Should have moved many years ago, lived here since an infant now am 50. There is no work here. I am partly Native American and experienced nothing but racism. Constantly being passed over for less qualified applicants. Employers only hire the minimum required for any position, because management is so poor. It’s a class based culture.

I have mailed my application on 21 Jan 2021 and as per DHL tracking, its reached Nova Scotia on 28 JAN 2021. Its 07 months already but i have not received any confirmation from IRCC. I do not know if they have received my application or not. How can I know anything about it. Please help

Hi Jason-\nCurrently I am on a Work Permit and working in Canada. I received the ITA to apply for PR, I have a query on the medical requirements for my wife and child. \n \nBoth of them had completed their Medical in March-2021(5 months ago) for a Visitor Visa(long term) but they are still in India due to COVID, the Visa application is still in processing stage. Do they need to undergo a medical examination again for Permanent Residency or we can use the same old Medical reports for them. \n \nSince I am already present in Canada, I am exempt from the medical exam. Just wanted to check on my family.

Thanks for a wonderful way of explaining in the most detailed way, we have been visiting consultants but arent sure about them, as they charge fees and reviews dont look promising. Hence decided to start on our own for the PR process. Will you suggest first thing first is going for IELTS prep and exam thereafter? before starting any application process (i mean after checking a tentetive score on CRS calculator for eligbility).

This is so true not just for those immigrant applications. I had a vistors visa application and i was denied. My provincial and express entry (working visa) application has been in idle for almost 8 years. And i have multiple IELTS exam with OBS of 8.0 (min of 7.0) due to the fact that its expired. On top of that i have already exhausted Php500,000 around CND 12,500 of monetary resources for this application alone. And my sister paid Moyal a canadian agency CND 6,000 for the processing of my papers. And its already 8 years but its been idle that long. And i have seen Chinese people (from vlogs)coming into Canada getting their visa stamped with no read or write in english. And they land a job in Canada. I genuinely dont know how Canadian govt assess immigrants. Ive even seen a local dog (vlog) from our country come to Canada with no muss or fuss at all wih its application to stay in canada. Maybe i should just be a dog instead. Hmmmm....?

Thanks for the great video, i would like to know. As the main applicant, once the COPR letter has been issued and the single entry visa issued. Do I as the main applicant fly to Canada and get the PR or does my entire family fly and each get PR? as we are intending to finish the process but fly to Canada get the PR and return to finish things up before the big move. Do all of us have to fly and get the PR or can I as the main applicant to it on behalf of my family, or does it only apply to me as my family is part of my application. Hi, i have a question again. I got 6,6,7,8 in Celpip. Am I eligible for PR application? Or maybe for any pnp? And if I apply for express entry or pnp and then try to increase my score by giving ielts or celpip, is it possible to enter the new scores in the ongoing application?

I do not mean to be negative here but anyone of you who is well settled outside Canada, don't come to Canada!, unless you want to do labor work. I know people who have done Masters in Software engineering are working in a Pizza shops. If there is one job opening there are 10 thousand applicants for the same job. Companies showing fake jobs to satisfy govt. pressures. Automated refusals replies of your job applications are common.\n People get hired on sources and within companies. Racism exists, results are killings every now and then. Go and watch news channels like CP24. Thieves are here. Things do get stolen. Recently mass graves are found near schools in multiple areas of small children of indigenous people who were tortured and killed by white supremacy in the past. They couldn't even handle the pandemic properly. Alcohol is cheap marihuana (Hashish, Charas) is legal now. Every 3rd person is smoking weed. Drunk drivers kills innocents on roads often. Every region have different rules and regulations and policies. I moved to Niagara region and they charged me $200 deposit for water $200 deposit for hydro plus monthly bills separate. $1800 to $2000 is the rent of one bed apartment. Burlington where he lives has $2800 to $3000 rent monthly for a house. Go check online! Price of buying a home is in millions of dollars. Go check real estate.

Sardar Ji, not all are lucky like you. You are really one of the most luckiest person. My colleague, his entire family is in Canada but his application rejected twice. Your salary, other stuffs were also not proper but still you got the canada PR. You are lucky man.

Hello Sir, I am working in a government organization for 25 years. I have lot of paper evidence for the job. I don't want my authority to know about my PNP application because it may jeopardize my job. I am planning to get the job reference letter from my junior officers with whom I worked and who know about my job responsibility. If I am invited, along with my submitted papers can I send a request letter to SINP officials and later to IRCC officials to not contact my HR for verification. If they even contact my HR they should keep the purpose of their investigation secret from my HR and referees who gave me job experience letters. For job investigation the SINP and IRCC officials can visit my office any time they want.

Hi Jason, kindly, share the information on how to include a dependant child with the existing IRRC express entry application. Because the application tool asks details about spouse but no dependant children and What forms to fill and where to find them and how to link them to my existing application. Awaiting your reply.

Not sure if someone has mentioned this, but another difference is you have to pay for university applications here in Canada! First 3 I believe are $100 and another $25-50 if you want to apply to more but I don’t exactly remember

You cannot be thanked enough, your style of presentation and every detail makes it so easier for us. A quick question just in case if we do not get through the cut-off or the score required do we need to separately apply for other programs or the provinces will automatically pull out our applications from the initial submitted? It seems countries who are accepting illegal, wealthy immigrants, are desperately needed for financial reasons. Meanwhile, those who are legally applicants are waiting for ten, twelve years to enter Canada. This is a huge farce in Canada.
