I absolutely love how conscious parents have become. We also made a move to different part of our country South Africa for the purpose of growing in our deen. Best decision

I move from one country to another every five years because of the nature of my job. As a practising Muslim with children here are some of the countries I’ve lived in which you guys should consider :\n- Turkey is very developed and your family will have to make less adjustments in terms of quality of life. If you can speak Turkish then you are good to go.\n-Morocco has a very rich culture and the economy is relatively stable.\n- Malaysia is beautiful and has great community sense. Very helpful people. The main adjustment will be with the eastern culture which is very conservative. The cuisine is also very unique.\n- Qatar and UAE are both similar in the sense that finding jobs won’t be a problem and lots of people understand and speak english. Also these two countries are developed and the \n education standards are the highest I have seen in countries following sharia. Also these countries are less strict than Saudi Arabia which is my native country. I really hope you two \n aren’t considering it. Your girls will not grow up happy in Saudi. Trust a women who has done it. I love my religion but inshallah no child should go through that environment because her \n parents were attracted to the holy land.\n-Lastly this is a rather outlier in this list but you should consider India. There are mosques everywhere in almost every city and even the Hindus fondly wake up to the azaan. Most \ninclusive non-Muslim country I have lived in. My children loved it. We lived in one of the many Muslim communities near a mosque in a city called Hyderabad which was ruled by a Muslims for hundreds of years. Even though they have their own languages nearly everyone speaks english. The schools are great. The police create spaces for Muslims to worship on the roads so that traffic doesn’t disturb them. Very inclusive and the city itself is beautifully developed. The job market is great and it is a very affordable place to raise a family.\n\nI hope you guys check these places out. I’ve only listed the countries which I felt were the best options but I’ve lived in almost all the countries with a sizeable Muslim population. Best wishes to you folks from the Sayyid family. Just be careful on your country of choice you choose to move to. We lived in the Middle East loved it however certain people/nationalities are treated very badly as well as the rich get better health care well the poor gets not the best health care which is hard to witness I found especially in a Islamic country

And I have so much respect for all of your decisions especially the last one! \nMy husband and I are also\nContemplating the same thing and are hoping to be able to take this decision soon inshAllah.\n\nI would recommend Oman in the gulf beside Dubai. I lived there for a few years. It has both the cultural Islamic aspect but is also\nDeveloped and modern enough to enjoy. My issue with Dubai is that has lost its Islamic culture and unfortunately I feel that a lot of the Gulf countries are quite shallow and vain when it comes to money and materialism, something I worry about when raising my children as well. But oman literally has it all and their pay is high plus one of the highest currencies.

Would love to see videos on how life expense is residential requirements to become a permanent resident of that particular country. education where it stands if the children were to leave that country and come back into the States. If you guys can elaborate on these topics, it would be so useful for those who are attempting to go to the same countries. What would be some financial friendly international home schooling programs that may be parents can enroll in until they are settled permanently in the country of their choice. I am from Pakistan and can't ever imagine leaving my country to go live in foreign lands. Alhamdullilah, I feel very safe here. It is a Muslim country, alhamdullilah, although there is a major class of citizen coming up here who'd like it to be more 'open minded' like the West. May Allah protect us from that day. I would suggest that you move to Saudi Arabia, preferably into or around Makkah or Madinah. I believe that these two are the best cities in the world for Muslims. Imagine saying your five daily prayers in Masjid-e-Haraam or Masjid-e-Nabawi! You kids could study there and grow up speaking and understanding Arabic like Arabs. Imagine the understanding and appreciation they'd have of the Quran and Hadith moreover, they'd be able to reap benefits from the work of all major scholars. InshaaAllah. BUT, on the other hand, you guys are Allah's workers there in Canada. You could do dawah, spread Allah's word (you're doing that beautifully already). You'd be doing what the messengers of Allah did. Think of it this way, if you leave, there'll be one less family supporting Palestine and the Islamic way of life in Canada. Maybe, Allah wants someone like you to represent Him there. Allahu Aalam. There's this beautiful piece of Urdu poetry by Syed Sadiq Hussain, it goes something like this ' Tundi-e-baad-e mukhalif se na ghabraa ae uqaab --- Yeh to chalti hai tujhay ooncha uranay ke liye!' translation:- Do not fear the strength of the head-winds (opposing wind) O' eagle -- it but blows only to help you soar higher! All I'm saying is that there's another way of looking at your dilemma. You guys are like a small, bright light in a dark night and can help lost travelers reach safety. Cheesy, I know. Come to Indonesia, you would love it here.\n\nThe public infrastructure is not the best, but probably the highest masjids density in the world. Additionally, if you decided on SouthEast Asia (as you mentioned Malaysia) Indonesia is the safest, most democratic, most free, richest, and biggest country in the region too, so you can travel a lot locally. Try to aim for Jakarta Suburbs, lots of rich communities with excellent infrastructure and low traffic.\n\nThat being said, the food in Malaysia is better in quality and selection and it is cheaper too. Additionally, you can speak English in Malaysia, but it is much harder to get residency or citizenship there.

I am Canadian. I love my country. I wouldn't move anywhere else. We have our problems sure, but all counties do. Move somewhere else and trade one set of problems for another, maybe worse. In this modern age of social media, bellyaching and victim hood are all the rage. A bit of hard times and they want to quit. In the early 80s the interest rate was around 21%, that was much worse than today.

I am American and im disgusted by blind allegiance to Israel. I don't have funds to move but I too am exceedingly unhappy with the deterioration of my country. I'm older, so moving while you're young is smart. I hope you find a country you can love so you can raise your children safely and happily. God bless you in your search.

you should try Sri Lanka... its a multi cultural country. And the people around are very kind and its easy to blend in cuz there's no discrimination at all! most foods are halal also cuz the muslim population is big, many restaurants are run by muslims and there are many girls schools for muslims including religious studies... u cn find musjids in every city/town... and again, the people are so flexible. as a muslim in sri lanka, im so glad im sri lankan cuz i love the people in this country, cuz no matter what, all of us have each other's backs.. <3

Interesting about the islamic atmosphere, I live in England and there are so many Muslims around me, I even hear they calling to pray once a day but I don't see a Christian atmosphere even though it's said to be a protestant country but for sure there's a Christian atmosphere back home in Brazil.\n\nI absolutely love living in Europe (Ireland and England) but I do miss this atmosphere from Brazil and my culture that 1000% I want my kids to have.\n\nI have the exact same opinion about things that are being taught at school that goes against my believes and i know many Christian parents are making the change to homeschooling and i might do the same when it's my turn.

Every parent knows what is best for their children and families. I live in Pakistan 2. Me and my brother were born in US to Pakistani parents. My mom didn't want to leave US but my dad said there is no religious environment there plus our whole family lives in Pakistan and didn't want us to grow there. Our apartment owner who was Christian was not letting us go. He said that u guys r such an amazing people, good Muslims, nice to everyone and take Care for everyone. It was really hard for both of my parents but Allah made it easy for us. My mom passed away when I was 18 and my brother 15 and I really miss her. My option is u can guys move to Pakistan. U can get Islamic education + Islamic environment. No matter how bad our politics, government doesn't care about Its own country and no cleanliness but I still love Pakistan. I really respect you guys for making such a hardest decision with strength. I really support you guys with this decision. Just don't mind I was just giving an advice that Pakistan is way better but it is totally up to u guys which country u like to make your better life. Omg, this is exactly the video I needed! I've lived my whole life in America, but my parents immigrated, so sometimes I feel guilty about wanting to leave. I really want to live in a Muslim country, and being from NYC, I love the city so Dubai is the only option I can think of. But I feel like Dubai has changed, I want a place more Islamic. I respect your decision to leave Canada. You have to do what is right for you and your family. I am not religious but I believe that all peoe have the right to believe as they choose. I also find that Islam is one of the most peaceful, loving religions there is. I too am very unhappy with my government for standing by and supporting the genocide of Palastine. I support President Biden and he has done many wonderful things but the support Israel by my government and president makes me infuriated. It is wrong. My now 19 year old son,my mother who lives with us and myself are looking to move as well. We want some place with winter so we can sky, and snowboard and do all things we love without having to travel two states over. I am Malaysian, with Malaysian mom and Pakistani dad. 20 years ago my extended families in Pakistan moved to Canada and started life from scratch. Everything was kinda smooth but ever since the government supports genocide, they decided to leave Canada settle down in another muslim country so this would be their second hijrah. I cant blame you for the cold. I dont love the winter either. I moved back to the cold winter from the coast and boy do you get spoiled on either coast of canada for weather! I just dont like to be cold. If I could move to the USA, preferably texas. I would go. In terms of living costs, its sad how many canadians dont understand that places like BC and ON have been pricey for a long time. Its new in other provinces to be this expensive and AB, SK, MB, QC. While some of those provinces are more expensive than others, they're new to the super high prices and many refuse to recognize how ON and BC have been paying these prices far longer then inflation right now, which isn't new either. While I'm not muslim, I am LDS and we are not a favourite religion in society either. We get chastised all the time and nobody bats an eye. I've been insulted by employers, our church buildings have been set on fire. I still have to explain why my faith doesn't believe in working on sundays (as employers want that these days). I think some religions or non religious dont want to recognize what we get put through too. Even though we can relate to muslims in our own way. My faith enjoys serving communities with the muslims, I have worked with muslims and many are just the kindest people! The first president of our church got murdered and our people got chased within the USA and americans seem to believe that this doesn't happen in their own country but the same hate has and continues to happen in my faith. So I can understand, we face a lot of rejection when we speak about our faith. I can understand in my own way how you feel.

A rich country is where everything is affordable, houses, food, healthcare, schools, less taxes, less stress and family oriented community. No matter if their currency is lower than 1st world countries. I love living in my 3rd world country, such a paradise on earth.... where people stay in tents in the weekends in the mountains or beaches for chilling out.

Canada has a massive hypocrisy that counters their 'inclusive' image. They are in fact more exclusive than most places, and extremely elitist, and discriminatory. Their immigration does not help matters by having a system that is SO insanely classist, that really only rich people can enter, and even then, it may not be enough. I read about a millionaire that was rejected entry, because they had a deaf child! Can you imagine?? So they are also extremely ableist as well, and lacking logic, as a millionaire can obviously afford their own child's medical care, and what does it matter anyway when Canada is supposed to have national health coverage?? So nuts. Yeah, they don't want to own that. They just love to call out the USA, whose immigration rules are FAR more lax than Canada's, or really most countries for that matter. Most people are totally ignorant about how the USA system actually works. Anyone can move to the USA. We let TOO MANY people in. Canada only wants young, rich, successful people to enter their country. Everyone else can just drop dead for all they care, and hey, with the laws about 'voluntary life ending', and how they are grossly encouraging that now for anyone who may be old, depressed, or otherwise 'expendable', what do we expect?

Did the syrians, kurds, assyrians, iranians, afghans love to leave their lands? NO!! The truth is the arab countries just dont want to take in the Palestinians because of how theyve caused disaster to each & every country that ever tried to take them in.

In my teens, early 20s (early 00's) i dreamed of emigrating to Canada and Toronto. It had beautiful nature, was clean, safe, nice people and a great standard of living. But seeing it now especially the big cities is really sad. Many countries have had major turn arounds (Colombia for instance) and hopefully Canada can get back to being a great place again. Ummmmm I don’t think some Palestinian anyone for that matter want to stay in a conflict justified or unjustified. The Arab nation should first give an open door policy for a temporary shelter or refugee like the Europeans or America did for Ukraine. This notion that Palestinians don’t want to leave for a temporary refugee is very questionable. Just open your country and see if they will not go!!! Anyone is a free country should choice to evacuate to a safer country like Saudi, UAE, Bahrain or other golf countries. Instead of giving them aid or other form of support, give them a sanctuary and if they decide not to go back, then give them other options. Palestinians should not be dictated to stay in a conflict zone special the women and children. Even African countries rich or poor, open their doors to their neighbors during war like it happen in Sierra Leone, Liberia, Uganda and you can count many!!! Recently in Ukraine, Germany, Poland and other Ukraine neighbors, received millions of Ukrainians and never have they said Ohhhhh Ukraine love their land and they want to stay in Ukraine or they will lose their land when they left!!!!!
