If anyone wondered why govt officials, police etc. don't behave well with Indian public, look no further than the comments by Indians here. Most Indians are quick to jump to DEFENDING the actions of the rude officer in this video, saying, 'There must be some reason why he is screaming and shouting'. Indians are so accustomed to being bullied by their officers and govt servants that this appears normal. It does NOT occur to them that no matter what the imagined provocation is, this is NOT the way an officer must speak to the CUSTOMER [yes visa applicants are the customers of the embassy/consulate and the consulate is providing a service to the client, so customer service matters here as well]. This DADAgiri business is so typical of India. Any person who has a power over another will SHOUT [even beat /physically assault] the other person from time to time to assert said authority. Parent - Child, Teacher - student, Policeman - citizen, Boss - worker, the list goes on.

On March 18th 2020 my dad passed away from a fentanyl overdose, went from a normal single parent household to a drug den filled with every type of tweaker imaginable. \n\nI appreciate you shining light onto how severe this issue is.\n\nI was 18 when my dad first got into the drugs and was homeless for a couple years. \n\nThe only reason why im not still homeless or selling drugs is because my dad died and for some reason the insurance company still paid out his full coverage.\n\nThe house fell so far behind on the bills the bank wasnt sure if they were going to just repossess the mortgage or give it to me. \n\nThank you dad for paying the life insurance bill even when the power and water bill was not paid.\n\nBefore my dad passed i was living off of $300 a month, the government didnt give a crap about my situation.\n\nI went to multiple different agencies and they were more concerned with drug addicts and immigrants than helping a young healthy 18yr old boy that just needed a place to stay so he could go to school.

As an American living in Quebec, the most unique and strongest facet of Canadian culture, you folks in the rest of Canada need to support Québec’s battle to retain its Canadian identity. It’s simple, mass immigration dilutes the national culture with other cultures that don’t have the time, ability, desire or intention to adapt to the host culture. It effectively causes cultural ghettoing of society which lends itself very well to manipulation by the practitioners of ideologies that dislike traditional national identity and strong historical values. That is, liberal progressive ideologies. That’s in contrast with well-vetted, manageable, and highly controlled immigration from similar or adaptable cultures that increase the chance of successful integration, which is favoured by conservatives, as anyone with a gram of common sense can imagine.

When I visit America, I always just feel anxious about guns. I'm sure it's super rare to actually get shot and stuff, but it's always on my mind. I just can't imagine that theres probably tons of people with guns around. It makes me a lot more afraid of the poor areas, which I find are more extreme in general. This is the main reason. I am also a little uncomfortable with how the public school system is funded differently by area. I'm used to all schools having close to the same standards.

I left in 2015 and never came back. I don't see a reason to. Back then it was hard to get a job as a Canadian new grad. I can't imagine it is easier now. Also if I do come back, I'll probably get hit with the international experience isn't canadian experience balony.

The hole ?️ Canada ?? has Dug is too deep to overcome plus lots of private loans for mortgage downpayments are defaulting, lots of loan payments are defaulting and 49Billion Dollars by Govt Funding for small Businesses are due now Jan 18th,2024 which is not going to get paid back so imagine what’s coming! Also not to mention lot’s of mortgages are renewing on Nov ,2024 which is locked at 1.xx% for last 4 years - well, thats going to be something ??? so in this crazy Sunami and Storm ⛈️ I dont want the kids after 12th to get swamped and wiped out of their youth while they should be enjoying their life and freedom as it should! ?

A few years ago I got job offer to work in Canada, it looked attactive in the beginning until we went over the offered wage which was slitghly above my income working in the US, the issue came up when I saw how much I would get net in my pocket after taxes, social security, etc, the amount was lower to my net income at that time, and comparing the higher cost of life in Canada (home rent, grocery, utilities, etc) vs USA, oh man!!, I had to turn it down. I cannot imagine how expensive it is to live in Canada these days, but for sure it must be a way higher. I kind understand why this decline of citizenship applications is happening.

I would have never imagined someone would dream of moving to Canada . Simple answer Canada wanted more people because its population was low . Most people live on the border with US. It is however the one of the most beautiful places I have ever been

I love Canada, but Toronto is definitely my least favourite city. I have friends there and always have fun staying there, but there is no way I could live there. I had my eyes on the west coast, but I really love life in Montreal and I cannot imagine ever leaving.

I live in a state close to Canadian borders. I cant imagine living half the year in cold weather.

It’s crazy to immigrate to all countries in EU, USA and it allies except Norway and Swiss. All those countries are consider history that they were once the dream of everybody to reside in. Now they are the worst places to live. Crimes, drug abuse, civil disobedient, incompetence politician, firearms abuse, sex maniac, joblessness, racism and all social ill that you can imagine all are swallowing up those countries.
