The system is BROKEN. Tenants like this one are abusing the backlogs, landlords like this one want pitty when they are clearly MAKING INCOME on these rentals but are NOT paying taxes on those earnings yet, everyone else has to pay taxes on what little they earn. PLUS, there are landlords such as mine that has decided to take away my basement after renting the WHOLE house so he can build another unit so he can make more money but all he's offered is to keep my rent at the same price, no increase. I have to put up with losing space, parking, dealing with deathly noise for who knows how long just so he can make more money????? He should have made a clear contract around this plan he had to add another unit when he rented it to me. Sadly, landlords have become very greedy, I don't know where they get so much money to buy multiple homes but most families in Canada today can't afford the outrageous downpayments being asked to own a home!!!! I don't necessarily feel sorry for landlords. NOW pay taxes on your income from these homes and you have more of a right to complain I say.

Canada was originally the most beautiful and richest G-d given gift to mankind. It was the genuine Garden of Eden. But then reality followed. The one truth that Canadians refuse to believe is that Canada is one of the most corrupt countries in the western world. This is not something that just happened. It has always been a reality. For years it has been controlled, and in fact was often beneficial. But this is the new world, and the corruption has become immense, not just here but throughout the world. Canadians have always enjoyed the self-delusion of moral superiority, especially towards the elephant to the South. But decades of stupid, corrupt and destructive governments have brought the day of reckoning. Whether or not their still is time to reverse this, I do not know. It breaks ones heart.

Canada often denies visas even to retired members of Indian security services but never denies visas to veterans of Western countries which have a mile long documented record of human right abuses in foreign countries in Asia and Africa. Canada now wants India to give visas blindly to Canadian citizens without checking their antecedents, particularly relating to issues of attack against Indian sovereignty and terror links! India is not Canada and India considers visas to foreign citizens a priviledge extended, not an unfettered right. Actions have consequences and India, unlike Canada, takes terror related issues and foreign conspiracies working against integrity and sovereignity of the country very seriously indeed. you gotta understand tho.. the prices are not the same across canada... i spent 5 years in halifax and even tho i was born and raised in toronto...halifax to me was home... i payed $400/500 for my own apartment..but that was 15 years ago...halifax is cool man...i defantly wanna leave toronto...but its not easy for me to do..i came back to toronto to be with my mom..and it didnt work out..now i got lot of strings tied me to this city...and the city has alot of strings tied to me..like as much as i wanna go ..its like they have me locked up here for now.. so i more then understand you..good video and good luck to you
