It's important to acknowledge the current situation in Canada, which is straining the Canadian immigration system. Since 2015, there have been numerous issues in Canada. Canadians, especially the youth, are experiencing challenges such as inadequate job opportunities, low income, housing issues, limited access to healthcare, and educational constraints due to an influx of unnecessary mass immigrants that are beyond the country's capacity. This situation is impacting everyone's quality of life and the future of our country, and the responsibility lies with the JT government and politicians.

Stop hiring only Indians and telling Canadians that Canadians are not allowed to get jobs in their own country and telling Canadians that Canadians are not a good fit for the Indian Culture. That is creating hatred towards Indians. Stop firing the white people that brought you to Canada and gave you a job. This is racism. Any Indian that fires all races and hires only Indian has no place in Canada. Canada is a multi cultural country. Any one that is not multicultural has no place in Canada and needs to go back to their racist countries and has no place in Canada. Thank you for speaking English in this video and respecting all Canadians in your videos you deserve respect from all Canadians. All Canadians can understand you now. Thank You.

It is simply common sense to understand the current situation in Canada, which is clearly out of the control of Canadian immigration system.
\nThere have been so many problems in Canada since 2015. Canadians and young Canadians have to suffer in silence without adequate jobs, income, housing, healthcare, and education... due to an overpopulation of unnecessary mass immigrants that exceeds the capacity.
\nThe current situation is impacting everyone's peaceful lives and the future of our country. All JT government and politicians' fault.

Good should cut 100% for the next 10 years. So that children born , raze and educated here can get a descent job and get accommodated .

Yeah Indian students come to Canada and empty food banks intended for Canadians, occupy rental houses needed for Canadian families, and take all service jobs making it hard for Canadian born students to find part time work.... They also get free services paif for by Canadian taxpayers for Canadian citizens... Canada gets ripped off by students of every race and nationality.... Canadians getting totally fed up. Foreign workers need to be reduced and Trudeau should be the first guy kicked out.

Germany is a Failed Society and State … I grew up in Germany as a Immigrant in the Countryside (get out of Saarland) and I tried to be part of the Society but they don’t want u if u look, talk or think different… One big Problem is Vetternwirtschaft , the best jobs are safed for Relatives and people with the same Mindset… I refuse to work harder but not to be rewarded the Same as other “Germans” …

I'm puzzled by the constant negativity and sense of entitlement I've encountered. As an immigrant from the EU, I've lived in Germany for six years and have only experienced racism once, at a club entrance. Ironically, I faced more racism in my own country during elementary school. In contrast, I've never encountered any discrimination in my job, studies, or social interactions here. Germans from various backgrounds, including dorms, sports teams, and university, have welcomed me to their gatherings. I'm a person of color and speak imperfect German, yet I've been treated with kindness and respect.\n\nGermany has offered me free education and incredible opportunities in industry and research. While I'm not wealthy, my quality of life is significantly better than it was in my home country, with plenty of room for improvement. I'm grateful for these opportunities and willing to contribute to the community. My advice is simple: be thankful for what you have, try your best, and if you're not a good fit, consider moving elsewhere and express your gratitude. It's that straightforward.

My wife has worked in India for 8years . After moving to german almost 3years back she she did B1 german certification plus techanical certification in software testing .But when she applies for a job she gets rejected. From that its proves dont need skilled employees and then she had to take up a mini job where skilled are not required in packing industries. While working there she made friends and they started asking her you are engineer and skilled person why you are working here and wasting time.

They want slaves, not skilled ones. I live in Germany, speak the language and have studied (a Master degree 2.4) there can't even find a internship. Similarly with a friend of mine who has had his own business (went broke thx covid laws), has lot of experience, certificates but cant find skilled jobs. The only jobs we get direct and positive responses are low skilled jobs.

Despite the fact that I live in a fucked up third world country myself, there are three major reasons why I have not moved to a first world country yet:\n1. Money \n2. I have my own house here and I don't have any debts. Not a lot of first world citizens can say that now, can they?\n2. I want Guaranteed opportunities (Either a job offer or a PhD offer) if I am to move abroad. \n3. First world countries have a habit of blaming immigrants for all of their bullshit. ALL OF IT. Even the parts that aren't our faults. Fuck them.

temporary foreign workers should be cancelled when canadians cant get jobs. Mass immigration needs to end for years so that housing costs can drop for the economy to grow. For infrastructure to be built for everything to adjust

They are actually cunningly acting like they do not know what they have done. First they invited immigrants more than they can handle. Now they have taken good amount of fees from the international students and now they are telling them only that they are a burden to their economy. Such a cunning and 2 faced government. Their other provinces are so under developed that they do not even have proper public transportation there. So who will settle there with no jobs and other such necessary services. They are just playing hide and seek with the immigrants especially the international students.

Five minutes in, and blah, blah, blah and no tie! Nobody can take you seriously. Economics, countries who protect their jobs, don't allow this to happen.

Reporter did a fantastic job grilling down Marc Miller. While Marc action is too late too little atleast they know their time is up now and they are desperate to appease Canadians. Too late though, that ship sailed 5 years back. Country is unrecognizable now.

Shame on you. Criminals through and through.\n\nFor years any criticism of immigration policies has been called racist and xenophobic, meanwhile a generation of Canadians' futures has been devastated thanks to the overwhelming impact of immigration on housing, jobs, healthcare, education, transit, social fabric.\n\nAll of a sudden we can talk about immigration?
|

What about these students working in Trucking industry. I am Canadian citizen without job because these trucking companies hiring these students because they are cheap slave labour .

At the end of the day the main issue is the Government used Indian students to supplement the economy at the expense of the Canadian citizens. Now in 2024 the Trudeau liberals still refuse to pause it because of the economic impact it will have on their corporate friends and the schools. They also subsidize immigrant students which incentivises businesses to only hire Indian students. Canadians can't find affordable housing or a minimum wage job and Indians are paying the price. I feel bad saying it because I'm not a racist but I don't want anymore Indians, or any immigrants at all, here unless they fill a vital need in the economy. We simply no longer have the housing or jobs and it's as simple as that. Enough is enough.

I moved to Toronto in 2004 and I left Canada in 2019. I got a well paid job in a different country. In the first 3-4 years I was so sad but now I don't know if I will ever return. I'm happy that I didn't witness the fall. Farewell, Canada!

Too late. Such desperate measure will no more guarantee our vote for you, damage has been done. Canada does not need thousands of international tim horton’s brewers or mcdonald’s flippers, uber drivers, etc who are taking those jobs away from our young people
|
| 2024-08-26 | 0 |
Not sure that this fixes modern day slavery? It was a housing problem... the workers need housing but takes up most of the minimum wage they recieve ... and then saying its because kids cant get jobs? Its not even true... the kids dont want to work.

Love immigration but hate tax funded Temp workers . Bad deal for Temp workers and very bad deal for Canada. Young people , seniors who needs a few hours to make ends meet, people living outside cities, adults returning to work , uneducated but hard working folks , disabled people and others are unable to find work . In the old days people would worry about jobs being outsourced overseas and now the work still being outsourced to Temp workers . This in turn ,is worsening the homeless problems throughout Canada. There is no such thing as jobs that Canadian people ( young and old )will not do and its not true that there is not enough workers ( skilled or otherwise) in Canada . The Canadian government needs to work for its people and not use failed economic models that increase profit for companies. All sectors should have restricts not just a few .

The oul fields in Fort McMurray has had them for over 20 years. Some of our highest paying to the middle class. They used underpaid slaves from china. If thier doing in those jobs, ie high paying high skilled trades, its over for the canadian middle class. Whats left of it. Bringing in workers so you can pay below the leagal wages is slavery. Canada supports slavery.

Canada is broken by the repeated horrible government policies. It would take at least a decade to begin turning it around. I left permanently two years ago, no doctors is just the tip of the iceberg! Such a rich and beautiful country! Now it feels like the Deep South after they lost the Civil War! And Trudeau/Sherman did a thorough job of it!

Forget the language barrier. Even if you speak German their bureacracy is worse. It discriminates and even if you are legally correct they will purposelly give you wrong information on what you are eligible for. The labour office gave the wrong advice to a friend recently and asked her to quit her Job as the doctor had asked her not to return to work after a long sickness. Even though she was eligible for job benefits as she paid labour insurance they refused to pay her on sick grounds and asked her to quit her Job and come back. She did it only to be told later that she would get only part of the benefits as their doctor without examining or seeing her or even checking the background declared her unfit for a full time Job. They went to court and the court declared that the Labour office was correct. The lower court sent it to the upper court and the upper court said it was not responsible and the district court was responsible and asked us to withdraw the case. The courts are hand in glove with the bureaucracy and even if the bureaucracy makes mistakes they will always support it.

When you come to Canada you need to live and behave in accordance to the standards of Canada..not show supari behaviour..many Indians especially from the North are keen on gettg service related jobs and have the worst customer care and service attitude.Even as customers they behave rude and entitled.. Canada should enact strict language and culture integrity testing standards before bringing in immigrants.

What part of HEALTHCARE WORKER do you xenophobic monsters not get? The job we do need way more people in? \nHe’s documented, and fighting to stay. He’s the opposite of an illegal drain on the resources. If he’s granted status he’ll pay taxes too. \n\nI don’t get the anti-immigration thing. Unless you are native, you’re an immigrant too. (I’m 6th gen Canadian myself)

After I moved to Germany I realized that people in general do not have freedom. Yes you have the freedom to shape your life, Germany is not an autocratic country, however the hardness of life forces you to follow certain paths. Even the smallest changes you make brings a lot of bureucratical burden and risk. That is why you live a llmited life. \n\nAs expats we changed jobs several times to find better opportunities but Germans do not change much. I asked the reason and they answered establishing a life is very hard here, so after you manage it you try to maintain it. These guys were not happy with their jobs but cannot change it because it cost a lot. First, they are living in a formerly rented flat so if they change their jobs they know that they would pay more when they move. Second, after some age they know it is not easy to find a job so they don't want to risk it in a new environment with that 6 months long probation period.
