What people don't understand is that you can't just start a process in any country unless you have and meet the grounds for starting a process. Each process has its own regulations. Example: For asylum to take place, you have to prove you have a well founded fear of persecution from your home country due to your race, religion, or political opinion. Most of the illegals claiming asylum base on economic hardship, or violence from local gangs, will not win an asylum case. Wanting a better life for your family is not considered valid grounds. The same with legal status: You have to first become a resident which means you have to be petitioned by an immediate family member ( A Parent or sibling with a legal status in the US). Depending who petitioned you, it can be a very lengthy process, up to 26 yrs if your sibling submitted the application! Process is much faster for spouses and kids of US Citizens. Only after several years as a legal resident can you apply for Citizenship. Spouses married to US Citizens is 3 yrs, IF you know english. If you don't you might have to wait till you are 65, when you qualify for the test to be in your native language, but only if you have been a resident more than 20 yrs and so forth. As you can see doing it legally, is a lengthy process, but all these caravans think they can just march in and let the countries accept them without going thru the process and it has caused major problems all the way around. That's why the laws must be enforced to eliminate these invasions!

They keep talking about losing a huge part of the workforce with mass deportations. So Americans aren’t looking for work? I’ve worked for Amazon for 3 and a half years now. I transferred from Va back home to ny last October. In va Americans are being hired. In ny Amazon is literally hiring nothing but Haitians. We hire a hundred and twenty people every year between July and January for prime and peek. I promise you without any iota of exaggeration, every last new hire is Haitian. I know of plenty of ppl who have applied to no avail. They really need to say if you’re American don’t apply. They get tax credits for hiring them. And because of this they do little to no work because they know nothing will happen to them. So all of the work falls on us . Out of the 120 new hires this year and last year 115 are under 27. They try to alienate us , intimidate us,and are extremely rude to anyone who isn’t Haitian. These are young people who are on straight gang time. I’m a black man telling you this and I’m from the street. It took me 6 years to finally make 20 dollars an hr, they come right over making the same as me while I’m working harder to accommodate their lack of productivity and at the same time hope I don’t lose my job for standing up to their rudeness and intimidation tactics. But the media will have ppl convinced that these are hard working meek and humble ppl just trying to make a better life for them and their families. I’m 45 years old and every year of my life we have always had a block party every summers end . For the last three years none. Because my neighborhood has been inundated with migrants who don’t care to assimilate.

My experience girlfriend was Canadian, her mother owned a departmental store she caught and called cops on many occasions were our peyare caught on camera stealing, damaging the store and also peeing right in the corner of the store. I saw all these footage. The major problem with Canada is most of the Indian immigrants that went there were uneducated and directly went to Canada from Indian villages, it's a cultural shock for them and during the initial period everyone behaved in a uncivilized manner. Please understand the root cause of the issue. If I am a guest at your house and keep on causing harm to your home and if this keeps on repeating you will end up frustrated.

I’m Native American and I say deport her. Yes, I’m entitled to my opinion. I’m a citizen and my people have been here for thousands of years. And, my people have been fighting for this nation even before we were considered citizens ourselves. We were employed by the U.S. Military to serve as Scouts (fighting against our own people to help the U.S. conquer-hint hint). Our languages were used to help win WWII and we have the highest enlistments by ethnic group. Most undocumented people I know are cool and they pay their dues and don’t want any problems. If these illegals have family member who are legal is he gonna deport the whole family or just the illegal? Is he gonna separate legal children from illegal parents? Or illegal children from legal parents? 7. What is going to qualify as proof of citizenship or here legally ? Birth certificate, passport? Social security number? Green card? (Because we know he doesn’t trust birth certificates ?) if you believe in deportation or not these are the questions you should be asking

As a law enforcement officer it’s so many immigrants we don’t know what to do. Plus some commit crimes and we have no information on them. Plus the drugs trade has increase. Sorry but all my life (60 years) illegal immigrants were always deported..I’ve seen it happen in the 70s,80s,90s,00s,10s..I’m Irish and I know at least 12 people who were deported (my brother was prevented from entering the USA in the 80s…US immigration authorities have always been active..

my dil is mexican and is here legally. last march my son called me very early one morning with the news that his brother in law had been randomly murdered the night before. he was also in this country legally. as is my Dil's younger sister who lives with them. They also recently took in one of her younger sister's high school friends who was pregnant. they kept the girl safe with them until she gave birth. when I visited last may, I brought multiple baby gifts for the girl. when I have posted this before. there were many hateful comments that my son's brother-in law was probably killed by another illegal. Actually he was here in the country legally, as is my daughter-in-law. my DIL works hard doing payroll at a portland contracting company. she is here legally. at this point I can't wrap my mind around the hate that is thrown on people from other countries. most of us have ancesters that came from other places. I know that I do.

Another topic that most Americans are clueless about. Well, here's some info that I'm sure you don't know. My ex-husband was from Central Ameri, a and I've known hindreds of people who have come here illegally throughout the years and NEVER until this past year have I known of anyone being deported without a court date first. Well, an ex family memeber of mine got caught at the border twice (once in 2023 and once in 2024) and was deported twice with NO COURT DATE! So, whatever people THINK is going on, they're wrong. But hey, if Trump says it, it MUST be true! ?
