This video sounds very racist, I grew up here since 1989. The video is a bit extreme, but there is definitely a lack of assimilation. I came here from Nigeria as a professional. I must say the Canada govt has to develop some spines. I am grateful for the opportunity to be in Canada. I do not take it for granted. The answer is family and community. The family unit and sense of community in North America is broken and, for most, there is no sense of duty. However the Indian community does tend to shun outsiders. A single white divorcee will never be part of the family. I respect their culture and beliefs but sectarianism definitely exists.

Westerners, aren't having children, because we can't afford to. The more immigrants that enter, makes it even more unaffordable for westerners it is to have. My husband and I are seniors and we will be applying for citizenship in Canada. We are wanting a leader like the Prime Minister who does look out for the common people NOT an impeached felon who is definitely supporting the Billionaires.
