Wait... Remember how this Canadian PM abused the rights of truckers through an authoritarian device... This man is a loser... Saying that men can compete in women's sports. Canada is a liberal globalist war mongering country.

I live in the middle of the country, 416,000 mortgage, stay at home wife with 2 young kids.\n\nWe are further and further into massive date.\n\nThis on a salary of 145,000\n\nYes it's personal info, but we all need to be more honest about this and show each other the complete disaster that we are all heading towards.\n\nChild preschool alone for me, being a 'successful' income earner, is 890 per month.\n\nI pay over 40% into tax system and get nothing in return.\n\nBillions\nare spent on failing 'free healthcare' (which isn't free, it's the highest thing we are taxed on and it sucke), \n\nMillions are spent on welfare state, homeless, drug addicts and criminals.\n\nMassive regulations and taxes are the key drivers of our slowing economy and negative foreign investment.\n\nSocial fragmentation is exasperated by massive immigration and an even more massive housing crises.\n\nPoliticians, lawyers and real estate agencies are to blame.\n\nWe've done this to ourselves. Saying yes to easy money in return to long term pain.\n\nTurning away from oil and other natural resources (commodity based dollar)into becoming a real estate based economy is the final nail in the coffin.\n\nNew immigrants are 32-34% migrant workers and 66-68% dependants. Dependants being peippe NOT paying into tax system. Thus, being a competent and utter burden on our already thinly stretched social services.

Hey Canada, get rid of corrupt and incompetent Trudeau. Replace him with someone honest and competent and watch what happens ???

How nice would it be to have a competent leader at the wheel like Trudeau. I stand by Canada as this is just nonsense.

All joking aside, Canada has been able to form a symbiotic relationship of mutual benefit with the United States since even before NAFTA 1. But.......... right now it is almost like a 51st state and I do not mean that in a joking way. US states are always competing with each other, but what prevents things like, oh say the American Civil war from happening is the Federal apparatus keeps them in line for the good of the empire as a whole. \n\n If Canada is like a 51st state, then it is competing with the other 50 states in a way that all 50 of them are going to get upset about. So either the states complain, or you treat Canada as an economic competitor. Mexico being behind the United States and Canada is what makes it a good candidate for a symbiotic relationship. For all its problems, Mexico has a Christian population (with some indigenous traits) that goes well with America. Their nations different economic status means we can support them and they can support us doing different things for countries of different development stages.\n\nCanada being so similar to the United States will want that as well and will never outbid the United States. Again this is seen as a hostile economic competitor. \n\nIts not Canada or Americas fault. After 2007 and the lies about fanny and Freddie, leman bros, mortgage backed security's, and a cash shortage that was not real. How was it real if the offshore exchanges did nothing? 2007 was not financial in origin it was our global monetary system seizing up. To say Wall Street greed and MBSs did it would be like saying a single drop of cement turned the ocean to cement.\n\nBut something did. Something turned the market from liquid to concrete, it happened in France decades before......\nFinancially packaged items could no longer be priced or traded.

Wealth inequality. \n\nIncreased tax rates on the wealthiest 30%. Every developed country has spent 4 decades on structurally enabling the rich. The rich are now out competing everyone else for everything - housing being the most visible.

Not only is Canada bringing in mass amount of unskilled immigrants, but they are are subsidizing their wages, driving down wages even further as Canadians entering the work force can't compete for jobs when companies can pay well below minimum wage for foreign workers who will be topped up by the government. Our own taxes are being used to make our own citizens more poor.

If US want to compete with China, I would have thought US needs their allies, not antagonizing them.

Why can't Marc speak properly?\n\nCan he not form one cohesive sentence without having to pause?\n\nImagine how refreshing it'll be to have competent individuals who actually know what they're doing/talking about running the show.

The people leaving Canada are older, and they have money. The ones coming are poor and compete with other poor immigrants that can't afford to leave. When I came to Canada with my parents they had to be skilled and bring with them the minimum of $10.000.00. Today the door is open everyone comes to visit finds a job that hire illegal migrants, and never leave. The company saves and no one pays taxes. The government is corrupt. Immigration, Unions even most police officers are corrupt to the core with DEI hiring Canada is in a crisis to say the least.

White people have more opportunities than any immigrants that come in, but you still see only them doing drugs and being homeless. It clearly shows laziness and lack of competence.

If india invested in companies and r&d, we would not need to go out of country. Too afraid to compete or try and always beg foreign companies Invest and setup companies. They don't get if a foreign entity thinks it's worth investing, you failed and blind to see the opportunity you only think you are incompetent and afraid to fail and mostly don't want to invest and rather give freebies that doesn't generate wealth. Learn to fail until you succeed else you won't do any progress.

There are enough trans athletes in the world and good enough shape to compete on a world in Olympic level and all the levels beneath those, that I'm going to say that if someone transitions who is already in the military and they can still pass all the requirements to remain in the military, they should be allowed to remain in the military. That's fair. Edward Snowden, while in boot camp, and correct me if I'm wrong but I think he was training as a Navy SEAL, hopped off his bunk and his shins that were already broken disconnected and threw him on the floor. After his surgeries and Rehabilitation he was allowed to return to training. And this was with two broken legs that took weeks to announce themselves by disconnecting and misaligning to the point he could no longer Walk and Run on them. If he can do that then somebody suffering through all the crap that they have to go to go through to become another gender and the hormone balance they have to maintain afterward and they can still do their job they can still get in the rain, they can still run an easy 10 before breakfast, with a full pack they can still Shoot Straight they can still command they can still follow they still love this country and want to uphold our Constitution and defend it against all enemies foreign and domestic, then they should be allowed to stay in the military. A physical and mental Fitness is all that's required then I'm going to say this officer qualifies. Now what about the mental problem of being a man and considering yourself a woman or being a woman and considering yourself a man? I personally believe there is one God and his only son is Jesus who died for our sins and this guy created the universe and loves us but Mormon Jehovah's Witnesses Catholics and Muslims do not believe the same thing that I believe. Their ideology is different from mine as this man who identifies and has had surgery to become a woman in the US Military believe about himself.

Why is the resigned prime minister of a failed state trying to convince americans of anything? \nThe mexican president obviously has agreements with the cartels. How else could she stay in power? The cartels have proven several times that they are more competent than the mexican armed forces.

This is just an another tactic to draw world into recession!! Due to such Geopolitics common man is only one ends up suffering!! ?\n\nProduce canadian, buy canadian. Diversify trading partners from Eu to Asia. ??????.\nInstead of competing with each other, provinces should work hand in hand.

Canada alone can’t compete but if Mexico also places retaliatory tariffs it might be a different story

The USA has elected it's worst president in Donald Trump. I still don't see what translates to competence or professionalism in Trump. He may be a necessary figure to reset certain things. But he is going to harm America's socioeconomic status

They did it at the wrong border, they should’ve done it in southern Kalifornia where all the idiot wealthy libs will welcome them with open arms to compete for a few jobs with poor Americans. I’d bet if these migrants were all actors or musicians or business executives the wealthy would be doing all they can to secure the border.

It's unfortunate because there are genuine competent trans people like this woman but there's just so many who are not and are just role playing for attention or community or self loathing or to exploit the privileges of womanhood/manhood

A single competent trans is not enough to confirm the truth of a broader statement, , even he is convincing. Still, Transgenderism is a corrosive influence on morality.

Trans are too creepy. That male trans swimmer competing with women ... just to win trophies and sneak into women's changd rooms! GET THEM OUT!!!

As a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, multiple times, I completely agree with the president’s anti-trans policy in the military. Soldiers have a hard enough job as it is much less stacking on some DEI nonsense. That’s only gonna take time away from their training and ultimately DEI is going to 100% negatively affect the mission and their safety. Of personally over a 10 year period served with a couple gay and lesbian Service members and never once was what they did in the privacy of their own bedroom ever an issue or counter to the mission but this new age woke DEI nonsense is completely counterproductive, dangerous, And disrespectful to the non-DEI service members. The simple act of picking an unqualified, military leader, who’s responsible for the care and lives solely on the gender, ethnicity, religion, or pronoun, and not on merit, experience, competency, or any of the other real requirements for a military leader is literally the most irresponsible, dangerous, and disrespectful thing you can do to the men and women who have literally dedicated their life for years in service of our country! There’s absolutely no excuse on this planet that would make it ok. Being a service member in combat is already the most stressful job on the planet, but to make them take their focus off of the immediate threat to focus on political correctness or someone’s magical mystery pronoun while trying to prioritize and mitigate threats and combat is the most asinine and literally dangerous Nonsense I’ve ever heard!??????

If you're not competent enough to tell your gender (based on objective reality, not feelings), you shouldn't serve
|

Im confused a woman can serve but a trans cant didnt they say trans have strength and conditioning advantages when talking about competing in women sports.
|

I do know a transgender who dominates women’s softball at the highest level but he can’t compete with anyone on my men’s team , he just isn’t strong enough fast enough, sorry it’s just truths in the differences in the two genders, I’m not saying that trans poeple are bad not at all . These practices that the left keep preaching just won’t work
|
| 2025-01-29 | 0 |
This trans gender person claims to be a competent and well educated person, but then comes out and says during this interview:\n“ I’m proof of it as I Stand Here today”. Looks like he’s sitting to me. So he doesn’t know the difference between “Standing” and “Sitting”?♂️

To be so prejudice is wrong! Qualifying for positions should be based on skills and abilities not bringing genders into mix. Transgenders are part of our everyday lives and are capable of holding positions of importance as long as their preference of sex does not interfere with the job or tasks at hand. I agree that women should not have to compete against transgender women but this is going too far! Everyone has a right to represent their Country if they choose too as long as they are capable and skilled!

Im pretty sure there are many other Countries out there, that will be more than happy to purchase any goods if they do not have to compete with the USA purchase power. \nSooo , theres that.

Won't cost more to america, colombian product would be so expensive that is not gonna be able to compete so no one is gonna buy it and they'll lose his biggest market

So many people don't fundamentally understand how tariffs work. America is one of the largest consumer markets in the world with the strongest impact on the global economic scale. Every country NEEDS their goods sold to the United States and tariffs make them pay more to get there goods here giving us a cash influx. while also dramatically increasing the competitive edge for domestic companies to compete against foreign slave markets.

Many companies are laying off workers for economic reasons while prioritizing international students and temporary workers over Canadians because they can pay them lower wages. Now, in this time, qualifications, experience, and performance stopped mattering.
\nHow does the government expect Canadians to pay their bills, household expenses, and other costs in such a chaotic job market? How can Canadians compete with temporary students living in overcrowded rented houses, where multiple bunk beds are crammed into each room, and landlords charge $500 to $700 per bed?
\nWhat measures will the government take to address this growing crisis?

Rip up all the backlogged applications! Enough is enough! Canadians are struggling and competing for services and housing. Eliminate the bureaucracy of our tax dollars paying for these workers that are facilitating the destruction of the economy.

Canada is rubbish, there are no jobs, and even the minimum wage jobs have to compete.

At this stage, America isn’t in a position to allow any further immigrants, legal or illegal. It is financially unviable for Americans to have to compete for jobs or taxpayers to carry the load for even more people. Trump should put up NO VACANCY signs for several years at least

I worked in India for 6 years and then shifted abroad for a Masters, and now I am pursuing a fully funded PhD. In the UK, what I have observed is that the crop of students arriving from India are by the day lesser inclined towards studies and more in pursuit of the quick buck. Yes, getting a ‘UK based work experience’ is necessary to build the edge to compete against the wider international students post graduation and I have myself worked part-time in profiles which complimented my course in parallel to prioritising studies. However, the increasing trend amongst the masses (I do not want to generalise but yes this is unfortunately true and especially from certain states, the case is magnified: Read Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Telangana) remains getting that student visa to earn quick buck to support themselves financially, chiefly, save up to dole out to so called ‘assignment writers’ which helps them pass the course to further graduate and transfer to a grad visa (again comes at a cost) which allows them 2 years worth of stay with no working hour stipulation post graduation. Thereon, work full time in laborious jobs with again not focussing on applying to full time opportunities in the field of study. Thus, what remains at the end of the day is lost time and opportunity and since I am only talking of people who come here on a Student VISA so primarily, the opportunity cost lost to upskill and further horizons. For the country’s perspective, getting cheap, skilled labour for an unskilled job is obviously an advantage but then there are cases of students not respecting their working hour restrictions, vandalising, bickering loudly, joining hands with the already operating extremist forces which instigate violence and hatred etc. In all, I think the resistance to not becoming bicultural which is a product of serious mental and physical toil and wasting time in frivolity is the main cause of the anti-immigration wave.
|
| 2025-01-17 | 0 |
Look the answer is simple, someone from Burkina Faso will not compete with an average European for his/her job. Indians will for sure. Instead of lobbying for better Visa equity, why not strive to make India more livable? We need to address that issue, that is the elephant in the room.
|
| 2025-01-16 | 0 |
Joke!!! Indian talents can be source somewhere else. Infact, it will relieve not having to compete with Indian on our local jobs. Sit in your country and create tourist centers as well or establish mou for foreign schools to be set up in Indian. Countries are becoming smarter with their policies which some Indians have found loopholes to circumvent the purpose of the policies. I.e Canada
