My parents came to Canada in 1957 from England when I was six. They came across all those issues you described in your very accurate assessment of the immigration issue. The most frustrating was that ridiculous “ Canadian experience “ barrier . A catch 22 excuse that defies logic. It’s merely a not so transparent way of giving you a substandard wage for clearly qualified experience. It’s very insulting especially when it’s obvious in many cases that the country you came from has even higher professional standards than Canada. I’m quite shocked to hear this unfair ,discriminatory practice is still operating and naturally turns many excellent immigrants away. Someone should be fired at Immigration Canada for not promoting the abolition of this practice , especially when it comes to doctors ,engineers etc. So wasteful. \nI’ll be following your videos in future. Just wandering if you guys are thinking of leaving as well and what your occupations actually are.

Canada is going down the toilet. I’ve lived here most of my life, born and raised, and it’s just a disgrace now. Forget about all the obvious things that have been stated like ridiculously overpriced homes, high taxes, crap weather etc. \nOne thing I’ve really become more aware of throughout my years here after travelling abroad is that Canadians are truly boring people. Everybody sticks to themselves in their own bubbles and no sense of community or fun. \nBilly Bob Thornton said something many years ago on what he thinks about Canada in an infamous interview on the CBC:\n “Mash potatoes and no gravy”\nDude is crazy and messed up but, you know, he is right in what he says. Perfect description.\nA lot of people here are mindless drones. People are so scared to be speak their minds. \nIt’s a messed up, almost “1984” Orwellian type of society in some ways. Disturbing stuff going on here. But, yay, free healthcare...which has horribly outdated facilities and overcrowded hospitals and waiting lists for certain surgeries where you can wait for years....oh and a lot of doctors who are very cold and no empathy...??

I had this happen to me at a circus with my child with me in des Moines iowa. I had a long conversation with my kid after that incident. Its getting too ridiculous and there are terrible people out there unfortunately

I have been PR and working ( oil & gas ) in Canada 50% of year for past 7 years. Buy house in Banff and pay ridiculous high tax. I am happy in Canada, but will never leave Russia. Wife and kids come to vacation in winter to ski and we enjoy this time. Probably biggest reason we would never stay in Canada is low IQ liberal government of virtue signalling imbeciles. World laugh at the western liberal and for good reason. \nGreat country, terrible government.\nI will continue working there and supporting the country with high taxes but will not permanently live there.

Those prices 900 and 980 whatever it was where i live it is the price of a monthly house morgage for a 179,000 capecod home thats what we pay monthly for our home so to pay for an apartment that we would never own is ridiculous.

I have been bullied and made fun of by Chinese Canadians in high school. And now people think I am Chinese, how ridiculous. Do I need to wear a t-shirt saying I’m not Chinese? \nThis is just an excuse for white Canadians to justify their racism. I don’t have anything against Chinese Canadians but Asia isn’t China, it is comprised of many countries. I’m planning to leave Canada because of the increase of Asian racism.

This is the fault of the government of all these countries. From the beginning they have made law enforcement and the general population to be scared they will offend Muslims rather than being allowed to accept and treat them as they would other members of society. If one says anything that could remotely be interpreted as offensive they are labeled as being hateful and evil where as Christianity can be ridiculed without any repercussions. All peoples faiths should be respected and not one be given special consideration by law enforcement or government.

native americans have it worse than anyone by far. My nephew is native and he'll do fine. his parents are amazing and he's ridiculously brilliant so i don't see him doing anything but succeed, but a kid without the back up of a strong family and his IQ, heck i don't think it will go well. it does hurt his feelings, even at his young age the other kids he's in school with are very disappointing.\ni have witnessed this discrimination almost every time i am where natives are other than where they are well known. Little kids get looks that aren't at all admiring their cuteness....and they are plenty cute kids. I was shocked when it was told to me, unbelieving, thats when i started watching.

I worked at a grocery store. Lost count of how many times I had customers 'warn' me about 'suspicious' customers that were almost always young native men. It's ridiculous.

My dad is a really big and tall Mexican man who is real tan. Me and him were at a store and we were looking around for video games. This lady was following us I swear! She kept asking like, do you need anything? Do you need help with anything? And I didn't really think a lot of it until I realized what darker skin people encounter in stores! That's ridiculous!

This is such a ridiculous video. Especially the implication that other races are less biased than whites. Asian folks largely stick with Asian folks. Muslims often times only marry Muslims. Most black people in America admit to racial bias and there is a large amount of hate crime against white folks that is not charged that way because of their white skin. Almost everyone has cultural bias. As a matter of fact I would make the argument that white folks are more likely to date and marry outside their race and Christians too.

Here in Vancouver it's been very cold the past little while and I can't tell you how many times I've been asked to empty my bag and pockets. I wear big jackets and a hat because it's DAMN COLD OUT. Everytime I walk into any store. (Grocery, retail, furniture..) they always stare me down and follow me. I'm white, female, and maybe I look sketchy to them but I don't care. I can't imagine how these people treat indigenous or black people in their stores. It's ridiculous.

I dated a man of color in college. I truly never knew until I experienced it. We got pulled over all the time. Searched for drugs, to the point it was ridiculous. He took it in stride saying he was used to it, driving while black and just laughed it off. I filed a complaint with the police department.

This is such bs. I’m so sick of news articles treating deportation like it’s some national sin. We’re supposed to feel bad that people get deported for living here illegally?! That’s what deportation is for! This chick is 30 she’s been here 18 years, if she was concerned about going through proper channels, she would have. The people who deserve to be here are the ones who have endured the process of doing it legally. The fact that someone can live here & own a business for years all while being here illegally is ridiculous. “Couldn’t they just go after criminals?” You were supposed to be deported over a decade ago! It's winter, i walk into town along a slush covered road, down a long hill - a woman struggles uphill carrying several bags of shopping - wearing a full burqa..the wind is almost blowing her backwards and she is struggling - my thoughts are 'cumbersome outfit for this climate'. i walk past the local synagogue, some Hassidic men are chatting outside most have one hand on their head, one man is picking his hat up and brushing slush off from it - my thoughts are 'im glad im wearing an elasticated beanie in this wind'\nlater on i walk past my local nightclub and there is a long line of young girls wearing very short skirts, high heels and sleeveless tops - with matching blue skin, my thoughts are twofold, first - hypothermia someone should tell them, second is -fashion, it may look cool in Naples, but this far north - in winter?...ridiculous.\npoint is, people wear clothing for various reasons, religious, cultural, social or just comfort. they dont choose to wear items because they desire to intimidate, but because it appeals to them, or their sense of self or cultural or religious identity.\nwe should respect that.\nif a piece of clothing intimidates or frightens you so much, you may have some deep psychological issues.

This is just ridiculous, these are just a series of assumptions, why didn't you confront the people to get some kind of understanding for those results? And stop confusing stereotyping and racism, there's a big difference.
