Just so it's known but America has never been self-sufficient. We have always been reliant on others with good trade and fairness towards each other. My grandparents went through ww2 and had to go through rations on everything from gas, oil to food and tires. You got a book for everything and had to tear them out to get your products. They said back 1943 they had to keep the farm and barely made it to vday. You all need to look at history and research things. Trump hates the trade deals we have with Canada and Mexico. But wait a second that was his trade deals he made with Canada and Mexico during his first term. President Trump and you need to work it all out. As far as blanket tariffs go, I do agree that your goods and services, including tariffs should be mutually broken down to create benefits for all. I certainly hope, that if the US remove the said tariffs, that we will keep our export tariffs on the selected products for 4 years. Let the next ad ministration get the win of us removing the tariffs. Yes we will go through a rough time, but we will get through it. Enough with the threats from Trump.

Congratulations Mr. Trudeau, you finally sound like our Prime Minister should. Now start making this country self sufficient so we don't have to rely on anyone. No more selling off our Crown corporations our land and other businesses to foreign countries. Keep Canada Canadian and give jobs to born Canadians first. Stock pile our oil and gas for our use and lower the prices of these things so that transportation cost make things easier for business and personal enjoyment. Don't tax the farmer so that they can supply food to everyone cheaper. We should not be struggling in this country which has all the natural resources . The unnatural population growth has put a strain on the whole system and in some cases put us in danger too. The crime rate has increased in large part to your lax immigration system. All the businesses increased the prices of everything due to this unnatural population growth. Supply and demand is not working the way it is supposed to anymore. In a normal household we make plans and prepare for changes. You just said ok, let's bring people here and forgot about the preparations. Infrastructure first man. If your going to bring half a million people over here, build the houses first bro. Nobody in Canada should be homeless which is another result of poor preparation. The housing prices and everything else went through the roof in large part due to the unnatural population growth. Anyway, think first before you act just like in a private home. Anyhow, the Agenda said that in order for us to enter 'THE NEW ERA' the natural resources that the Country produces are to be shared for all citizens to enjoy, NOT SHAREHOLDERS!!
