I am Canadian, and my advice to ALL Indian students is to GO BACK TO INDIA NOW!! If you were scammed in your country by an Indian International Student Agency, that is your fault, and an International Student visa is not the path to a permanent residency visa! We do not need you in Canada;>we have more than enough problems in Canada to take care of you! Canadian FIRST!!!! NO MORE INDIAN STUDENTS!!!!!!!!!

Elon Musk should be sent back too. He's a South African born immigrant and came here on a student visa which he later ditched to start his first company. He was here illegally!! Many people don't know that. Fucking hypocrites!!

the main concept of any foreign govt giving permanent residency is whether you fulfil the need for them, so this is good for people who have some skills and can positively contribute but anyone who just wants to go for the sake of going there is not going to get anything , they better study and then return .. this is nothing different from UK, its very hard to get Tier 2 visa in UK unless your job is in shortage or in the occupation list but the difference is that Canada has been very lenient in the past allowing people clearing just 10 years of schooling also getting student visas, this has not happened in UK as people come to study bachelor's or master when they have completed full 12+ years of schooling in their home country.. may be it was needed then in Canada but now its not the same case..so if govt is taking this step its first in the interest of the local people including the ones who have gained citizenship with proper procedure..

Whitey colonizer who illegally entered Canada nd keeled and replaced them r teaching us that there r too many indians in canada even though they legally entered their nd only make up 5% of population and mostly on student nd business visa, they don't even have citizenship. These whiteys claim they're not racists nymore nd we let them go without taking any revenge for what they did to other races, if they want to continue this, we have to revive the history nd settle our scores.

I don’t suppose it’s occurred to her that once that policy went into effect, she might get swept up in It as well. ? selfish b*tch. They deported US citizens the last time too because it was so badly thought out. Even if she wasn’t rounded up by the brown shirts, the blood lust of her fellow magats could target her and assume she is here illegally. \n\nI also have my doubts on her story unless like me, she came in on a fiancée visa. Because she certainly didn’t come in on an Einstein visa. That’s for sure.

It looks sad but american embassy officials do similar things like they refused my visa 2 times without giving any reason and approved some candidates without even asking questions. However they had a big fake smile on their face and I came out without arguing with them.?

The main challenge is getting blue kard or work visa on time. There are many cases employer cancelling job offers because immigration office is not providing blue card or work visa on time and even taking 6 months to 1 year for same.

Locacitas everywhere, both sides of la frontera...\nAlso once you've been officially deported you can never apply for visa, let alone a green card , again. \nGreat to hear this for all thos latinos working their a.. off for decades to keep this country great and to put great trust in the obscure but yet so visible paralel economy of the nation. \nTheir, often underpaid, unoffocial jobs support thecrest of the economy. Childminders, carmechanics, masons, cleaners, fastfoodstaff, you name it, they do it. No American are gonna replace them.

I wish India and Pakistan could be one country—not as British India, but as a united land where people from both sides coexist peacefully and share in each other's lives.\n\nIf we were truly united, think about what could happen:\n\n1. The $50 billion defense expenses on both sides could reduce, freeing up resources for growth and development.\n\n\n2. The Kashmir issue would no longer divide us, allowing Kashmiri people to live happily and fearlessly, finally at peace after decades.\n\n\n3. Punjab would be united again, blending its rich culture and heritage from both sides.\n\n\n4. Pakistanis could visit the Taj Mahal, and Indians could experience Lahore's old markets—all without the need for passports and visas.\n\n\n5. Imagine the beautiful sight of Ganpati Visarjan on Karachi beach, celebrating with the same joy as we do in Mumbai. We already have so many mosques across India, so all faiths would have a home.\n\n\n\nAnd my favorite thought: India and Pakistan together would have the strongest cricket team, with fast bowlers, skilled batsmen, and the best of talent playing as one.\n\nFrom an Indian perspective, some people might ask why we would want this—why merge with a country that has been under military control since 1958? There’s concern about extremist groups, the instability Rawalpindi brings, and whether Pakistan could ever embrace the same religious harmony that India enjoys. In Indian cantonments, people of all faiths celebrate each festival together—could Pakistan someday share this unity and respect for diversity?\n\nOn the Pakistani side, many feel merging isn’t practical. They believe it would only create more problems with a larger population, and cultural differences might make it difficult. They worry about job competition, about religious fanatics clashing, and about how their way of life might change.\n\nI know this dream may sound foolish to some, but I believe nothing is impossible if both sides truly want it. History shows that countries have overcome their divisions.\n\nI don't know why, but I just wanted to share these thoughts. I don’t want to get into the blame game over who caused the partition; I only dream of a future where understanding, peace, and mutual respect guide us all.

All people entering Canada on student visas have NO INTENTION of GO BACK. They are here to cheat the system and take a shortcut to become Canadian citizens. They should be banned and deported. Canadians can barely survive, we can't help everyone!!! Help Canadians FIRST
|

Immigration is ongoing Colonization. And Canadians are MAD, because you have allowed for people from countries with HIGH RATES of pro-sexually violent cultural views, and low standards of hygiene and politeness into our country. And you let them come here as students and take up first world spots for first world Canadians. And FYI, there is tons of sexual violence on university campuses…so that tracks.
\nYou let these people who are anti-dark skin into the country, and then you say because they are “racialized” they can’t be racist. That’s not how racism works, and I want my racists to be domestic, because then at least we share a cultural thread of unity: Canadian born and raised. Why are we being subjected to this B.S??
\nGOC has not created a way for us to report immigrants who are rude or abusive to Canadians, and who have over-stayed their visas. DEPORT THEM. When they commit crimes, instead of deporting them, you let them stay. They’re old women are also crooks and in on it. Imagine bringing the people who call and scam from Indian and Nigeria to Canada so they can just do it from here. Wild. And the Chinese (not Asians, I mean the Chinese)…are the colonizers of their part of the world, AND they cheat in schools. So you’re giving graduates spots to cheaters, liars, anti-Canadian, and racists. Canada never had a diversity problem, we had a supremacy problem, and we still do. And Canadian DOES NOT MEAN WHITE. So stop making this a race thing.
\nYou let them snap up our houses and our land and jack up the prices, and force us into homelessness and prostitution to pay rent, and into drug addictions because of a lack of purpose. So the GOC literally just implemented the same strategy they used to place indigenous people onto reserves, but now it’s for all Canadians. And make no mistake: high rents for bento-box “luxury”/rat infested housing are min-reserves that are not built for Canadian bodies or our aging/disabled population.
\nDEPORT THEM AND REFRAIN FROM GIVING THESE ANCHOR BABIES CITIZENSHIP. If they come here to have their babies, instead of giving them a Canadian birth certificate, you should be getting that certificate from their consulate. Cause at this point that’s just trafficking and financial fraud/abuse. We all know they come here to get the benefits and the domestic tuition, and a lot go right back to China. And it does seem to be the Chinese, Indians, and Nigerians (a lovely EDI mix) of thieves.
\nCanada has spoken, we don’t want them, we don’t like them; and they do not like us, they want us out of our own country. This isn’t a racial issue; this is a cultural issue. You cannot have these anti-West people in our western nation. They gotta go. And who cares about the international students anymore or the money “they bring in”. Universities are registered not-for-profits in Canada, so the for-profit argument can’t track.
\nCanada needs a RICO law so we can more easily seize their assets and expel them, and hold universities to the fire for this crap, and the government officials getting kickbacks. The GOC is the largest human trafficking pimps, and the universities are bottom bi***es. And don’t think we don’t know that the 30% cap DOESN’T apply to companies like Navitas who recruit for the universities, are housed in the universities, but are separate, private companies.

If you’re navigating the permanent residency (PR) process for Canada, Australia, or Germany, preparing for winter and understanding residency requirements are key aspects of your transition. Canadian winters are particularly harsh, with temperatures frequently dropping below 0°C, while Australia and Germany offer a range of climates. Picking the right winter jacket can make a big difference, especially when moving to regions with unpredictable weather. This guide covers essential insights on winter preparation and the PR process for Canada, Australia, and Germany.
\nPreparing for Winter
\nWhen considering permanent residency in Canada, Australia, or Germany, understanding climate differences is crucial. Whether you're working with Canada PR consultants, Australian PR consultants, or Germany PR consultants, preparation for varied climates will help ensure a smoother transition. Here’s what to keep in mind:
\n1.\tExpected Temperatures: In Canada, cities like Vancouver are milder with wet winters, while Toronto faces colder, often icy conditions. Regions in central and northern Canada have extreme lows, such as -19°C in Regina during January. Germany has varied winter climates, while Australia’s milder winters can still feel chilly in certain regions.
\n2.\tChoosing the Right Jacket: For newcomers, warm, waterproof, and windproof jackets are essential for Canadian winters. Parkas, puffer jackets, and wool coats are ideal for different climates across Canada, Germany, and Australia. Parkas offer heavy insulation and water resistance, while puffer jackets are versatile and suited for layering. Wool coats add style but lack water resistance, making them suitable for drier German winters.
\n3.\tTypes of Insulation: When relocating, especially through global talent streams in Canada, Australia, or Germany, picking jackets with appropriate insulation—down for warmth or synthetic for water resistance—is recommended for your first winter abroad.
\n4.\tBudget Considerations: Budget options start at around $50, while high-end brands such as Canada Goose or Arc'teryx offer premium options for harsh winters. Mid-range choices from brands like The North Face provide a balance between quality and cost.
\nNavigating the PR Process and Requirements
\nEach country has unique pathways and requirements for permanent residency. Consulting with professionals who specialize in Canada immigration, Australia immigration, or Germany immigration can streamline the process, especially if you're applying from India or seeking a provincial nomination (like BCPNP or MPNP for Canada).
\n•\tCanada PR Process: Canada offers various pathways for PR, including express entry, provincial nominee programs (e.g., BCPNP, MPNP, NBPMP), and spousal sponsorship. These programs have specific criteria, such as work experience, language proficiency, and educational qualifications. Consultants can guide you through each step, from document preparation to application submission.
\n•\tAustralia PR Process: Australia's PR pathways, like the Skilled Migration Program, allow skilled professionals to work and live in Australia. The Global Talent Stream in Australia also targets specialized talent in fields such as tech and medicine, easing the immigration process for qualified individuals.
\n•\tGermany PR Process : Germany offers options like the EU Blue Card and employment-based visas, making it possible for skilled workers to obtain residency. Consultants can assist with the application process and explain requirements like work contracts and proof of language proficiency.
\nStudying and Working Abroad
\nCountries like Canada, Australia, and Germany provide work and study opportunities for immigrants, making it easier to gain local experience. Programs for study and work facilitate cultural adjustment and open pathways to PR. Immigration consultants can help identify the best routes to achieve your career and residency goals, whether in education, employment, or both.
\nImmigrating to a new country means facing unique challenges, from adapting to climate to understanding immigration requirements. Proper winter attire ensures you stay comfortable as you settle in, and expert immigration advice helps navigate complex residency processes. With the right preparation, you can embrace your new life abroad with confidence.

This is not enough...it should be reduced to 50% atleast. And all the indian students coming here on student visa r not here for studies but for PR. If there is no PR for them than they won't come

Europeans taking over Canada and America over 100 years ago...colonising them and wiping out the entire natives are claiming themselves to be natives..Indians atleast have a valid visa and they came there coz of the govts policies so go and vent your anger on your govt
|
| 2024-10-21 | 0 |
If you don’t want indians in your country, you can very well stop issuing visas to indians. No indian is forcing you to allow them. On one hand you are allowing them into your country and on the other hand you are hating them for coming to your country. End of the day: It’s your country and your rules. You are free to stop issuing visas to Indians, instead of cribbing like this.

Honest question, why the hell is everyone packing their bags and going to Canada?\nAlso why the hell Canadian govt allowed so much visas?, while they clearly couldn't even provide basic necessities, neither thier population isn't very supportive of non-whites.

What’s messed up is that she’s right, but wrong at the same time. She got lucky to only have to wait in line for days. What reason does she thinks her cousins, nieces, and nephews came here illegally for? It’s easier to seek asylum and work from there than to get a travel visa and apply and then just hope you don’t get deported or rejected. \n\nIt’s very telling when a yankee is interviewed and holds these sentiments- what kind of life they have lived. It isn’t out of the realm of imagination what situations many immigrants are coming from. Best case scenario they just lived paycheck to paycheck in an impoverished area. At least now they can live in an impoverished area where the government is only like 70% corrupt instead of 95% corrupt.

Canada gives visa so easily - it's their fault ? not Indians who gets it
