I am fu*ing disgusted. I'm 58 years old, and I grew up in a country where Canada seemed like the little brother from the north. Russia (USSR) was and still is an advisory. I am confused. No other president has ever done anything like this, and apparently for no reason but to be nefarious. Please impeach this psycho path before he ruins the country beyond repair. ????

Sigh ? … American here, I didn’t vote for him. Canada stay strong, I support you standing up for yourself and support you standing up to a bully. Honestly I’m just baffled by everything that keeps happening. It’s only been a month and I wonder what the next 4 years will look like. I don’t know what to do. I voted, that was my bit of voice, but the majority apparently wanted this. They made excuses for him, over and over again, and now we all have to suffer the consequences. He always told us who he was, so I don’t want to hear excuses if you voted for him! I’m pissed off, as well as sad.\nUkraine, my prays go out to you. The way your president was treated in the White House was abominable. Please know not all Americans are delusional enough to think what The Trump Dump did was ok in any way. Now we all just have to survive this shit storm as best we can, and stand up where, and when we are able.

Apparently, tariffs are too complicated for the Russia-complicit President of the United States to comprehend. These are not my presidents (we apparently have two) and my sincere hope is that they will not only be removed from office very soon, but thereafter tried, prosecuted, and imprisoned for high treason against the United States and for defrauding its people. The only thing I can see is auto sales are slumping and maybe they can blame this on the tariff policy for massive restructuring. \n\nI kind of understand wanting to negotiate with Mexico because they probably buy less American goods than Americans buy Mexican goods (drugs excluding) but I’m guessing Canada is a better customer of American goods than Americans are of Canadian goods. Why would you want to upset a good partner, customer, and ally!? It’s Beyond my comprehension…. If Trump was really smart he’d convince some factories to actually invest in Mexico with cooperation from the Mexican government investing in efficient transportation from the manufacturing sectors to the American border and the coasts for distribution. This would likely really help their economy and change the whole dynamic of all the things Trump has issues with. Fix it at the source not try to treat the symptoms.

I’m a proud citizen of the USA and a Republican no less. To the people of Mexico and Canada, please kick us to the curb. Our leadership has lost its way and is in desperate need for realignment.
