ICE Acknowledges that 647,000 Aliens with Criminal Charges or Convictions are Roaming Freely in the U.S.
\n
\nFAIR Take | September 2024
\n
\nIn a letter released Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) acknowledged that 425,000 aliens released into the U.S. have criminal convictions and another 222,000 aliens have criminal charges pending. The letter, written by acting ICE Director Patrick Lechleitner, was released by Texas Congressman Tony Gonzales, who received it in response to requests for information he sent the agency six months ago.
\n
\nThe criminal aliens that Director Lechleitner referred to in his letter – the vast majority of whom are in the country illegally – are on ICE’s non-detained docket. That simply means even though the aliens are deportable, they were released into the U.S. (either by Customs and Border Protection or ICE) while their cases are pending. Their cases may be resolved in several ways, such as being approved for asylum or receiving a final order of removal by an immigration judge. However, until their cases are resolved, ICE tracks these non-detained aliens. The number of aliens on ICE’s non-detained docket has tripled since Fiscal Year (FY) 2018, growing from 2.6 million to 7.4 million in FY 2024.
\n
\nIn the letter sent to Rep. Gonzales, ICE made several shocking admissions about aliens released into the U.S. as part of the non-detained docket. Over 13,000 aliens have convictions for murder. Another 15,000 have convictions for sexual assault. If that weren’t bad enough, ICE’s letter contained even more detail: 56,000 aliens on the non-detained docket have convictions related to dangerous drugs, 62,000 have convictions for assault; 18,000 have convictions for larceny (theft); 14,000 have convictions for burglary; 13,000 have convictions for weapons offenses, and 2,500 have convictions for kidnapping.\nSOURCE, FAIR US org

Stupidity and idiotacy in electing a corrupt convicted criminal felon thug Trump and his demon regime will destroy our democracy! Sadly, these cult MAGA followers can't see any truths.

Start with the convicted criminal Elect Trump!!

Trump is a convicted criminal felon who was allowed to run for President of the United States, and voted in to win. Any other felon is not allowed to vote. Trump and Vance’s wives are immigrants. Are they going to be deported? TRUMP IS A CONVICTED CRIMINAL. WHO IS REALLY ALLOWING THIS!

Deport Trump. He's a violent criminal. CONVICTED RAPIST!

Based on our laws, all criminals, once convicted goes to prison. \n\nIt should have the same standard for ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS. once convidcted they should be DEPORTED. \n\nIsnt that make sense?

The illegal immigrant that contributes to society is not who Donald Trump is worried about. Donald Trump will get out the illegal immigrant that is a convicted felon the criminal out of our country. We don’t need them here to hurt our women our children. Donald Trump said he wants people to come into the country they need to come in legally but the criminal will pay Will be deported. And I am just confused. Why does the Democratic Party want illegal immigrants here on our streets hurting our American people someone makes sense to me. Why should we have them in America and I’m talking about the criminals not the hard-working illegal. immigrants I also have friends that came into this country legally, they worked very hard to get here. It’s not fair to them to have people into this country illegally it’s just not right.

Murderer from Colombia Released Into U.S. by ICE After Crossing Border Illegally
\nMay 22, 2024
\n
\nThe recent arrest of Efrain Vidales Vargas, a convicted murderer from Colombia, is another example of the perilous consequences of the Biden administration’s failure to secure our borders.
\n
\nVargas, who entered the U.S. illegally near Yuma, Arizona, in November 2023, was initially detained but subsequently released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).
\n
\nVargas is wanted in Colombia on charges of aggravated homicide, aggravated theft and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was convicted and sentenced to 17 years in prison on September 29, 2016.
\n
\nICE knew about Vargas’ murder conviction in Colombia and extensive criminal history. An ICE officer on December 11, 2023, even noted his conviction in Columbia, but two days later, he was released with a notice to appear and allowed to roam freely in the United States. This was apparently due to a “national bed space shortage caused by the Southwest border surge.”
\n
\nThis incident is a glaring example of how the current administration’s open-border policies jeopardize the safety of Americans and undermine the rule of law.\nSOURCE, FAIR US org

Trump himself is a convicted criminal and insurrectionist… what he did on Jan/6: 2020 was evil for America… And we all hope for justice that is he also going to be prosecuted and deported. A fair and Just Justice system is important as no person anywhere is above the law…

How does anyone believe that Trump supports law enforcement. He is a convicted criminal who is firing prosecutors. He sure didn't send reinforcements to the 140 police officers on January 6th until the damage was done.

Finally, an ICE official who is actually spitting facts. Criminal aliens ARE prioritized, and the most serious crimes are top of that list. Any non-citizen who is convicted of a crime that has a possible sentence of at least 365 days - whether the non-citizen served any time or no time at all- is deportable. Two misdemeanors can make non-citizens deportable.

The kind of deportation Trump has been talking about has gone beyond people that are here illegally. Trump has expanded it to include what he calls 'undocumented' migrants. That group includes people waiting for their asylum hearings, DACA recipients and protected status migrants/refugees, and people that have already had their asylum hearings, but are awaiting their citizenship hearings. \nAs for the narrative about 'murderers' and 'violent/horrible' criminals being in our country, it's like....wait...what??? Now, if you KNOW a person is a convicted murderer or horrible criminal, WHY would you allow them into or allow them to stay in this country to begin with? And, you'd kind of have to allow them to stay, otherwise, how the hell would you know how many of them are here?? Or who they are?? You can bet your butt that Pres. Biden didn't allow any people like this, that weren't in our prison system, yet 'known' to remain on US soil. That's not how it works! Not to mention, a large portion of the 13 to 15,000 number that Trump and the Right keep tossing out there, are from when Trump was in office! NOT during Pres. Biden's administration! \nIt's all been a lie manufactured for one purpose: to scare monger Trump's base. And it worked. Now Trump 'has a mandate' to put on an insane, cruel, probably hugely illegal 'show', of him rounding up large numbers of people and shipping them off to who the hell knows where..... whether they were here illegally or not. (he's already vowed to deport the 20,000 Haitians in Springfield, even tho they entered the country, LEGALLY, while TRUMP was president! HE is the one that signed their protected status into law!) Trump's deportation extravaganza is going to be ugly, brutal, bloody, grim and senselessly cruel, to a great many people that more likely than not, have no reason to be deported.

He’s deporting the immigrants that are criminals. He won’t stand for convicted criminals from other countries. Only American criminals like himself should be here

Her family have been here for 20 or 30 years illegally because there has been no pathway to become legal. Biden's recent executive order gives them a way, BUT OF COURSE ITS BEEN BLOCKED IN MANY STATES. Requirements include living here for 10 years, paying taxes and no criminal convictions. What would be wrong with that? Lady, those people have been funding your social security with possibility of ever being qualified for it themselves.

India is a subcontinent with thousands of ethnicities, languages and religions. Imagine Europe being a country and british, greeks, italians , swedish, dutch all clubbed as same. Canada now has mass migration from a particular state in India called Punjab. Ethnically/linguistically Indians differ from each other. Your politicians kept pandering to the Punjabi population from 80s, even sheltered convicted terrorist and wanted Indian criminals( there was a US-western-pakisthan axis to break india in 80's using khalistani terrorism). Even recently your Trudeau brought a khalisthani terrorist in the official visit to India, India has had a problem with canada for sheltering Indian criminals who use canada as a base to fund terrorist activities in India. Trudeau govt will continue to allow because they form the vote bank and easy win, Canadians should have voted better.

Such an egregious blatant abuse of the system. Even more egregious, this woman, named at 1:41 in the court order, is also foreign and working. Has social media account etc. She lives an expensive lifestyle per her friends/connections social media. These criminal trespassers need to be convicted much faster in the courts as good landlords like this man , who expected his condo to supplement his retirement, are being fleeced by criminal trespassing squatters. The courts need to do a much better job and enact updated laws to prevent such occurrences.

This is criminal...two sides of the story here i can assume...but both sides are at fault...the tenant is a criminal and the landlord should have done more...put pressure on the landlord and tenants court...the landlord and tenants organization is a joke...no one takes them serious because they have a huge back load of court cases is not an excuse...the government wants more housing with out properly funding the courts and they are costing owners money 3 fold. It's a systematic virus...these figures these landlords quoted do not even include the damage the location has after the entitled criminal tenant leaves behind. Also this is not a mental heath issue, its just a plain purposely planned out criminal act. If they are criminally charged and convicted i am sure they will be comfortable in a 10 X 8 cell for 2 years with free rent, utilities and 3 square meals a day. Ford never takes in account possible issues that can arise he jumps into a project and never considers the side effects...maybe in heart he is a PC but he acts like a Liberal. They need the back log dealt with and a special team to police this industry.

Trudeau, Fraser & Miller should be convicted for bringing criminals into Canada. Communism at its best!
|
| 2024-05-31 | 0 |
Her numbers are wrong...\nThere was more than 1.2 million people allowed to enter Canada last year alone(2023), and more than a half million the year before...\nOt hasn't been as low as 250k immigrants since trudau got I to office and brought 50k somalians in as fast as he could possibly do it, and they weren't vetted for criminal background checks due to trudau being in such a hurry to get them into canada (he was planning ahead and needed them eligible to vote for his party as soon as possible)... ...security background checks have not been properly don't since trudau got into office, and it's partially because there is simply no possible way to do a proper background check on people that have never had any form of I.D., or have no idea what day they were born, nor any idea what year.\nThis is the reason why there are a few hundred thousand new migrants with birthday all listed as Jan1, the birthday given to those with no way of knowing when they were born.\nIf you can't determine when a person was born, how could you possibly do a background check to find out if they are a convicted rapist, suspected terrorist, a violent carjacker, drug dealer or just a simple theif of anything that can be stolen and sold quickly for a dollar...?

Global News is trying very hard to turn this deportation into re-casting a convicted criminal as an oppressed victim. Why? \nSidhu was not and is not a Canadian citizen. Conviction = deportation. But put that question aside for a moment. Was Sidhu trained, licensed, experienced and knowledgeable about driving a heavy vehicle on a highway across the Prairies in winter conditions? If so, where did he get that training and experience? Did he have the qualifications for a Class 1 Operator's License? Did he have prior experience? If so, where, when, and how much? \nGlobal News doesn't focus on what caused the deaths of the Humboldt Broncos - why? Accounts at the time suggested that Sidhu was not qualified, but that by some process he got the job anyway. Will Global be following up on that? Up to now, Global has not asked those questions. Sidhu was convicted for actions resulting in the Humboldt Broncos tragedy. He is not a Canadian citizen and the rules are clear: his criminal conviction means he's being deported. Unlike Global News, the victims I see in this story are the families of the Humboldt Broncos team, and the team members themselves. Global News want to change criminal to innocent victim. Nothing could be further from the truth. He was given a fair trial, convicted and sentenced. Now he is being deported. If Global wish to play the 'reverse the story' game, perhaps they should refuse Canadian citizens' tax dollars as 'revenue'.

“In fiscal 2023, ICE conducted 170,590 administrative arrests, and 43 percent of those arrested had prior criminal convictions or pending charges. A year prior, only 32.5 percent of foreign nationals arrested by ICE had some sort of criminal history, according to official figures.” -TheHill

Democrat voters did it ? ? \nFACTSHEET: FINAL FY23 NUMBERS SHOW WORST YEAR AT AMERICA’S BORDERS—EVER\nOctober 26, 2023\n\nWASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, the House Committee on Homeland Security released its latest “Startling Stats” factsheet outlining U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) September and Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 border encounter data. In the final month of FY2023, CBP recorded 269,735 encounters at the Southwest border, marking another unprecedented milestone under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and President Joe Biden’s open-borders policies. This monthly number also represents an 86% increase from June 2023, when the Biden administration celebrated a short-lived drop in illegal crossings following the end of Title 42. \n\n\nThe annual numbers proved just as catastrophic. In FY23, CBP recorded more than 2.4 million encounters at the Southwest border and more than 3.2 million encounters nationwide. Just this fiscal year, 169 individuals on the terrorist watchlist were apprehended attempting to enter the country illegally, and at least 1.7 million known gotaways have evaded apprehension since FY2021. Americans did not need more proof that Biden and Mayorkas’ post-Title 42 strategy had failed, but unfortunately, that’s exactly what we have gotten. \n \nAs this disaster spirals further out of control, the Biden administration does not know how many dangerous illegal aliens are entering the country undetected, especially as Border Patrol agents are being pulled off the front lines to help process and release the historic number of illegal aliens flooding the border. While monthly apprehensions and encounters continue to increase, Mayorkas simply continues to double down on his mass-parole programs, incentivizing and facilitating the entry of otherwise inadmissible aliens into the United States at a scale never before seen.\n \nKey Facts:\n\nEncounters at the Southwest border (SWB) in FY2023 increased over 40% since FY2021, 4% compared to FY2022, and more than 100% compared to FY2019.\nLast month, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reported a 40% increase compared to September 2021 and 18% compared to September 2022. \nSince President Biden took office, there have been 7.5 million encounters nationwide and 6.2 million encounters at the Southwest border, in addition to 1.7 million known gotaways. \nIn FY2023, 169 individuals whose names appear on the terrorist watchlist were stopped trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border between ports of entry. 18 were apprehended in September alone.\nSo far in FY2023, CBP has arrested 35,433 aliens with criminal convictions or outstanding warrants nationwide, including 598 known gang members, 178 of those being MS-13 members. \nIn FY2023, CBP, including Air and Marine Operations, has seized 27,293 pounds of fentanyl, coming across the Southwest border—enough to kill more than 6 billion people.

If your first act in this country is an illegal one, I don't have high hopes for you as a citizen. Stop calling it immigration. It's unlawful entry!\n\n“Illegal Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1325 makes it a crime to unlawfully enter the United States. It applies to people who do not enter with proper inspection at a port of entry, such as those who enter between ports of entry, avoid examination or inspection, or who make false statements while entering or attempting to enter. A first offense is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine, up to six months in prison, or both.\n\n“Illegal Re-Entry”/8 U.S.C. § 1326 makes it a crime to unlawfully reenter, attempt to unlawfully reenter, or to be found in the United States after having been deported, ordered removed, or denied admission. This crime is punishable as a felony with a maximum sentence of two years in prison. Higher penalties apply if the person was previously removed after having been convicted of certain crimes: up to 10 years for a single felony conviction (other than an aggravated felony conviction) or three misdemeanor convictions involving drugs or crimes against a person, and up to 20 years for an aggravated felony conviction.\n\nCombined, violations of 8 U.S.C. §§ 1325 and 1326 became the most prosecuted federal offenses in recent years. Indeed, as of December 2018, they constituted 65 percent of all criminal prosecutions in federal court. Prosecutions for entry-related offenses subsequently declined when the government began expelling migrants back into Mexico rather than prosecuting them

Class is what separates, your skin colour is the not why you are separated. Your wealth or lack of, is what separates you, not your race. Poor people have more crime because they have less not because of the colour of their skin. Gangs dont form to separate colour but to make money. There is organized crime everywhere, you've opened your eyes to racism. Now open them and see you've let organized crime into your business world now you aid in the laundering of criminals money. Those criminals formed gangs to disperse their drugs. The drugs promote crime and those that are convicted of crimes go to jail. If you have money you can support your drug habit, if you cant crime goes up. Rich people do drugs like poor people but poor people cant support it so crime becomes the means to get the next fix. Again it is lack of money that is causing crime. The reason it appears there are fewer white people arrested is the white people had opportunity from racism in the form of slavery. All the slaves would have nothing when slavery was abolished. Racism was the reason we had slaves. Economics is why we have gangs.

lazy is a good word! I know what my brother went through in order to immigrate to Australia many years ago. You have to have a clear record, no criminal convictions, paid all your taxes, qualified with the correct credentials they required, eg. IT expert, mechanics, Doctors etc., have sufficient money to live for 6 months, and or a job waiting for you, and sufficient savings. His family ahd to wait 6 months to join him whilst he established a home and job. Possibly these are people either hoping for welfare and freebies, or running from the law? Im not saying all, but someone is promising more than a Country can deliver!
