Hi Jason @Dream Canda, is it difficult to obtain PNP visas as there is no notification of when they open the window for PRs and one has to sit in front of computer for hours together to see when the PR application window will open? actually, the best way to get them punished is to turn them into the Chinese authority. As long as they have the Chinese identity card, which in this case, most of the clients does, they will get a 3 YEAR or less JAIL TIME just by faking immigration stamps. That's a country with Death penalty still in application, folks. And according to local law, if you violate Chinese law in ANY country, as long as you are a citizen, you are subject to persecution, tough.

You have to mix up all three things, the photo, the race word, and the associated word, or else it doesn't function correctly. The applicability of the test itself also fails if you don't adjust it to a baseline, as the idea of a 'zero bias' human being simply doesn't exist. Getting your bias down to the level of random noise is the best any human being can do, regardless of their own race.

The only problems I can see with blind recruitment is, the person's application might be accepted, but if they have to interview in person they can still be rejected. Of if it is a phone interview and you have an accent you might not make pass it. Even if you get hired with blind recruitment and not interview is required, once you start working, if you are a minority some employers might look for ways to fire you. So it's a good concept, but still needs a little tweaking.

I feel some sympathy for her. She is now 28 the last order would have been sent to her mother in 2006 which her mother ignored (at the time she was maybe 14) she would not have had a clue about what happened as a minor, since she was only 6 when she arrived. She should have dealt with this when she was 18 but 10 years have passed...she seems to be contributing and well spoken it's a tough call.
