The creation of a new CBSA branch dedicated to physical border surveillance has become necessary given the unique challenges posed by the world's longest undefended international border. While the RCMP struggles to maintain this surveillance alongside its many other responsibilities, a specialized unit could focus exclusively on this mission, with appropriate expertise and equipment. This new branch would also allow for better coordination with U.S. Border Patrol to counter the increase in irregular crossings and illegal trafficking, while complementing CBSA's current work at official ports of entry.

There could be a chance for more people. If we send everyone back and companies can request their workers back legally. Like the programs that already exist. There are other choices. Where I could have had a high degree by now, I instead have been just busting my ass for peanuts. This is a massive task and in my opinion impossible to achieve. Way more difficult than had the wall been built 40 years ago and proper controls been implemented. There's no way he can deport all illegals. Where would he deport them to? More realistically, he could remove their welfare so they would be encouraged to leave on their own. My biggest concern with this is that they will pick and choose who they are going to deport. So for example they will NOT PERSUE CUBANS BUT THEY WILL PERSUE MEXICANS. I was working DoorDash making about 300 and something dollars a day I was able to feed my family and pay my rent, then the legal immigrants came. They all had cars. They were all sitting inside of the parking lot waiting for orders and then I started to make about $60 for 12 hours of work I had to leave California and lost my place and could not afford anything!!! How did they get cars? How are they able to work here without proper documentation? Please get them out of here so I can get back to work. None of them could even talk to me and speak English.
