knit as good as a woman can do it. It's just that I don't see why a woman should have to obey me. I think that grown and civilized people can discuss and work things out together. I also don't see why women have to made responsible for the behaviour of men who act primitively because of the way they dress.
