Thought coming into any country illegally was a criminal act

Homeowners voted for doing their own roofs and lawns. I now will launch my concepts of thoughts and prayers for them.

Many people have commented here to change India and make it livable instead of dreaming of Canada but let me tell you, ideally it is very welcoming and patriotic thought to make India top class country in the world in all respect but keeping current politicians standards, democratic model and caste & religion discrimination, it is next to impossible to implement changes. China has done despite massive population because it has hidden dictatorship and there are no inside traitors. Many entities within and outside India are doing their level best to break and shake India. \n\nI am from Canada, I just arrived in India on vacation. It disturbed me a lot to see trash and garbage everywhere ( especially on Kurla-Andheri-Mankhurd) on the streets from Mumbai airport, the town planning, landscape, traffic, road quality, people's civic sense (and many more things to mention) are in worst shape which is not a sign of good quality life. Especially when you enjoy lavish, luxurious, clean hygienic, sustematic life style abroad, you naturally tend tobe fascinated with that country, no matter how much patriotic you're. Somewhere people make the problem, somewhere government or governing bodies and somewhere both. \nForeign visitors must be experiencing what I experienced. That is why we Indians are always become victims of hate and criticism abroad.

“We’re going to do what it takes” means we haven’t thought that far ahead. Once again the GOP makes bold claims in an election, and just like before, they don’t really intend to do much of what they’ve promised (if anything). Tax cuts for corporations are guaranteed. Everything else optional.

I thought the Democrats would at least reflect on themselves after the election results. If they still aren’t understanding the pulse of the country, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider the party’s future.

This woman is right. We need people who are willing to sacrifice their time and their old citizenship to become Americans. She sacrificed a great deal to become a true American citizen. I do not want to be a citizen of another country although I have spent time as a guest worker LEGALLYin other countries. I was not allowed to take jobs in those countries (Japan and Germany) that native workers had the right to take. I was not given benefits or a right to vote. I had a passport which I was required to carry at all times because as a foreign worker I could be stopped and questioned about my legal status. My passport showed my working status in country with the appropriate stamp. I accepted these restrictions as part of my working conditions. I wanted to keep my own citizenship as an American although I could have worked to obtain the fluency level required and the citizenship understanding of law and legal procedures to become a citizen. It would have taken time and waiting for an application to clear. That is what it would have required but I wanted to be an American. I did not renounce my citizenship lightly…nor should anyone without work and thoughtful consideration of what it is to BE a member of that country.

What is the matter with you people?! It is called illegal immigrantion for a reason! It is illegal! Your opinions and twisted thoughts are not above the law. So, when you start deporting workers who work in agriculture and meat processing, and the only solution is to raise wages or slow production, this is going to be immediately inflationary. In about a year, the prices at the grocery stores and at fast food restaurants are going to be significantly higher. Combined with the inflationary tariffs, this will cause a recession. \n\nIf you voted for Trump because of high inflation, the next few years are going to be confusing.

Thing is these people pay taxes. Between 6 to 12 Billion a year. They pay into Social Security but don't get to take it out. SO if you get rid of these people where is that money going to come from? That's why Economists say in 6 years the SSI fund will be insolvent which means no money for seniors. And who exactly are going to go into the fields to pick the fruit and vegetables in pouring rain or 100 degree temperatures? I highly doubt Americans will be lining up to fill those positions! There are certain attributes that define a U.S. president. A U.S. president places the citizens of this country ahead of his own personal interests. Trump doesn’t do that (hasn’t done that). Trump is self serving. On Jan ’21, Trump became an insurrectionist. Many citizens and police officers were injured and one police officers lost his life. According to the Constitution (the Supreme Court disagrees with me), Trump incited citizens to overthrown the certification of the 2020 election. Insurrection is one of the lowest acts any American can do, let alone a U.S. President. Trump states that the “insurrection” falls under immunity for “official acts”. Since when is “insurrection” an “official presidential duty”? Trump is a known Master Liar. This is beyond a moment when a president estimates, guesses and exaggerate numbers, figures and facts. Trump just lies – over 2k+ lies. Trump cannot be trusted in telling Americans the truth. Every time Trump opens his mouth, a lie flies out! Trump doesn’t appear to be able to help himself. One lie after another. Spreading the lie that the 2020 election was “stolen” and not providing legal evidence is an unforgivable act that Americans should #NEVER forget. MAGA, selected GOP, Christian Nationalists don’t appear to be troubled that Trump cannot tell the truth. To me, the truth strengthens the bond of trust – I have NO Trust for Trump! I have a feeling that undocumented immigrants who don't bother anyone will be among those who will be deported.
