Well lets be fair, why blaming immigrants on the current problem that Canada is facing right now?. no one taking a job from Canadian, it just that somes don’t like to work here in a minimum wages and sometimes they can’t stay longer in their work and quit very easily. So we can’t blame the companies to chose those people who are accepting the low job salary. However, Canada is a country who always loves welcoming immigrants that is why they choose to come here but\nEverything is out of control now so limiting is the best option but not only for immigrants, but try to limit also accepting a refugee as well. Just a piece of my opinion. ✌️

Yep , even though it may snow for 9 months of the year, on the first snowfall it's always like people have never driven on snow before! ?? It gets better as winter progresses, but not much.

They don’t know ethics, politeness, compassion and respect.\n\nThere was a jewelry store in the mall Lawrence plaza that we always pass by from the foodcourt. One day we passed by this store, I asked if I can check my ring size first because I am a potential customer everyone should be considered a potential customer. These 2 Indian clerks were there and that 1 guy told me he can’t check my ring size because If I take the other guys time who does the checking then I will be paying for his time because he is also doing other stuffs on the computer.. He says I will be taking away his time from the computer if he checks my ring size…The nerve.. I never want to deal with them again even customer service on the phone when I know its Indian I just hung up the phone and dial again and wish its not them because I know I will never get a satisfactorily and respectful conversation with them.

What can you expect from a country which has labour shortage and requires skilled workers but still expect you to speak fluent German or pay someone and bring them along as your translator at Auslanderbehorde (foreing office) to get your resident permit, visa extension, etc. ?\n2. You are always dependent on post/letters to get even password reset as it cannot be supplied over email due to GDPR issues. \n3. CCTV’s are installed in the parking lot however when your vehicle gets stolen and want to see the footage from CCTV, you come to know that it was never turned on, was there just to scare off thieves ??\n4. Working in a multi national bank (UK based) where even some colleagues at a senior level do not know how to converse in English. They live in a bubble that speaking English should not be expected from them. \n5. Get a credit card and you will hear the customer service team saying in German that I do not speak English, please call back to check if someone can help you in English ?

As an Indian , living in India , it might be because Indians are nothing but bunch of idiots extremely proud of their history without having any contributions in it , they always hate the western nations , even in out movies white peoples(termed as gore) as shown and depicted like idiots who don't know how to live and fear almost everything and only an Indian can save them because Indians are the saviors of gore's butt . Hi… I totally agree with just about everything you stated in all aspects of the Indian community. I’m a Canadian who happens to be living in Brampton for the past 12 years. I’ve watched Brampton go from a beautiful community to a dark dreaded place to live , and this is truly because of Indian behaviours. Mind you I have many genuinely good intelligent respectful Indian friends, but there’s the others that thinks they owe the city, province, and country. They don’t respect no one, and I mean no one. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN KIND (Indians/ Punjab). And yes as a Canadian citizen whenever I see something I do call them out on it. However; the moment you say something to them they assume that you’re cursing at them and what was ment to be a respectful comment becomes a situation where they want to argue and even get into a physical fight. Then there’s the bad, careless driving on the streets with no regards to the next person’s life. They drive like their car is the only one on the street yet always looking for someone to race with not to mention the illegal U-TURN creating major accidents. I personally experienced this when a Tractor Trailer Driver tried making a U-TURN on the city street with only 4 lanes for both direction at 4AM in the morning. This caused me to almost ran under the trailer body which would have been the end of my life. They butt into lines and interrupts as much as business conversations thinking their concerns are way more important than anyone else’s and That’s just to name a few things.\nNow on the other hand I do have VERY GOOD RESPECTFUL INDIAN FRIENDS who I will never let go of our friendship because of their genuine respectful relationship although even those close friends are now pulling themselves away from their own country people and all because of the others behaviour.\nThirdly; YES, the Canadian government invites foreign students into the country with improper sources to monitor and direct a governing body to monitor and process the activities of foreign students .\n\nI love your honesty in your stories back your video clips as proof of your country men behaviour. The Can gov was foolish to allow Mexicans visa free travel which has been stopped. Ran for some years. Indian always needed a visa and have seen reports that is now being scaled back some are even being turned away from boarding their final flights from transit points on multi leg flights like London / Qatar etc and at Indian airports on direct flights. I'm an immigrant in Canada ( Vancouver) I've been told many times they are ruining the country and they should go home. The catch? I'm from the UK and they are always talking about Indians. Canada is beautiful and has lots of space but the government is forcing everyone into small cities. the Van is so full and expensive but drive out of the city and its Forrest for 1000 miles

I lived in Canada when I was 5 years old. I don't remember much from when I was 5 years old but I remember the feeling of home Canada gave me. I was happiest in Canada and my family felt safe and grateful to be there. I left Canada in only a year though cause we went there to study English, and I was very sad because Canada was the best place ever for me. I've been to several countries but Canada always had me in love. I was planning on going back for college and living there, but when I realized the state Canada is now, I was heartbroken because it looked nothing like the amazing place I had lived in years back. I'm still very sad about this and I pray the Canada I used to know will be back one day so that I can return to the place that was the closest thing I've ever felt like home.

There has always been a racist element in Canada, even if it is less than most Western countries. The recent reduction on visas for Indians is directed against foreigners in general, not Indians. It is misguided because immigration is not the cause of inflation, unemployment or housing costs. In fact, the new immigration policy will make those problems more severe.

The problem I have with Indians is that they dont like Canadians, make no effort to learn the language and culture, are very rude, entitled and disrespectful towards anyone that dont look like them. Then why are you here in Canada? This is a very multicultural country, which is something they obviously knew before coming here. They treat us Canadians with such hatred, disdain and indifference, especially in the workplace. Indians are always playing the victim and throwing the race card around or just protesting around every corner, every damn week when something doesn't work in their favor. If you're that damn unhappy here in Canada, you're free to leave anytime. And many Indians in Managerial positions will only hire other Indians, even though a lot of them aren't quality for the job or their English is very poor. Canada has always been very excepting and tolerant towards different ethnicities, but that's because they've always put in the effort of getting to know and learning from us.

I've never understood why some people are willing to risk their lives to get somewhere two minutes sooner.

International students get 3 years of work permit after studies. Skilled students get a job in their profession, gather enough points for PR, and get the Permanent Residency. Students with no/less skills don't qualify for PR and they have to leave. This has been the law since always and hundreds of students return back home upon expiry of their temporary status in Canada, but now students from Punjab, India with no professional skills, want to get PR by protesting.
