biggest difference is cultural, America is a country where people take risks and face hardships due to free will, Canada is a British colony and Canadians are still peasants, society is very complacent and obedient. I moved from USA to Canada, I live in Alberta which is a freedom loving province, but even here they bend over to the idea of monarchy and how important to support family of German pedophiles that lives in Windsor castle thousands of miles away.

We Indian are almost legal immigrants to Germany. All Indian state love community adoption, we are big inside our culture and different language 28 spoken in India . \n1. We are more adoptable and love to mix another culture. So no doubt of German ?? government policy towards India ?? \n2. We love technology, most Indian immigrants from India who live in Germany are mostly tech guys\n3. A handshaking promise should go,, language barrier should be minimized,, you teach us German language please don’t deny us first instance on language barrier. I know 80% German know English since you are developed from childhood that can be very respectful and interesting. Language learning come with social relationship\n4. Positive things come with positive attitude

My experience as a Canadian as we keep personal political, religious, racist beliefs to ourselves. Americans I found tend to bond to people based on these personal beliefs all too much. Love the diverse culture I live within in Canada. Should review the data on shootings in educational institutions in the US , you might be surprised how many days in a year these shootings do occur.

So whats out of control? The color if people's skin or their way of life? Foreigners are family oriented, they are having children. Canadian culture is not big of big families and they don't want to work gard and do the little menial jobs. These people take the small jobs and work their way up and building up the community while at it. Like I said I love my Canadian culture and laws of the land. But it is possible to abuse by human laws that would be safe and fair to all citizens.

So being canadian means being white only ? All the Europeans that split tithe USA and some in canada because of their disagreements, that may be the culture of the first settlers yes. Times have changed an racist people better get use to changes. The whole earth does not belong to any one color. The Jesuse whites clin to love and worship is Jewish , yeah remember that. I l8ve mix cultures, my family is very mixed. It is possible to coexist together in love and respect and unity. Respect all faith but also respect the founding rules of the country. I personally do not agree with somethings cultural habits like child marriage etc or Muslim laws for women etc. Thank God for Canadian laws for all people. It's normal for people to bond together in the community and they all seem to feel more comfortable living ner their own ethic people. I love all people and I'm good living amongst a mixed community!

When people asks what it means to be Canadian, I say it means not to come here and impose your religious and cultural traditions on other Canadians who have been here for over 400 years (ya, I know some people will comment on this and say what about what the colonialists did to the indigenous people, and I’ll say ya but we conquered this land - shiity but that’s reality). If you love your culture and religions so much, why didn’t you stay in your native country. Can you imagine going to an eastern country trying to assert your own beliefs and traditions and not not honouring their culture?! Good luck with that. I’m not religious but this country was founded on Christian beliefs. Imagine going to an eastern country and… well you know what I mean.

As a US citizen, I am sad for both Canada and the US. We were great allies, and now that is gone. I wanted to move to Nova Scotia and start a new life doing my art and be a part of a culture I love. This is why it is so important to participate in the election process! The future is uncertain, but for those who care about our countries, we need to work together to bring back democracy and bring down the cost of living. It is insane what we are experiencing now!

As an Indian, I’m embarrassed too with their stubborn behaviour + bad English. Most of them were just to get PR, I myself worked my ass off for more than 3years to get PR. Then religion comes into place. Then it becomes financial. The chromosomes will always be male or female. XX Female, XY male. Some people are born into poverty and then become rich. Gays and transgender people are also capable of having great minds. Being intellectual. So many gays through out history. The thing with some people is the religion aspect. For the millitary its about cost, they mix it in and change it around. They want the brain power, but don't wanna pay for the transition operation. I think society wants women to stay weak and for alpha males to call the shots. Again a transexual female can never replace a biological born female. Transexuals know this. Why destroy their only shot of a little happiness in this world? It is a very cruel existence because they will be on hormone treatments for the rest of their lives. So many gay men all over the world have femine souls. Then there are tough Lesbians who have masculine souls. It can be confusing but one can get over it all at once when you look at people from the human point of view. They bleed, they think, they have hearts, emotions and needs like everyone else in this world. America loves to put down Jews, Blacks, Minorities of any kind, sexual minorities like the LGBTQ community. Think of all us in a bus or a cruise ship. We are in this ride for a lifetime. I know for transgender people who in Asian Cultures and Native American know about the souls. Other religions don't punish or discriminate. No human being is perfect. Just love and respect one another. Kudos to the pilot for serving our nation ❤

I almost moved to the US with my parents when I was a kid but was crying because I didn’t want to go. I am so glad that we didn’t move there. We don’t want to go there for many reasons, free healthcare, a good education system because we pay our teachers well and have good quality teachers, we don’t carry guns and don’t want them, thereby our streets are safer. We don’t have mass murders, school killings and all that fear. We don’t have the racial and ethnic prejudice that there is in the US. I have travelled a lot for my company and personal to the US. I was scared and didn’t feel comfortable at all. We know so much more about US geography and history and the US knows nothing about us. Complete ignorance. Well I have no plans to ever visit again. I love our people, our freedom and our culture. We are nothing like the Americans (sorry). I am staying in my beautiful country! I feel safe and happy here! We don’t want the American dream, we are living the Canadian dream!

I have 2 brothers that live in the US and they both enjoy living there. Yes, the medical is expensive and not as good as Canada's medical plan. But it's also true that you could get in fast all in the US. Hospitals pill to getting in to Canadian hospitals for appointments. For\n Myself, I love, the US has lot of nice cultures. And I Love all the theme parks that you guys have down there like Disneyland and hollywood theme park as well and even Hawaii.

But when the come here all they do is talk about Mexico and wave their damn Mexican flags and tell us how this is their land. Look at them crying now!! Your free ride is over!! If you love your country that much why are you fleeing it to come here?I have yet to see a Mexican wave the American flag and learn to speak English and assimilate to AMERICAN culture! I’m from a south Asian country Living in Canada. I have never found Canadians to be racist towards me or my family. We respect Canadian culture and heritage and we blend in well. Our kids are Canadians. They are not sound Asians. I don’t brain wash them to think any other country is grater than Canada. They have strong Canadian values and will be devastated if someone ever discriminates against them. I have taught them it’s a privilege that they were born in a such a great country and to love and respect their country.

Canadian tax payers would probably welcome them in and love to provide financial support for these illegal migrants to enhance Canadian culture.

Here in the USA, We are fortunate to have many Indian neighbors.\nThe sad part is that 99% of them don't even try to be nice neighbors. \nI love and respect the Wonderful Indian culture, and I wish they could be a little more friendly and respectful of other cultures as well. ?

It's very contradicting to hear that Hindus are the most law-abiding citizens, highly educated, good jobs, helping in their society. And now, I am wondering who these Nepotism ones are using Indian passports and from where the negative accusations are from. Who are the culprits in these cases, and don't forget there is also lots of hate created toward Hindus, their way of life, temples, being headans, not belonging to the abrahamic majority in any of those countries.\nMy sincere advice, don't visit abrahamic countries at all. I live in Canada. A citizen now, love this country but India is and will always be a home. Canada is facing hard times currently, which is being faced by every country now and then but even the cause root of all these problems Canada is facing right now is coming from somehow from India. The most disruptive and disturbing people are here from India only with no civic sense. They come here and do not value the Canadian culture at all. They do all sort of illegal activities and try to do jugaad in everything, from which we escaped from India. Even on political grounds, the man who somehow messed up everything was under the influence and pressure of the man having Indian roots. I love India without a doubt but we can’t deny the real facts why Indians are being hated everywhere. People in my community here ( whites, First Nations, old Indians) love me and my family because they know how we respect the culture and values and laws of Canada. But there, where people don’t know us personally, we get judgemental eyes because of our colour and we know why, it’s not all of us, but still majority of us have destroyed the image of India and yes Indians deserve to be banned now. We need skills and knowledge and we should class apart from the stupid ones.

Hell no! It’s a fun place to visit, I love Florida California. I’m looking forward to going to the Carolinas, but I would never move there permanently. As a woman in Canada with children, what I do with my uterus is nobody’s business. I like my option of 18 month parental leave. I like my option not to do overtime and not have affect my job. I like my vacation and I like my sick leave. We have a safety net up here for mother‘s allowance child tax credit unemployment insurance. We’re not allowed to carry weapons and use them for protection up here we look out for each other. I would prefer my children to live in a multicultural society where they are just used to other traditions and culture and Orientationchoices. That is not based on the colour of your skin. I like to have a conversation about a political opponent without it getting dangerous you’re allowed to have an opinion up here and that’s how we view it, but quite frankly after half an hour 15 minutes we we get bored of political views and just walk away from you.There’s no such a thing as you don’t want to live in that area and you have to be careful about where your kid goes to school. What does that do to the people that you’ve left behind? How does that make that better for them? I had a friend that worked down in the United States and every time I talk to her, she always uttered. I have to be aware of my white privilege. Students with expired visas should go back. But what is Canadian culture? Is it found in Quebec? Alberta? Or the Reserves? What is it exactly? Do Canadian Immigration documents require applicants to sign they will convert their religion or culture after coming here? If you would change your culture upon entering another country, good for you but you have no right to expect that kind of inauthenticity from other people. If someone changes who they are and their culture upon entering another country then they are not as real as they portray. These are the type of two faced people that can also switch sides to help your enemies if given the chance to. And the truth is no matter how much people 'assimilate' here, people with even an ounce of racism and colonialist ghosts in their head will always first see the color of their skin. I worked at a Polish Grocery store and came across a man who's lived here for 30 years and spoke 10 words of English. All they speak at that store is Polish. I loved working there but I don't see anyone making a video about European immigrants retaining their culture.

I have been living in canada my whole life and worked my ass off to get into a really prestigious university program. Everyone I knew is looking to leave Canada, and mind you these are all HIGHLY skilled stem grads. I am included in that as well, I love Canada, but I am also an Indian, nobody sees the difference between me(someone who has been raised here) and someone fresh from India with no lack for the culture. (unless they hear my accent) I don't think staying is worth it. Probably looking to head to the states.

My brother accepted a tech job with a firm in the US. He always expressed his belief that Canada was not up to the US. He was elated to move to the US. Two years later he limped back to Canada, without his job, and without his love for US culture. He seldom speaks of his time in the US.\n\nThis is not to say that his experience is the experience of every Canadian moving to the US, or that it is even typical, but it was his experience for whatever than counts.\n\nI think that this may be a much different experience for US citizens born and raised in their own culture.

Hello Anna and Anastasia your channel is truly a hidden gem full of useful information and insight. I am an international student myself and I agree with all your points in the video, Canada used immigration to fix a deeper problem and that is its difficulty to incentivize the economy by having a heavily regulated environment, high taxes and low productivity. It will definitely alleviate some of the pressure on the system but, the real cause is still there. The first sector that is going to be affected will be the education as colleges and universities became over reliant with the revenue coming from Int. Students (which is not particularly small) and institution will need to adapt. When I first came here I fell in love with the country and I really feel fortunate to enjoy this beautiful place and doing everything to assimilate and integrate myself into the culture. I think here you can have a sense of hope of things improving in the future (something that is not the case in my home country) but if they do not fix the underlying problem it does not matter how much immigration they reduce, Canadians will not see a significant improvement. Keep the awesome work!!!

Wow! As an independent black, female who voted Trump as POTUS I am unhappy a black woman is not a cabinet nominee! I think a black female SBA head would have been great - if married I want her to have a black male spouse - to exemplify black essence and love. I do care if picks reflect Caucasian, African and Asian Americans with a sprinkling of other cultures. The need for all racial groups to be represented and have unique economic and basic needs addressed by cabinet picks is fundamental to unify our country!

Because people are still sold to the Canadian dream they immigrate but they don't know how hard it is to live here. I am native here and french canadian, so I won't leave my birthplace unless for France (I have the nationality) because I feel home with other quebecers like me. We don't feel really Canadian, but Québécois! And our people are talkative and friendly. I love the people here in Qc. Even if it`s a poor country now, I feel a lot of countries are going throught the same situation of mass immigration and low income. I bet there are nicer places than Canada, but not with our culture. I also love the first nations here.

I love Americans. Although that's a general statement and just like Canada, there are jerks there just like here, for the most part I get along great with them. There are pros and cons to living in Canada and the U.S., For the most part, I believe Canada is the superior country. We have a superior healthcare system, superior banking system, superior snacks, and superior safety. However, Trudeau is killing that. He's destroyed our country to the point that one more term, and it may well be expedient to move to the USA. He's destroying our economy, our values, our culture. We have the resources to top the USA in every way, but we've never had leadership to make that happen. The U.S. has a superior economy, retail, and military. Although some may argue that the USA has superior freedoms, I'm not sure I agree with that. I know I don't feel freer when I travel there. I will definitely travel to the U.S. again. I have lots of friends there who I love and would love to see. However, it will take more Trudeau for me to want to move there. Since it looks like he's on the way out, I better just stay put at least for now.

Canada - Ontario was really great. I came from latinoamerica, and Canada was into real diversity. Now, I feel like getting pushed out of the province, not from Canadians but by Indians. Racism is a culture I don’t like that fact they think they’re superior and they’re not I would rather visit a country of color I love being black and I love people of color.

Diversity wasn't our strength, Canadian values were. Don't ever let anyone tell you canada doesn't have culture. We had a bright culture of men bejng men, woman being woman, kindness, kindness to your fellow neighbour's, pride our national game of hocker. Love of winter and al things nature related. I'm Eastern European immigrant myself growing up here I love the diversity going to school amd meeting people from different walk of life. Now all you see is Indians everywhere when you have one thing of to many is never good. On top of that Indians don't assimilate in the culture like the Chinese.

I've lived here 6 years and can't wait to leave. Salaries are just enough to get by. I work full-time as an analyst and am looking for a minijob just to save money, which I already live quite modestly. It's easy to come across nasty unfriendly people, neighbors, service people, people in government agencies. I hate people staring in the most unfriendly manner or givng attitude for no reason other than they are nasty people. Don't get me wrong, there are nice people as well, but the bad experiences outweigh the good. Beauracracy is overbearing, personalities are underwhelming, the food scene is underwhelming, learning German is a big burden when you work a full-time job (and now I need a minijob too??). The country seems like it wants to diminish the human spirit and ambition. I definitely regret moving here. Many housing companies are over charging rent. I found out the company, Deutschewohnen, who owns my apartment was overcharging me by nearly double!! I had to go through a year long court procession to get them to lower it to the legal price which I won. And now they sent me a letter last month saying they are raising my rent, which is illegal and I have to go through ANOTHER court battle with them. Of course it is exhausting to try and find another apartment. Some people search up to a year. What a joke. And not to mention the dating scene. I've been single the entire 6 years and I'm quite an outgoing, friendly, loveable person. Dating Germans comes with own weird experiences and I refuse to give them a chance anymore, for my own mental health. If you're POC, it's not uncommon to come across strange sexualizations and general lack of understanding other's cultures. A couple years ago I was attacked by 8 men while walking home at night. I ended up in the hosopital and there was an investigation opened. The police asked me why they attacted me, which I didn't know since it was unprovoked. They just followed me for awhile, surrounded me and started beating me. The police said it was probably because I'm Asian. Meanwhile, I'm not even Asian!!! I'm Latino. ??‍♂This is the type of ignorance POC have to deal with in Germany. Also, I only have 1 German friend and all my other friends are immigrants (which I love) but this poses it's own frustrations because many people move here, then move away after a few years when they learn they can have a more fulfilling life elsewhere. So keeping long term day-to-day friends can be a challenge. The entire system is exhausting and there's not enough balance to bring joy to my life to want to stay. When I lived in NYC, an African American aquaintance had just moved there after living in Berlin for 8 years. She warned me not to move here because I will never feel I belong. I didn't listen. That was a big mistake. Germans can have Germany. I'll find my joy elsewhere. End of rant. haha

I am so sorry, as a native Canadian, that Indians are feeling attacked. It is difficult, no matter your ethnic background, if you are not Indian to even acknowledge these issues because people are afraid of being labelled as racist so I thank you for bringing this topic up. Please understand this is the result of runaway immigrations with no real screening. The government quadrupled immigration, hundreds of percents increase in students, asylum seekers, and illegal entries, even though there was already a housing crisis, and a completely predictable doctor shortage due to aging out. Covid was just starting to get under control but many still needed treatment and BOOM, the population went from 30 million in 2014 to over 40 million in a decade, most of it in the last 3 years. We native Canadians are scratching our heads, we don't understand what the Liberals are trying to accomplish but to create suspicion and racism between groups of people -- divide and conquer? Maybe...but ultimately it is a complete lack of planning! Still 99 percent of Canadian born do not blame Iindividual ndians for this. I've lived and worked with Indians my entire life of over 60 years. There are now Indian gangs, particularly Punjabi gangs because of lack of oversight, and while they are small they are constantly committing crimes, selling drugs, shooting people all in the last few years. I hear gun shots nightly in my ethnically mixed neighbourhood, and we are all afraid to walk at night. Unfortunately the people arrested are mostly from continental India. Some have a political agenda that has to do more with India than Canada, so they recruit young Indo-Canadian children from good families and tell them they are being oppressed, and next thing these kids are acting as drug mules and enforcers, being told that they are fighting systemic racism. As for dancing and music, I love the cultural events, we are happy to see and even take part in Indian cultural events. IWhen I do hear people blaming India and Indians it breaks my heart too! Hopefully together we can fix this. Our governments are at odds, and I hate this -- they need to respectfully talk and work this out. You are good neighbours, good people, you are welcome here and have helped build Canada in so many positive ways. ?

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. There is one other reason that hatred towards member of your country is going up and it is simply because our hatred for our own government is so high right now and we are all only human. Some of us lash out at people that do not deserve it when we are really upset. That doesn’t make it ok. But I know that the fact that we Canadians hate our government more than ever right now, is due to the simple fact that our own government is not listening to our issues and what we want done with our country. Then that same government will labels us as right wing extremists simply for the fact that we no longer support our current government for example. Canadians are more angry now than they have ever been. The RCMP have been advised about this across the whole of Canada, so you know it is a real issue. I can control myself and will never snap at others due to how frustrated I am, so I would like to apologize to those of you that may have a bad experience with another frustrated Canadian. This is really not our normal behaviour. We’re are all stressed out and being called the bad guys by our own government just exacerbates the whole issue. Again, cheers to you all!!!

I don’t have any issue with Indians but they bring their culture here like dancing on the streets for no reason daba style restaurants etc like if you love your culture this much then stay in your country don’t bring it over here

Thank you for this. I'd love to have you as a neighbor. This said, I don't want 10,000 of you in my community overnight. I value my own western culture and do feel threatened by what's happening. This is the fault of Canadian governance.

I grew up in Toronto and love going back often because I get to visit the neighborhood and bump into old friends, the variety of food is fantastic, there is lots you can do with theatre. Beautiful parks, Center Island, CNE, pubs…I can go on and on. \nThe negativity about Toronto is one sided because some people might not have had a good experience or the timing wasn’t great post COVID. That happened all over the world. \nSo my final comment, visit Toronto, soak in the culture and different activities. ?

All countries have different different cultures and religions, it makes countries beautiful. Pakistan only one religious mostly one culture that’s why country going down day by day , different people have different ideas for success, Canada take big money if someone come for business or study . People discrimination give fear only . India have so many cultures or religious that’s why people very loving and caring their it’s like beautiful Garden but Some people these days crazy about western culture freedom so they run western countries otherwise they have free home in India no payments so much more free they got from parents. Too much Freedom never good . Young India like Canada because they don’t want to live under control there parents because Indian culture is different so they like to go other countries for freedom or good future. Family respect and responsibility is religious but new generation want to run from responsibility . Do good karma for society or for country
