Once an apartment complex has reached its full capacity the rents go up has to do with timing also if you wait a few months you're going to pay more in a good economy. Some people are confused why a realtor doesn't offer the same house to every customer for the same price. Realtors know everyone doesn't want to live with strangers When shopping for a one-bedroom apartment. I've never lived anywhere where everyone pays the same rent regardless of how many years or days they've been there. It has to do with supply and demand the second guy got a higher price because the demand was up for just a few apartments. If you took the same three guys with a hundred other guys to an apartment complex that was at 50% capacity they would all be quartered the same price most likely. People rent apartments to make a profit. When you fly you'll notice that nobody plays the same price to ride in the same plane at the same time.

During past 18 years I have travelled lots in various countries and seen so many settled people who are origin from respective country or are settled from ages . But you also note that thay had gone through with same as beginner going through, or might b lot . I like your post, and doesn't notice any ego or proud in that . I like that . But what I mean to say is everyone from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh , before come in English country or in any country, are starting very big dreams and after step into new country they don't accept positive things and blames only those countries where thay have gone for higher education or for earning money. Still they stay there and says here is blot like india , dongle come here , or we have to do this type of job .They don't have servants there, they have to wash their clothes themselves, cook themselves and clean house themselves . That's why thay are saying bad words for that country and still they want path of permanent residence of that country. I am not against of india but if you are staying in English country for 6 months, I request you please make video for how government works for their people, how smooth you can run your business without giving bribe to government officers , how police officers are doing their job and how pure is system . And please all these compare in India and suggest life is easy there or not . I love my country and during my 18 years in UK , I came back to India with my family to settle down the rest life but because of some government officers ( on each step asking bribe for business) , and not getting support from government, decided to go back to UK .I mean to say in English country there is value for poor person or for rich person. lazy is a good word! I know what my brother went through in order to immigrate to Australia many years ago. You have to have a clear record, no criminal convictions, paid all your taxes, qualified with the correct credentials they required, eg. IT expert, mechanics, Doctors etc., have sufficient money to live for 6 months, and or a job waiting for you, and sufficient savings. His family ahd to wait 6 months to join him whilst he established a home and job. Possibly these are people either hoping for welfare and freebies, or running from the law? Call me whatever, but India has been dealing with this for a very long time, probably since 1980s. I dont hate islam but I dont love it either. Let's just say that I wouldnt buy a house in Muslim neighborhood. It has been a nuisance to India since a long time, every time we screamed in UN for help. You cannot defend the argument when someone says Women are suppressed in mulsim culture. The most hurtful thing happening is in UK. A country which gave you food, shelter, respect, a better life. You are trying to impose your values on it? As a matter of fact, good muslims should come out openly and boycott these terrorist who are trying to create chaos if they really want to show good intentions but you wont see any (for obvious reasons). They often cry about they being a victim but what about other people?? If all good muslim come out and boycott bad muslims then that would be a thing to appreciate and notice. The people that are true Muslims, actually follow the Koran and example of Mohammed are called radicals when in fact, they're the true followers of Islam. It shows the deep problems we have with the western values and the Muslim community, yet here we have people tip toeing around the issue saying we have no problem, its religion and beliefs and peace and love and we should just accept all Muslim communities even tho this lady is telling you the problems right in front of your faces. There is so many videos you can find showing that Muslim community neighbourhoods do not want non-Muslim's in there community and they want Sharia law and they are not tolerant to outsiders and anyone that thinks different to them, even those from within there own community. 2 good examples are the town Dearborn, Michigan and Luton Town, UK of just how lack of tolerance for non-Muslim people in Muslim majority communities they have.

As a young child I remember viewing the Amish women as being in a chronic 'state of funeral' based solely on their signature dark garb. One can understand how real (natural) Canadien women can view this type of apparel as a slap in the face of their gender, a violent slap to go to the 'back of the line', 'take it lying down and like it'.
