I was born in Poland, raised in Canada, and despite living in Toronto, learned both official languages to utter fluency. Yet to communicate with others in Toronto, apparently Hindi and Punjabi are what is required for economic opportunity . As an emmigrant who came to this country 15 years ago, I am astonished by the lack of knowledge this country has. The same goes for education, just oven degrees hot and not edible. Now Canadians learned that immigrant are taking their land and opportunities. I’m driving by a closed local grocery store the other night. The parking lot has 8 or so Indians playing cricket in the lot under the lights.
