I have an apartment in Manhattan, costs the same as I would pay in Australia. Australia is also very focused on connections and who you know - which school (let alone University) you went to will just about determine your career progression / ability to even get into an industry. VERY WOKE. Aggressively favors women - if you are a guy or have boys, do not move there and expect opportunities for advancement. You are very unlikely to get PR and citizenship after study (those days are gone).

My sister and her five children were homeless for months and couldn’t get any help from any Wilms women shelters or programs, and never did. Now I am retired on a very small income and so I have to live in a rent geared to income apartment, and here to I am discriminated, harassed and then evicted because them folks falsely accused me. \nThe young black lady is right, white Canadians are sneaky when discriminating against POC. \nThe only way to over come them folks is to discriminate against them, do not mix, mingle or associate with them folks (YT). I blame alot of companies here for hiring them even if they have crooked identity and alot of apartment complexs are letting them slide..The other day we went to look at an apartment and were turned away and all you saw was Cubans living there.

There were 18.5 million homes built during this period, whereas the homes built between 2016 and 2019 were less than six million. Rough estimates 158 million Homes. Are there empty homes, apartments, sky risers,. Yes. You are fixing to find yourself in misery soon enough if this is allowed to continue. The money is not there for most Americans to foot the bill. Unless you plan to live in a very impoverished, run-down, and dangerous area. In a “good” suburb, not great, you’re looking at $686K - $749K. Most are now selling between $812K - $1M. I’m sorry my friend, those stats are a mirage. They blend in cheap apartments in Edmonton into those stats. For petroleum engineering, congrats for finishing those studies, but it’s been a long-standing political battle in Canada; Albert vs. Ontario on this issue. The current liberal government is openly trying to destroy the industry you’re in and you will struggle immensely to find work.

The last time my landlord came to collect rent, I invited him to come up to my apartment to show him I was taking good care of the place (and to hopefully discourage him from renovicting me at some point in the future). He said he didn't have time, as he had to go collect rent from 11 or 12 of his other properties around the city. He also mentioned that he had never seen the inside of my apartment before (despite the fact that he owns it). He has only been in the country for a few years, but apparently he already owned a lot of land here before immigrating. He's a very nice guy, but I can't help but feel that there's something seriously wrong with this picture. We can't base our entire national economy on selling our land and resources to rich foreigners while we produce nothing of actual value.

Long-island just over the navigation channel from Montreal sold for $ 110,000, with a maintenance fee of just $ 250 monthly, which includes hydro (electric power) and electric heating, insurance on shared parts, a generous underground parking large for 2 small cars or a large car & motorcycle, indoor heated pool, gym, sauna.... and that large bedroom some have split in two because why not!\nSure, the same thing sells nowadays for double, but as new developments go up, the price HAS TO come down. I locked in the rent so I'm somewhat insulated, but high rents are a huge drag on the economy. Those Have To be pulled back too, or immigrants will go for friendlier shores. If cheap housing isn't available, there's No Cheap Labor to be had, and North America was Built on Cheap labor (as far as the people already here were concerned; in relation with the usual wage in immigrants' homeland, it was a really good deal).

All the points in the video are very precise and well explained, apart from this Canada is not spending upon the infrastructure which is very important for the growth of any country , Look at Canadian highways in comparison to USA , Railways ,There are no Special economic zones for business ,Educated engineers and doctors coming to Canada are either driving trucks or working on such jobs which are not at apt with their qualification. Let's do some basic life, right now unless your well educated and already had money from family, you need a job that pays at the very least 15 and hour and work a minimum of 60 hours a week to pay for a house and enough food to eat once or twice a day, don't say fast food, because when I was 12 you could get two burgers a drink and fries for like 3 something, now the same order is 10 to 12 that's down in Mississippi, notch that up the further north you go. Now on to housing, cheapest hotels or apartments that you can actually stay and sleep in without fear of disease from the bed, if your lucky 650 to 800, the average is 925. Houses! Rent to own, cheapest with ok credit, 900 to 1200 a month's for a double wide trailer or one bedroom one bathroom one person house

Having said the apartment is being monitored by CCTV but not true really the superintendent not only broke into my rented apartment at 164 Madison Avenue TNT and stole my stuff but also hit the floor at unit 205 repeatedly in midnites also (the landlord said without having he moved to another unit or else where) through my repeated complaints too to such low education bad and shameful attitudes ugliness types and nasty type the landlord also just ignored my complaints not to mention the policies also ignored these low worst class of such life assaults fierce impacts in Toronto! The broke in matters and life assult impacts were also ignored by unreasonable disgusting excuses or their own lies excuses must be so ridiculous even though I did not miss any rental payment though!
