They didnt count on the amount of democrat voters in 2020 to open their eyes and switch to republican because it's obvious the country was turning into absolute garbage. People should be thanking their Almighty God that Kamala didnt win. Trust me when I say that. There would never have been another real election if they had 4 more years. Other states that love to complain about them, while loving to exploit them. 19 red states have 7.25 min wage, they don't want to pay US workers a real wage so they use illegals.

You cannot have homeless Americans while illegal immigrants are being put up in hotels. \nThe real question is, does the USA need more unskilled people, whose primary contribution is manual labor? More and more jobs are going to be lost to AI/Robotics. Think of the scenario where you will have vast swathes of the population unemployed or underemployed. Is that desirable? Think of the chaos that will cause. More doctors and scientists are always welcome to immigrate anytime, and such folks all do so legally. \nThere are enough people already in America to do what needs to be done. We need to first build infrastructure using existing citizens to enable the next wave of immigrants (several years later) to move here. You just cannot have more and more people put more pressure on an already crumbling and ageing infrastructure, driving up rents for low-income Americans.
